Minimum 2-year guarantee in Europe

    They always are. Do not mistake warranty (also called Commercial Guarantee) and Legal Guarantee (EU Law Warranty). I does have ''only 1 year'' of warranty, but the 2 year Law about Legal Guarantee does still apply.

    Based on the emails though it seems Razer Support is also getting confused by this.

    Can't you just make your purchase with a credit card that automatically grants you a 2nd year of warranty? Problem solved! :)

    Again, I'm not too sure about other countries, but in the UK s75 of Consumer Credit Act 1974 extends liability to the credit card company for purchases giving you extra cover. Along with some credit card companies giving a further additional warranty, such as American Express which even covers accidental damage for the first few months.
