My mouse scroll wheel has been acting up, and a single Google search shows many other people having the exact same error after about 6 months of use. If I knew this beforehand, I wouldn't have purchased it, especially considering how horrible the support is. Trying to contect support gives me the error, "Oops I'm encountering a spot of trouble, please try again later." And trying later gives the exact same issue. It's worse because their products are just so expensive, but I believe that I was getting a quality product. Or at the very least they'd be willing to care about customer satisfaction. Now I do genuinely feel scammed by Razer with how the mouse is acting its basically unusable. And they already have my money, since they don't care to even respond to their requests for support.I guess it could just be one of those companies, where once they have my money they don't care anymore, they already won. But this is just genuinely horrible, I didn't expect this lack of care towards customers.
