Razer support is the best

    I broke my lcd somehow for my blade stealth sent my device for warranty I thought I would pay like 300$ from the first day they got my device they sent me a shipping number for new replacement free of charge Razer support is the best thanks Razer.

    Yeah, I had a similar case. As far as I've experienced, Razer has some of the best support I've ever come across.

    Yay Razer! This gives me piece of mind about my Blade Stealth (when it arrives) knowing that I can expect top-notch support!

    Good to hear that, I had some troubles in the past with the support but they really improved during the last year and now they are very good on their job

    Logitech needs to learn from Razer on their support (and mouse shapes)

    I once spent 3 hours on the phone with HP support just to confirm what I already thought was the problem. And it took Roxio 6 months to send me a replacement product once. Razer Support is pretty good.... lol

    This is one of the reason why I love razer. Their support team are very approachable and they know what they are doing unlike other companies.

    Yes, Razer Support is very knowledgeable and pretty responsive.

    I just wish I had the same technician respond to my email each time.

    Most of the turnaround times for RMAs is less than 2 weeks. It really depends on how close you are to the RMA location.

    I knew Razer was good but I never knew it was that good! Wow they are amazing!

    The support is very quick to respond . I like it. Thats a another averae of Razer :)

    I had a Razer Naga that got screwed up overtime. Razer replaced it with a newer edition free of charge after like a year of usage. *Cry

    I've had mostly bad experiences with Razer, but the ones that were good were VERY good

    I have got to say. I was expecting much worse CS experience but I had a question regarding core and they had me all set and fixed within 30in of submitting an online ticket through their site. Not bad at all.
