[Status update] Razer Core shipment

  1. Maybe the 70 that were up for a couple of days were solidly actual stock but the ~120 that were added right before the launch were defined as preorderable cores. Still doesn't explain why Nathan's website has a negative number but maybe they wanted to continue preorders? Who knows.

    Mine doesn't have back order anymore, still processing.
  3. Just checked my email and I got one saying the core is backordered until July 29th :slightly_sad:. Did anyone else in the f5 squad get this, since I ordered as soon as the page went live so I would hope I got one of the 70 initially in stock?

    Edit: after seeing Chrono's message that his didn't say backorder anymore, checked my order status page and it had gone too, so knock on wood i'm in the clear with the initial 70 :)

    I'd like to thank nathanvollmer for his website. I wasn't paying any attention to the forums since Tuesday, so I didn't know of the notice that they were going to go on sale. I was watching TV yesterday at 6pm and I saw my computer screen flash (as my monitors are next to my TV) and looked over and sure enough, red border. I jumped on and got one. So, big thanks to Nathan! I wouldn't have gotten one without you!

    Check your order status, and no I didn't get that kind of email. I also ordered within two minutes it went live.

  9. Hopefully you don't have to wait. I never got an email like that, just confirmation, but I hope it works out.
  10. Thanks Osprey, hope we both get our's shipped shortly. I'm sure my phone will semi blow up once they start shipping :)

  12. So I emailed razer about my order and they said it was in progress and then they resent the email and I got it!!!! They also said that it would ship within 5 days!!!!! I'm so excited

    My credit card was charged which typically doesn't happen when you order something on back order. Back ordered items typically charge the card when it is about to be shipped.

    Sad part is I have to RMA my Blade so I might have a Core with no Blade for a while.

    Website is now back to Notify Me as well, so maybe we were lucky and they actually had stock for a while.

    I was lucky enough to get one on the last pre-order and they charged my card the day before it got shipped out so I'd be surprised if it't not on its way by this weekend.
    What kind of problems were you having with you Blade that you need an RMA, is it the stealth or the regular Blade?
  16. My card has been charged as well. I finished submitting my order by 6:07PST yesterday, and it showed order submitted until they sent me an order confirmation a few hours ago. Order status also no longer shows back order. As with about4penguins1, customer support responded indicating that it should ship within 5 days.

    On the other hand, my card was not charged until several days after I had already received my RBS a few weeks ago.

    Here is a link to the issue I am having with my Razer Blade. Razer Blade 2016 issues?

    Just received the RMA details via email. Razer Support said they are so new that they are just replacing them and not repairing them yet.

  19. It seems like if you didn't get an email that's says it's back ordered then your will probably be shipped within the next week, sorry to anyone who has to wait a month for it to get shipped tho
  20. Yeah that really sucks considering it wasn't mentioned by anyone before they went on sale. There hasn't been a lot of communication going around :slightly_sad: Hopefully they work on that for future events like this one.
