My mouse scroll wheel has been acting up, and a single Google search shows many other people having the exact same error after about 6 months of use.

If I knew this beforehand, I wouldn't have purchased it, especially considering how horrible the support is. Trying to contect support gives me the error, "Oops I'm encountering a spot of trouble, please try again later." And trying later gives the exact same issue.

It's worse because their products are just so expensive, but I believe that I was getting a quality product. Or at the very least they'd be willing to care about customer satisfaction.

Now I do genuinely feel scammed by Razer with how the mouse is acting its basically unusable. And they already have my money, since they don't care to even respond to their requests for support.I guess it could just be one of those companies, where once they have my money they don't care anymore, they already won. But this is just genuinely horrible, I didn't expect this lack of care towards customers.

If you bought it at Razer.com, then contact Razer support: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/contact-support
Describe your problem, go through all troubleshooting steps, that they'll send you, then if everything is correct, you'll get a replacement.

If you bought it via some 3rd party shop/seller (amazon etc) then you should contact the shop directly.

I’ve always thought Razer would be the dream brand to have all sorts of things, I’ve bought a Razer blade 15 with the rtx2060, and after a few months all of a sudden it just turned off while I was playing… contacted the support, they asked me for a few videos of the product and they said that yes, it was a hardware problem and they didn’t have a place to fix in so I had to ship my laptop to Germany, the whole process took about 2-3 weeks, and what happened was a burnt motherboard, even tho I wasn’t playing anything hard at the the time. They didn’t had the spare part to change for me, so they offered me to send a new computer instead, I accepted, but on the date that the computer was supposed to be shipped to me, they sent apologies saying that the computer I was going to receive was opened and used for parts… then I low key flipped. but then they offered me a rtx3070 brand new, after 5 days it arrived and I’m happy with it. It’s just now starting to be a bit slow to boot, don’t know why since I’ve taken care of it like a baby. But yeah, they do very good products, probably not much reliable and have a sloppy customer service, but works out in the end…

I thought highly of the brand, people only said positive things about them. But six months after I bought their products, I'm starting to have issues with them, and their support is entirely useless. I guess it could just be one of those companies, where once they have my money they don't care anymore, they already won. Does anyone know if I have the mouse and have created macros on one machine, if I blue tooth the mouse to another machine do the macro button assignments still work without the software being installed on the 2nd machine or do i have to go through the hassle of installing it on multiple machines?

Button assignments - yes, macro - depends on the mouse model.

I ordered the Naga v2 pro. To be clear, i want to be able to execute macros designed on machine 1 connected via the cabme on machine 2 that i connect to via kvm switch or bluetooth.

It has 5-onboard memory profiles, so macros will be also saved on this mouse.
