I would love to know the manufacture processes of some of the products Razer makes. It's just an idea but I would love to see some inside video footage inside the factories a bit like what Apple did with the Mac Pro:

I do agree, except instead of getting material directly from the producer (I mean... we've all heard of the horrible working conditions at A̶p̶p̶l̶e̶ Foxconn factories... and this video doesn't seem to portray any of that). Why not let Linus do a factory tour? Linus did get invited to the Cherry MX factory to do a tour, as well as the Sennheiser factory. It would be interesting to see not only how Razer makes these awesome products, but it might quell some complaints about QC.

EDIT: Ty @ProudSikh for clarifying :)

I would love to watch such a tour but sadly almost all Chinese manufacturing units are similar and have all the same issues like Foxconn and because of this reason I want Razer to give us the tour as I don't want to see anything come in the way of her reputation even remotely.

It was Foxconn not apple factory workers. Foxconn makes products for 20+ companies. I wish people would pay more attention

That video was shot in a US factory as well by the way :)

That too. Totally did pay attention to the video. Mac Pro is 100% made in the U.S.

Voted no. That ad stands in stark contrast to the reality portrayed in news reports like this:

Personally, I do like the idea, so I voted in favour. @Min-Liang Tan, would you be willing to consider this, please? :D

This is a good idea, although a more detailed version would probably work better. Either way, I hope Razer does something like this!
  10. Yes, but then that would cause competitors to become better. I do think it would be cool to have a video of a factory tour. Also the secret of how Razer products are made is part of the fun I guess.

If the conditions that razers factory workers are in are bad then maybe something should be done to change that. I understand that it can be done cheaper that way but if there is one thing I've learnt from business studies it is that companies that have ethics as a priority are often more successful. And if razer improve there quality of conditions then they can show them off in a video like that.also as a bonus the quality of the products would most probably improve due to increased motivation. These are two things that prevent people from buying razer products. I actually feel that this is something razer should do and I really hope that this thread is notice!
