My case #240228-002801 created on 28-Feb-2024 PST, and they are: “Please be guided that we are still in communication with our team. Please allow me to process this validation and we will send our feedback via email. We will keep you posted once we got word from them.” It has been 2 months and no solution! Worst Warranty ever! I love Razer products… But 2 or more of warranty its just for selling stuff!

Hi guys, as many of You i have read on this forum and reddit, I cant update the firmware on my almost brand-new Razer Kiyo Pro. It came with a software version 1.0.1.8 and i cant update it to newest or any that i found online. Im so disappointed, great camera but it is not working properly in windows 11, read online that FW update solves issues. Tried with few PCs and different OSes - Vista, 7 both 32bit and 64bit, 8, 10, 11. I tried eveything that i could. Please help me, this is brand new camera (has like 2-3 weeks) and razer site tells me that warranty on this cam is over(!). Thanks for help. have a great day!
Guys, I have the Wolverine 2 cabled controller. It has a quick release strain relief cable so I dont pull my monitor off the desk! One side looks like a PS2 connector (its not, i dont think) and the uder is USB - I’ve lost the little cable, and without it I cant plug it in to my PC - Going nuts looking for a replacement.Any ideas?
I received a new v2 Pro 2023 for Christmas and it’s been a nightmare ever since. I consistently get disconnected from Discord at random times. It happens almost daily, it can happen from right after I log into Discord to hours later. The only fix is a reboot of my computer, and everything is fine. Windows no longer detects the input from the device when this happen, I can switch over to my boom USB mic and it works fine, audio still works through the headset but the Mic does not. All windows drivers and utilities are up to date.This is a brand new PC build, I have used another brand headset with no issues. I have tried updating the firmware but the program tells me the headset is not plugged in, even though it’s operating normally at that time, so I have not successfully been able to update the firmware. I’m on my last reach before I return this headset and go with a Steel Series as it seems to be working fine using my friends for the last few days now. I’m very upset as I try to stay

so i have 2months on this headset now, and its randomly powering off when connected to bluetooth on mobile phone ( connect - instant shutdown lol ) ( it working fine when connected to dongle on my desktop ) any idea?
Was working totally fine since early 2022 and a few days ago i turned my pc off by accident then turned it back on and my headphones would no longer connect i tried restarting my pc pressing the button on the headphones 3 times turning them on and off but nothing works also the mic stopped working not long after i got them but thats not the point and i am sure they arent connecting to the dongle because there is no second beep and they wont connect to my iphone 15 or ipad mini 6.
I bought my Death stalker V2 pro a few months ago. Everything worked perfectly and I quite enjoyed the product.But today out of the nowhere it stopped responding, the RGB is still working and I can still change the Lights by using the Fn button weirdly but everything else isn't working, The letters, numbers, shift, caps locked, windows key... nothing is working. First I thought I was in the demo mode but I wasn't (note that I could change from modes without any problems)So it seems like it registered the input but just doesn't wants to work. I don't know if it is a software issue because I am locked out of my pc because I can't type my password…
