Cancelled Order & Discount Code from P2P?

    So I made an mistake on my order. Instead of getting the Kraken 7.1 V2 I ordered the Pro V2. Unfortunately, I used the -$20 I got from the P2P. Is there anyway I can reuse the discount code or I have to redeem I new one which cost me 10,000 zSilver?

    Have you contacted the support team for the Razer Store? They might be able to help you out here, and get you the right product (as long as too much time hasn't passed).

    I'd try PM'ing one of the Razer Staff to see if they can possibly put you in touch with the right people.

    Also, I THINK @kajira has a link to the store support team in her signature. If you look for one of her messages, you should be able to find it there. Don't bug her about help, though, as she's a moderator but NOT official staff. (I just looked on my phone, but signatures don't come up on the mobile version)

    **To answer your question, you can't normally re-use a discount code. Sometimes the support team does have special powers and can issue a new code if one doesn't work, but since you actually made a transaction, I think your original code is done.

    If you can't find help, just use thezSilver and get another discount to get the item you WANT, and then off-load your mistake. FYI, Razer gear makes fantastic gifts, and a person on the receiving end of something like that will be eternally grateful.**

    Well, I realized I've made the wrong order like 5 or 10 mins after. Then I contact the live chat support and she said she can only put a request to the warehouse and she isnt guarantee that the order has been cancelled. And she said the discount code is gone even though that I cancelled the order :slightly_sad:

    If your order gets cancelled you can request another discount coupon from the zSilver staff. I had a similar issue where my order was cancelled cause of different bank details and so I asked the zSilver staff by generating a ticket, saying that my order got cancelled and the voucher doesnt work anymore. At which point I was issued a new voucher code through that ticket.

    However this only works if your order does indeed get cancelled. If your order goes through and gets shipped then it wont work.

    Go to the zVault website. You will see a help tab next to the zSilver tab on the top left corner. Click that then on this page you will see a green button that says send a request. The rest should be fairly straight forward.
