Still order in process :(

  1. i know i sent a support ticket, but they are slow its been 48 hours and its still order in process omg

    and which number to call? im from ph

    Wait, you're freaking out after 48h... on a weekend...?
    If you ordered on friday it's not really gonna be processed until monday since saturday and sunday aren't business days.
    Or are you trying to CANCEL your order? Can you please be more specific as to what your problem is...?
     
  3. ordered it on thursday, I'm not trying to cancel it anyways just gonna call them later

    Calm down, I get that ordering expensive gear is stressful, but a single business day since your order (said business day being Friday) is usually not enough time for them to process all of it, on monday or tuesday you'll most likely get the shipping confirmation, just be a little patient ^-^
