After the latest updates chroma connect doesn't see the twinkly module installed. Only works to reinstall razer synapse but after some time it will automatically update and twinkly disappear again.Only help uninstalling and reinstalling again and again.
Hi, I bought my Viper V2 pro in November 2023, and it worked all fine until today. I was playing games and it suddenly lost connection to the dongle. Also, I tried everything but it seems that the dongle itself is broken since my desktop could not even recognize this usb device. Please let me know what I can do now.

Hi there,I have the Blade 17 2022 model. Trying to connect to 4k 144hz external monitor. But I cannot set the refresh rate to 144hz, but only to 60hz. Seems like this is a common problem. In one of the previous post: https://insider.razer.com/razer-support-45/razer-blade-17-2022-external-display-not-working-after-driver-update-37921?postid=155804#post155804 the answer said they are working on solve this problem. Is there any update? I am still having this problem. This is really disappointing, especially when Razer is trying to set up a high-end brand image

Hello everyone, I am a long time Naga user (since the original naga) and before that I had the original dearhadder. Every razer mouse I had lasted me at least 2 years, some lasted 5. I recently purchased razer naga x from amazon. After connecting it to my PC, I found it disconnecting every time I plugged it in, works for 2 seconds then disconnects completely. Tried everything; including deleting and reinstalling synapse, changing the USB port, using it on other computers,. to no avail. Is there any fix?
I recently changed my phone number and forgot to update it in my account settings. Consequently, I am unable to access my account as all verification steps require a code sent to my old number. Could anybody help on this issue?
I’ve come across a bug recently with my Razer Deathadder Essential with the new Synapse beta.Whenever the program opens (which it does automatically with every startup), the RGB on the mouse turns off and doesn’t come back on unless I close the application, then it’s fine and turns back on.I’ve installed the older Synapse app, and the RGB appears to be fine and turns on correctly.I would like to guess this is a bug for the beta app, and was wondering if it would be fixed soon.Much thanks in advance.
