I picked up the xbox one s controller and updated it on my windows 10 PC. It works well with PC (both my gaming rig and my surface pro 3). The input lag is not noticeable to me between wired and bluetooth (I am a 32 year old casual gamer, so take that into account). It also works wonderfully with my Nvidia shield TV for gamestream and emulators, and I greatly prefer it to my 360 controller or my shield controller.

which buttons are you mostly using for you fighting games?
personally I really like the razer serval as it's buttons are really responsive with nearly no travel, it's definitely a big improvement to regular ps4 and Xbox 1 controllers
however the d pad buttons are way too heavy to press, so if you use them often the serval is not your best choice

So I tried to check for input lag wired vs wireless on more dynamic game (Dissida Duodecim on ppsspp and Shadow of Mordor), I can't see any difference personally and both mode works flawlessly.

As said by Dommorak, I'm not a hardcore gamer and might not be train to see infinitesimal input lag like some gamer probably can, but I'm really enjoying my Xbox One S controller.

Plus I also made it to work with android (even if it can be a pain to set up as android doesn't recognize the buttons as what they should)

Well that is good to hear, glad they have improved upon it since I used it last.
