That you can use the volume keys without holding down the function key?
I did that to mine, since I don't really use the F keys I just flipped the control. So to use say F1 now it's Funtion+F1, F2 or whatever and just clicking them works the volume/mute/pause/etc. controls.
How did you do it?
I imagine it would be quite simple with synapse. Just set your desired key to a macro.
I got it,works great,I'm really liking this keyboard..
Awesome, yeah it was one of the things I liked about the corsair...having the dedicated media keys so I'm glad I was able to do it on the BW.
Its one of the things that I didn't like about the Chroma. All the things I didn't like razer fixed. Very glad I got it today..
i just looked into those macro keys and found out about setting them up to buy me stuff in csgo instantly, totally off topic but thanks for that idea
Yeah you can. Easiest way is if you have any of the macro keys on the Blackwidow, just assign volume buttons to those. I did that for a while and it was pretty useful. Although it bugged me I had to be in synapse all the time for it to work.
Holy crap that's genius. I am going to do that now, yeah. That's an incredibly smart idea.
