Razer Synapse 3 Still Beta?

    So its has been more than year and synapse 3 is not only in beta but really only added support for what to seems like 4 devices in that time and their new stuff. Not to even added supports for first or second gen chroma devises, that's a little mind boggling. I bought a chroma blackwidow stealth and a deathadder chroma and razer kraken 7.1 v2 at the beginning of last year and the deathadder and kraken is still not supported. Even though it came out after the blackwidow. Is razer so focused on releasing new products more rapidly rather than supporting them? I understand that its a beta and all of that but you haven't even added support for products that came out the same year as the ones sold saying supports synapse beta. And frankly if that how razer is gonna do support on a "as needed bases" i don't think i want to be apart of that nor apart or the price tag of a "premium" product . I'd think id rather have a cheap product with no support rather a expensive one with buggy old software.

    heck the razer work shop is unusable and has been for the past couple months. You cant click more info or download on more than half of them due to the boxes that each app/game are in are not dynamic to the description.(at least on fire fox)

    I just got done scrolling through the thread on this forum and it seem people aren't even getting the help they need. most of the fixes are "have your tried uninstalling and reinstalling". But the comments are like two week to a month, if they were even answered. I saw some as far back as march with no answer from staff or anyone........

    in this time i have contacted support they said "We appreciate your feedback on the Razer Synapse 3 beta. We have included your request to add the DeathAdder Chroma and Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 in our Features Request Poll". so wait theirs a vote on what will get support?

    If one of razer's staff see this please add more support for your product. Please i beg of you tell the dev team to start supporting all your devices. And if your not sure which ones to do start from the most recent and work your way back. Hell take a page from other company. HP still supports my laptop that i bought 8 years ago with driver/bios updates, apple still supports up to 8 year old devices with the latest and greatest software and firmware. If you are planning to make sy2 obsolete than you need to start supporting all the products sy2 in sy3.

    update:
    I just notice that some of the support done on the forum is one done through pms'. Like why not just post the fix publicly or just say it publicly and then pm? I understand you want to keep your custom software custom but for the people other who might have this problem might not know there is a solution.

    You do have a point, and it sure isn't really fair from Razer not to support (and take so long to add) the older devices to Synapse 3. I have a Chroma Mug Holder (a limited product, meant for hardcore Razer fans), and it isn't ported to Synapse 3.

    It really isn't hard to port most of these products, especially when a huge company like Razer is working on it.

    Well, this primarily is not a support forum. I try to help as many people as I can, and I barely do see unanswered threads.

    look at the synapse beta tab about 90% of them are answered by razer

    me and my friend are working on a app that will import all profiles,drivers and profiles from synapse 2 to 3

    Do what I did, shit can all Razer products and change to a company that CAN code. There is plenty of them. Sure, none of them are perfect, but they sure as shit are better than Razer..
