I just purchased a Huntsman Elite. I tried plugging it into my powered USB 3 hub that is connected to a USB 3.1 'c' connector. When I started Synapse it would see the keyboard but I could not update the profile or change it and the software would hang for a minute or so. I then plugged in to my computer directly and it worked fine. Is there a known good USB hub for this keyboard?
Has anyone tired using this keyboard on a USB switch so I can connect it to 2 different computers?

Just a follow up, I picked up a USB 3.0 switch to have 4 devices connected to 2 computers. I have my Huntsman Elite and Mamba Wireless connected to it and they are working fine. Small delay when switching from one computer to the other but I really do not use it that way. I normally only have one of the computers powered up at a time. This just saves me the trouble of moving stuff around on my desk or connecting and disconnecting stuff.

The switch I purchased off amazon is a ugreen 2 in 4 out. I also have a power supply connected to it which is not included.

You shouldn't plug it into a USB hub.

Why shouldn't is be plugged into a hub? At this point it is plugged into a switch and it is working great.

The power draw could be too high for a single USB port.

That is why I hooked it up to a powered hub first then a powered switch. I never run anything on a non powered hub.
