Hi all, My RZ09-03289E21 has started to have display issues, but more concerningly it’s preventing my from the bios.Normally, I have a HDMI secondary Monitor. I reduced the refresh rate to 60Hz as the laptop display freaks out. Current the drivers are all up to date and Windows has the NVIDIA driver set to be the Primary Source of Graphic not processor. My issue is the laptop display is now occasionally showing a Residual / Transparent image of a window I have just closed or moved. I thought I would check Bios to see if there is any updates I could run, but I found if I press F9, only the first 1-2cm of the Bios Screen is displayed the rest is blank.This is confusing and If windows if displaying an image, the bios should show with no issues.My thought that the Bios may be corrupted, and I though I would try an update, RazerUpdater_v1.1.1.2_DA550-BIOSv0106.exe says my bios is already correct and it doesn’t give the option to update. Using a program called Focus LoggerI have determined that Razer synapse 3 is causing Full screen Games to be pulled out of focus, while in a gaming session, and minimize instantly to desktop, without warning. It can happen after 5 minutes of gaming, or 10 minutes. Focus Logger tells me its the folder location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Razer\Synapse3\WPFUI\Framework\Razer Synapse 3 Host and points to Razer Synapse 3.exe. Is there anyway to stop synapse from doing this, would a full uninstall/reinstall help here? Is there an issue with windows 11 and synapse?

Hi, so I received a free Razer Cobra mouse from Google Play as part of a special reward but after ordering on April 12th it has yet to ship, and I cannot look at the order status because I was not logged into a Razer ID at the time of ordering and there is no way to contact support directly to ask about the status.I have an order number from the confirmation email but have no way to look at if it has been shipped or any kind of tracking.Is there anywhere we can directly contact support or is this the best chance at getting their attention?
Hi.After installing the BETA version, I noticed a problem with the Huntsman V2 Analog keyboard.When I go to the keyboard tab in Synapse 3 Beta and want to change the lighting method, nothing happens.Sometimes I get it after a few minutes, sometimes I don't.Now I have, for example: Spectrum Cycling set and previously it was Fire.Even though I changed to Spectrum Cicling - I still see flames on the keyboard.When I select another device - let's say a mouse, I will select Spectrum Cycling and click Apply to other chroma... - other devices such as speakers, pad, etc. are set to Spectrum, and the keyboard still remains in the old settings.
hello my headset has thx feature and it was working fine a few days ago but recently there is not the slightest change in sound even if thx is selected on synapse 3. when I download the thx spacial audio app it works but it has a 15 day period why should I pay money when the headset has the feature???? please helpNote: I apologise for my poor English :)

How can i removed my old number because I've been try to send the code many times, i want to change it to a new number because my old number has been disconnected to the server of GLOBE
Hello, I always used my Barracuda X Headset with the type-c dongle and never had problems so far. Out of the blue problems began. Suddenly the headset does not always autiomatically connect after startup, I often have to remove and plugin again the doingle. When there is no audio output I hear a cracking noise and after a few seconds the headset simply shuts off. But not with the voice confirmation, it suddenly turnes off. I tested it in bluetooth-mode and did not experience such problems there, but it was only a short test. I tried reinstalling the device, updating the firmware, checking audio-drivers but did not manage to get rid of this problem. As far as Ive seen there were no automatic updates or anything like this before the problems occured the first time. I upgraded to Windows 11 but this was a few days before. Is the dongle propably defect? I did not have the chance to test it on another device yet. Thanks for any help.

I have the Razer Naga pro 2 and as of Thursday May 2nd, none of the following issues existed. When I loaded up my PC on Friday May 3rd in the evening, I noticed my Naga pro 2 lighting was broken, it was coming on and off in a weird way, when i looked into it on chroma app, it was showing all colors assigned but the mouse itself wasn’t behaving. It turns out the “reactive” lighting effect was no longer working with Naga pro 2 as of May 3rd. Once I removed reactive effect from my lighting profiles it started to behave correctly. HOWEVER the on-screen notifications that were working perfectly fine as of Thursday night stopped working. They no longer show up when I’m running a game, I heavily rely on it in OW2 for example for switching between DPI settings in game. It’s really frustrating because between May 2nd and May 3rd I have not installed anything to my knowledge, so it’s probably either my mouse has broke already which is less than 2 months old or some kind of update on something h
Is there any way to rebind some of the sensitivity buttons to be mouse buttons? (ex. Sensitivity Clutch → Mouse 6, creating a new mouse button that can be bound) I’ve looked pretty much everywhere on Synapse and I can’t find anything that would let me do that. Is there something that I’m missing or is this just not possible?

My laptop touch screen (Razer 15 Advanced 2021 3080 4K OLED TouchScreen) has stopped working.
