    Hello!

As in title, I have both Razer Ornata Chroma and MSI graphics card with RGB support. MSI uses it's own Mystic Light application to control GPU RGB, but when Synapse is installed on the same PC, the Synapse tool works only after installation up to first reboot. After that the Light effects on keyboard stop after few seconds or don't launch at all leaving just default rgb effects.

Reinstalling both apps don't help, reinstalling keyboard drives don't help. At first it helped to open Task Manager and forcefully close "LEDWatcher.exe" process on Mystic Light which enabled proper Light effect on keyboard, but it worked only for a moment and then stopped again. I don't want to uninstall Mystic Light because it turns off RGB effects entirely, but also would love to have keyboard own rgb effects.

Any ideas on what might help with this? Or maybe Razer itself can resolve the issue byt fixing it inside the app itself so they won't conflict with Mystic Light drivers?

    Hello,

Please navigate to the Chroma Apps tab and disable MSI Mystic Light from the apps list to restore control to Synapse.

    Cheers!

ahhhh thank you! I uninstalled Mystic Light a couple weeks ago because it was driving me crazy fighting with it. I'll reinstall it and do this.
