IMO the best Razer mouse is DeathAdder Elite. But you must explain how small is small for you, because DeathAdder is mostly for users with medium/large hands.
Razer Basilisk is a bit smaller, than DeathAdder, but you should try this mouse (or even Lancehead TE) in some local store, before you buy it.

All these 3 mouses have the same great optical sensor, they just have different shape, and built-in internal memory (only Lancehead TE & Basilisk).

There's also Salmosa V2 (which is small), but it doesn't have such great optical sensor as mouses mentioned on the top. But it's still really good mouse!

Wireless Supremacy, Lancehead;) Unfortunately it comes with laser sensor, beside it for me it’s perfect, it has only slightly slower response than optical sensor on my Atheris but it has good overall balance, chroma lightning, comforts grip, nice design, wireless for a clean desk setting as my main mouse.

I use the mamba te and it has a couple of problems but is still my favourite line of mice

Lancehead wireless is my pick. I don't own, but I have used it before and it is amazing. Top of line.

You should give the new Naga Trinity a try! Side plates/buttons can be customized to fit your gaming needs.
It's basically a 3-in-1 mouse. It comes in optical sensor too, so I think it has potential to be the best mouse (still needs an in-depth review though).

DeathAdder Elite is the most picked Razer mouse because of its comfortable shape (right-hand) and optical sensor.

Deathadder imo best of all. It's like having a good jerk off without having to jerk off
Haven't tried Lancehead tho because I don't own one.
But comparing to many other manufacturers mouses DA is definitely the best in my hands.

Ouroboros. Wired or wireless, easy to press buttons, finger rests, looks like a sports car, survives rage quits.
I'm not kidding. I've smashed mine on my desk at least 50 times and it's in perfect shape. Hands down the best mouse I've ever used.

I think "best mouse" depends on the type of games you play, but @Magnumheart_ is right, you should give the trinity a try since it is like a mouse version of a utility knife.

But for mmo games id have to say the naga epic
