    I managed to secure a Blackwidow Chroma Stealth within 1.5 minutes from start of sale for Asian market. Managed to get a Deathadder chroma last year (or 2 years ago) as well. >:)

  2. The codes are supposed to work for only one item. It has been repeated several times in this thread and is clearly stated in Technokat's opening post.

    Also, thanks to the community for being good sports with the posts and info here. A lot of it, along with the Reddit threads, helped make my mind up. Also congratulations to Razer for winning CES Best Gaming in show and for hosting the sale to the fans.

    I managed to grab my first choice item this morning - the Blackwidow Chroma Tournament Edition! Everything went very smoothly, no server lag whatsoever - you guys did an excellent job.

    A lot of people seem dismayed at the shipping charges for lower value orders. Did Razer consider allowing customers to checkout multiple items, but only have the code apply to the most expensive? This seems like a win-win, as fans would get 1 item discounted, razer would sell additional products at full markup, and no shipping charges would be incurred by the customer. I guess the downside is that the site would sell out faster, but this could surely be circumvented by increasing stock prior to the event?

    That is a great suggestion. I remember i paid a hefty shipping charges for my Naga. Thank goodness no shipping fees this time as i managed to get BWCS.

    Kudos to Razer team though this time, the sales was absolutely flawless for me.

    damn, i don't understand... on my try to buy (3 Minutes in, EU) the Tournament stealth Black Widow, it showed me the product is not available anymore, so i just gave up, as that was the sole product i wanted. Half an hour later (had to work again) i got a mail stating i could grab my product in my warebag (BW T S) . taking another break i tried it just to see that it's unavailable again -.-
    Still, cudos to anyone lucky this year :)

    Woot got my Razer Leviathan, so I have to say I totally appreciate the CES sale, Keep up the innovation for future people choice awards.

    What kind of trash is this Razer. You want to charge me $43 for standard shipping or $42 for express shipping. How is standard more than standard. I can't even get two items as the 50% code won't work on just one of them. This sale is useless as I would be paying for the earbuds for full price.

  11. Dont think they particularly care.
    They can't justify the shipping charges, they just shrug it off and tell you to accept it or dont order.
    Unless you are ordering something expensive like a keyboard or mamba/naga epic or something its useless as the shipping charges will more or less make the discount very small.
    I wanted to order a regular Naga Chroma, came to £37 then + £18 for the shipping which comes to £55. £18 for shipping? really? are you going to delivery it early the next day delivered in a posh wooden crate with a handwritten message and a free gift? totally stupid.
    Looking at the Naga Epic Chroma, came to £62 with free shipping....£7 extra for the wireless functionality and more re-sale value? duh.....

    I'm having some issues with buying a mouse, my order got rejected and I can't seem to find it because when I search by order number it takes me to a previous order. I think somehow my and my friend's orders got stuck together on her account as we used the same PC and as fast as possible as we were afraid it would sell out and now I can't fix mine. Code doesn't work too. Support is probably too busy as I haven't got an answer yet. Don't really know what to do :slightly_sad: anyone got any idea?

    Also side note, my other friend wanted to buy a firefly but the shipping cost is immense, we asked if there was any way they could just send it with another of our orders and they said no. While understandable, it still very much sucks :slightly_sad:

    Sent my class off early for break so I could get on and get some Man'o'war wireless headphones! Second CES sale I've participated in, and have enjoyed using razer since the original boomslang! Thanks Razer and congrats on the CES win again!

    lol no one is trying to scam you. you simply didn't read the terms of the sale or the numerous posts explaining that if the discount lowers the amount to below the free shipping threshold, you don't get free shipping. And I have never seen a store that does give you free shipping when your price gets lowered below the threshold. I don't think anyone does that. What is wrong with them? Good question, they were just trying to do something nice by offering an appreciation discount to loyal fans, so what exactly are you so upset about? Do you think they owe you anything?
