Razer Ripsaw performance?

  1. I bought my Razer Ripsaw, and am hoping to stream from Xbox One with OBS Studio. I'm currently facing two problems right now:

    1. For some reason, the only resolution that it will display on OBS is 1280 x 720. The other setting will say "No Signal". Does this have to do with my OBS settings or USB?

    2. While streaming I noticed that it seemed to look glitchy, or that it was skipping frames when I played my game (Destiny). It's not my internet speeds or anything, because when I preview the stream on OBS, without recording or streaming, it does the same thing. So internet speed is not the issue.

Do I need to change my settings in OBS or on the capture device itself? If you have any suggestions, or more questions on my setup, please let me know!

    Thanks!

It's strange. Be shure you have selected obs in synapse panel, and in obs that you use ripsaw as external card.

  3. 1. Sounds like the console is only set to 720p.
    2. Can't comment but have not experienced this issue myself playing Destiny on the Xbox One. The only thing I can think of that would cause this is maybe the capture card is plugged into a 2.0 port?
