Insider Achievements Problem

    Hi all,
    I have small issue with "Razer Hardware" section. I can't claim "Accuracy Up" and "Shine bright like a firefly", but I have this products and Synapse see them. Also there one strange moment that i received "Type Master" and "You're Surround-ed" achievements for my keyboard and headset. Could you describe why I can't receive this two achievement too?

    It doesn't let me claim my blade even though I registered it

    Try to relog into insider or try to restart/update your synapse soft it shoud synchronize with it.

    it actually came up not too long after I posted lol. Maybe yours are just taking a while like mine were

    As @BboySurf - relog before claiming rewards. It's a solution for most of rewards problems :)

    I reloged, reinstelled synapse and it doesn't helps :c maybe later it will help, but not now

    Hi,
    I had the same Problem. You have to make sure thet your Razer Gear shows up under the Products section in the External Accounts Tab on Insider. If it doesn´t, try to disassociate synapse from insider, reinstall synapse and asossciate it again. (At least it worked for my Blade ;) )

    Maybe it's helped me, because I have done this things, reinstalled synapse and then disassociated account and associate it again. And it works!

    not working for me either all my products are on the page but not showing up in rewards. Odd. Might have to wait I guess?

    For me it take one day to get rewards. I believe that you soon received your rewards :3

    I never regristered my systems, pheriperals etc on synapse, it just linked automatically and I think I log out and log in once to get it updated. It linked to synapse, Razer account and cortex (I am using same Mail and password on all)

    I have Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma and it's not showing up in the hardware section as available to claim o_O
