Fire Emblem Heroes, how well does it run?

Anyone have any experience with this phone and Fire Emblem Heroes? It is listed as an app that supports the 120hz screen (supporting at least higher than the normal 60fps) but I can't find any first hand reports from anyone on how it feels aside from one thread on these forums stating that it and many other apps didn't work like they claimed, making them feel choppy. And it doesn't even exist anymore as it was only available in its caches form from google search (either removed by the user or a mod deleted it I guess).

Anyone play the game and can give a quick post on how smooth it looks and the FPS it reports as? I play the game allot so seeing it on the supported list was a big part of making me want to get it, but if it actually runs worse I really would like to know before buying.

    Thanks!

FE: Heroes runs around 65-70fps on my Razer phone with 120hz enabled and gamebooster maxed out for the game. I've yet to see it go over 70fps on either menus or in field.

If you leave it on the 60fps lock, it'll run at a rock solid 60fps without drops.

The gameplay doesn't feel choppy at all, its very smooth on this phone whether you lock it to 60fps, or let the adaptive refresh rate do its work.

    That's excellent thank you!

I know it might be hard to tell, but do you notice any visual difference with it running at 65-70fps instead of the stock 60?

    Thanks again!

It's slightly smoother, but FE: Heroes animations aren't consistently fast (like an FPS or something like Lineage 2 with constant combat animations), since its a lot of stop and go motion. So i'd probably just run it at a locked 60fps to preserve battery.

I'm basing this off the fact that i've tried some of the other games that hit 90fps or higher and those look noticeably smoother than 60fps, and I also use adaptive refresh rate on my PC, and its the same thing there. 60-75 looks about the same, its once you start getting 90+ you notice the difference more.
