    Hey guys,

I came here first time becasue i have many things from Razer and i bought Deathadder Chroma and after few days i saw that sitaution :
In game I walk very slowly, with no making sounds, holding my mouse and my gun is shooting- without my fingers, it is very annoying becasue i lost many rounds becasue of it, it appears in fps like crossfire, even in battlefield 3,4 or 1 .

Is it problem with mouse? Becasue i dont see other way.

Thats odd, Seems like the mouse might have an issue with the switch or something. Do you know if it is still under warranty? I don't think some kind of issue like that will arise from Synapse or anything. You can contact support no matter if it is or isn't under support anyways to see if they can recommend anything.

    Jenjar,
    Thank you for fast answer.

I have bought this mouse about 1 month ago so of course i have warranty for this.
I had older mouse and i did not have situation like this. I will contact support firstly before i go to shop where i bought it.

See if the shop you got it has a return policy before you do the RMA option from Razer. Some stores will let you just swap it out or replace it for a different product of the same value, refund etc..
I know at my local staples even if you are a day or so out of the return policy they will still do it for you, you just need to be patient and kind :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:.

Try it on other stuff maybe? Like just leave the mouse on a button and see if it clicks itself, try to identify if its happening anywhere you go, or just in games.

Well if it happens itself at anywhere (example: browsers, or just anywhere), it means its most probably the mouse switches are malfunctioning. If it only happen in your games, it could be game settings, bug, software settings in your computer, or other stuff. The main thing here is trying to identify if its really your hardware, the mouse switch malfunctioning, or just software problems. That way if its a hardware problem you know you should claim warranty. Also try and get help from Razer support. I used to have a problem with my Kraken Pro V2, they reply fast and do try to help.
