Many people seem to have issues with these controllers being recognized by their PC. As they cannot find the dedicated software for it due to Razers seeming lack of upfront information. So I decided to make this post to end the confusion and the headaches. Firstly I just want to say to all who have had issues or have given these products bad reviews. Start paying attention, I see too many people running around like chickens with their heads cut off, all in a fuss, because they don't take the time to read over the fine print and learn what the product is actually capable of and how to fully utilize it. Look at reviews, YouTube videos, Razers official product pages and most importantly their product support pages, it's that simple. If you go to the product support page for the TE or Ultimate, you'll find a clickable option named "Software & Drivers". It will direct to the dedicated software to modify the controllers numerous options and it should also allow it to be read by various games, if in fact the games themselves even support a controller being used. I hope this was helpful and if you need any further assistance please reply to this thread and also contact the proper razer support email.

Are you just playing smart and tell us what we all know, but not exactly always work, or you do have experience with Wolverine and Win10 eg and it all works nice and smooth?
I'm very curious coz i'm about to get a Wolverine.
There's loads of noise about Raiju drifting, in that case your advise is also to "read the manual"?

Bought one and had the same issue; windows 10 didn't recognize it although it should be plug and play. The manuel says nothing, after many reboots and port swapping, the hardware was recognized but the drivers were bad (said w10). Searching around in the support page, nothing at all to help. Then looking at the drivers, nothing available only this cancer Synapse app for XBOX which didn't recognize the controller either.

Anyway after looking at the device manager and doing more trial and error I figured out that it doesn't work on USB 3.0 ports (bad power input apparently says w10) on it only worked on USB 2.0.

Now regarding your point, any device, which is advertised as plug and play and takes more than 15 minutes to install and has no help on the support page, nor FAQ mentioning these issues, no drivers available online; is just bad support and advertising.

Furthermore I don't want to go into the fact that you can't remapp the M buttons as additional keys, or to keyboard buttons in PCs, which is not really made clear in their advertising.
