Ok, I know this may seem weird considering the title makes it pretty obvious.... but,
I wanted to ask about the differences between the Razer Kraken Pro (new one) and the Razer Kraken Mobile:

    Their Specs:
    Razer Kraken Pro -
    • Frequency Response: 20 – 20,000 Hz
    • Impedance: 32 Ω at 1kHz
    • Sensitivity (@1kHz, 1V/Pa): 110 ± 4dB at 1 kHz Max
    • Input Power: 50 mW
    • Drivers: 40 mm, with Neodymium Magnets
    • Inner Ear Cup Diameter: 50 mm / 1.97”
    • Cable Length: 1.3 m / 4.27 ft plus 2m / 6.6 ft splitter adapter
    • Approximate Weight: 300 g / 0.66 lbs
    • Connector: Analog 3.5 mm combined jack (headphone and mic)
    • Frequency Response: 100 – 10,000 Hz
    • Signal-to-Noise Ratio: 52 dB
    • Sensitivity (@1kHz, 1V/Pa): -40 ± 3dB
    • Pick-up Pattern: Unidirectional
    • Analog volume control wheel
    • Microphone quick mute toggle
    Razer Kraken Mobile -
    • Frequency response: 20 - 20,000 Hz
    • Impedance: 32 Ω at 1kHz
    • Sensitivity (@1kHz, 1V/Pa): 110 ± 4dB at 1 kHz max
    • Input power: 50 mW
    • Drivers: 40 mm, with Neodymium Magnets
    • Inner ear cup diameter: 50 mm / 0.16 ft
    • Connector: Analog 3.5 mm headphone jack
    • Cable length: 1.3 m / 4.27 ft
    • Approximate weight: 315 g / 0.69 lbs
    • Frequency response: 100 – 10,000 Hz
    • Signal-to-noise ratio: 55 dB
    • Sensitivity (@1 kHz): -42 ± 3 dB
    • Pick-up pattern: Omnidirectional
    In-line remote
    • Center remote button
    • Volume control button

My question is mainly to those who have bought one or both of these Headsets.

I would like to ask if there is a big difference between Kraken Pro and Kraken Mobile.
I currently have Kraken Pro but it doesn't seem to connect with my iPhone very well (some bugs such as twisting the audiojack may cause music to skip to the next track....weird). I was considering to buy Razer Kraken Mobile but I would like to hear some opinions first.

The Razer Kraken Pro is built for gaming and eSports, having a built-in retractable unidirectional mic. The Razer Kraken Mobile, its colorful cousin, is in addition, optimized for mobile devices with an inline mic and remote that is specially made for iOS.

Would that inline mic work with Android as well, or just iOS devices?
  4. I was looking into this too and I thought the pro also has an inline remote/mic as well as the retractable mic? At least in the pictures I saw something like that.

Thanks for the information about its Specs.

I would still like an Opinion as to the differences in feeling; since both Razer Kraken (Pro and Mobile) have in-line Mic, the difference is this Unidirectional and Omnidirectional feature of the Mic, as well as the features of switching between tracks, skipping tracks etc.

The best opinions would be from people who have bought both; that way it would be easier to compare. Any clues?

You are pretty much assured the same comfort whichever Razer Kraken you choose.

I think it is based around iOS devices but you could use it for android (If you buy android cable).
