So i have a Synapse installed, but the thing is after a week or two the program would freeze. Cant open it via start menu, double clicking it on taskbar doesn't do anything, right click unresponsive, nothing. Lighting on my Kraken retains its setting though. After i restart my laptop, i'd check if the Synapse is ok but to no avail. So I'd be back to square one, reinstalling it again, and this thing has happened ever since in an infinite loop.

Kinda frustrating now so i wanna ask from you guys some help to what can i do to make my Synapse normal again :slightly_sad:

A fresh and clean windows install helps. Synapse 2.0 isn´t that good, after I´ve got in contact with the support and the developers for over a month nobody could fix my problem. They just sayed I should definitely wait for 3.0 which I do actually.

Try a clean windows install and you got the chance that it will work again, you can also contact the support first ;)

  3. I'm not sure what Razer products you are using but I had similar issues, what I found out is that it happens on my system when my Naga is manually switched off when I boot up. Synapse just hangs there spooling unresponsively until I swtich the naga on. I have a Black Widow, a Deathadder 2013 and an Orbweaver all plugged in and the only time that it happens for me is when my Naga is switched off. I did so many installations and reinstallations of Synapse until I figured out what was happening.

I only have the Kraken 7.1 v2 so i can't, in a sense, turn it off. But ill be sure to take note of what you said and i'll check certain conditions from time to time to see if it really is the case, that my Kraken is the culprit for this. Thanks guys and to @Sim3Gamer for the help :D
