Hey guys I just bought the Seiren X from amazon and I just realized that it doesn't connect to synapse, so will there be razer drivers for the seiren X and can I also make the volume control on the mic control Windows mic volume?

I'm actually interested to know more about this issue. My friend bought a Seiren X yesterday and whatever we tried, we couldn't have the proper drivers installed for it. The mic works, but obviously it doesn't benefit from any software improvement and thus doesn't feel like a good purchase as it currently sounds like a very basic mic.

To detail the problem, he plugged it in, Windows 10 detected it and installed standard drivers, Synapse doesn't detect it.
We obviously made sure synapse was up to date, reinstalled it even, and still nothing.
Fair enough, some people on Reddit mentionned installing drivers manually, so did we, or at least tried, because even directing Windows to try and pick up drivers from Razer folder and sub-folders, it couldn't find any that was suitable for the Seiren X.

The fact that not many people created topics about it makes me wonder if there is a well known troubleshooting that we didn't try yet, or if no one bought this mic.

I just use the configurator of Windows i have a seiren X myself and it works well like this. The wheel on the mic only works when your audio source is plugged in to the mic. (and in Windows the sound is set to the mic). I hope there will be a synapse update though.
