Hello, I ordered a Razer Cobra on April 14. Since then, I have only gotten confirmation that the order was received. How long does it normally take for it to say it was shipped?
I have two Razer devices that I have been testing using the multi-device feature for the 2.4Ghz Hyperspeed USB connection. They are both on the supported list of devices, but when I connect them together I lose keystrokes if I am simultaneously mousing. The devices I am using are: Razer BlackWidow V3 Mini Hyperspeed (on the latest firmware v2.01.01_r1) Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro (on the latest firmware v1.01.01_r1) To reproduce this, you have to do the following: Connect the DeathAdder as a second device on the BlackWidow's 2.4Ghz USB dongle. Open a text editor (e.g. notepad). Type a few letters repeatedly while simultaneously moving the mouse in circles. You will notice many keystrokes get missed. Also, key down events get lost so the keys appear stuck "down" and will auto-repeat once you stop typing. The reason why this is important is if you are playing a game and using the mouse for aim while using the WASD keys for movement, you will notice your movement is unresponsive and glit

I recently have started using Axon and I do enjoy the wallpapers and content it currently has. Though one problem I am encountering is that when I try to access the folder for the wallpapers directly, I am told I do not have access even though I am the administrator. This also prevents the data from syncing with OneDrive. After a convoluted process of reassigning ownership to the folder again and again, will I get access until the next reboot. I would like to set some of these wallpapers as my lock screen. Any thoughts? Suggestions??

As it stands, I am roughly 10 days removed from ordering a mouse off the website here. Currently, I am led to a FedEx tracking link that gives me the status of the package. FedEx is claiming that the package has not moved in quite some time and I fear the package itself may be lost. How long after the initial purchase should I begin to start the refund process. I am provide purchase information to the appropriate party should anything useful come of this post. With that said, I am pretty appalled with how difficult the “support” process is as a whole.

Previous case reference 240418-001627 Sadly I am having to reach out to you again. The Razer Ripsaw has stopped working. As per my previous email we got everything working and was last fully functional on 3rd May, Saturday.. Today my son was all set to stream and nothing is getting through the capture card. We have looked up updating the Ripsaw and it is all up to date.
Ihave a brand new Razer Blackwidow v4 Pro. The spacebar is inconsistent, sometimes adding onespace, sometimes adding two. This message is an example of unedited spacebar issues. You can see for yourself where the spacebar adds one space or two. Or, asinthis sentence or the first, where no spaces happen when you press the key. Sometimes it adds a space in the middle of a word.Given that this is t he most pressed key on my keyboard, I need to get this fixed ASAP. There are apps that I use where a spacebardoes more than just put aspace in a paragraph or sentence.
Hello, is there a known issue with the Razer Leviathan V2 Pro soundbar? The soundbar no longer responds when you try to turn it on. I measured the output voltage on the power supply when idle, and it is 18.2 volts.The system was purchased in January 2024. I'm afraid there's a defect, right?
Hello, I'm currently using a Razer Blade 16 4090, 2023. I'm trying to use USB-C at work because I saw some videos explaning that the laptop can run with 100W while doing small tasks. The issue is that when it's plugged in with a USBC + 100w adaptor, the laptop keeps discharging the battery, even doing almost nothing, How can I use a 100W USBC charger and still working on my laptop without discharging it? Should I do something different in configurations ? Or it really doesn't work with a 100W charger? (I have already tried the charger and cable, it works with 100W. So it's not that they don't work).
Yesterday everything was working just fine. Today I turned on my PC and I couldn’t type a single letter or number. I managed to login using On-Screen Keyboard and closed SignalRGB to open Synapse. Suddenly my keyboard (Huntsman Elite) started working again with the exception of the keys “o, 8, 9 and .” (as far as I have noticed). I tried plugging the keyboard in my laptop which doesn’t have Synapse and I couldn’t type anything.I already tried updating firmware, reinstalling Synapse, disabling “Demo Mode”, reinstalled drivers from Windows but nothing seems to work. Nothing has been spilled, my keyboard wasn’t hit or anything, this started out of nowhere.Edit: F7 key doesn’t work either.
I cannot update Kiyo Pro Firmware. Update Button is disabled.It says Contact Support? but doesn’t say how.
This is quit simple, I optimized my computer, cortex fuc**up somewhere with my ram and now I can’t boot my pc, it also boot with cortex settings, witch men’s that I can’t boot my pc, and even I it does, I can barely play, and go on the web before it crash, otherwise I can’t open cortex to restore my optimisation settings because every time I try it blue screen my pc, and I know that even If I uninstall cortex the settings would still be up and still make bsod
