I need help with support...

    ...because I don't understand how it works.

    Long story short. I contacted Razer support via e-mail and received two e-mails back: first, that they registered my inquiry, second, that they "recently responded to it" but didn't get my answer, so they will close the case if I don't respond in three days.
    I didn't receive any other letters. How should I act now? It seems that both mailboxes (first and reminder ones) are "no-reply" ones. Or should I have received the answer not by e-mail?

    The initial problem was not getting activation code for Surround Pro after registering my new Kraken headset.

    Yoh! When did you register your Kraken Headset? It usually takes up to 14 days before the Surround Pro code is generated and sent to you via email. If you PM me the case number I can check on it as well.
