    Hi all,

My daily job is being an Agile Coach in IT. Agile approach is about being efficient and focused towards small and faisable objectives, bringing value to whoever it is intended to. Agile is spreading in non IT fields uch as marketing, finances, etc.

I am interested to learn, maybe document if I manage to gather various and pertinent content regarding how eSports Teams manage themselves using some approach or Agile concept. I have heard about a Team that use Kanban in chosing their contests - prizes and training wise. Are there any other examples out there and with enough data to bring the discussion to the point of, did it work (to bring agility in the team) ?
Some other examples would be : setting goals together, doing retrospective to improve the team efficiency regularly. At one point this is something I would like to try.

    Thanks for your help !
