Am not sure if this is the right place to ask such a question. But I want to use my chroma BW and Firefly on my work laptop.

Problem is that I cannot install Synapse without getting an admin to authorise it (and they probably won't).

Is there any way I can use my Chroma settings without going through an install on my work laptop? I've tried to use the tournament drivers but they still require installation.

Sorry if there is a thread about this - can't seem to find it.

    Thanks guys!

On any new machine, you have to install Synapse, because that is the program that tells your peripherals what colors to produce when. So if you can't install Synapse on a work laptop, then you can't have your custom colors.

Just ask the system admins anyway. What's it going to hurt?

    Appreciate your reply..

However it is a work laptop and due to security (and other boring) reasons they won't simply allow any programs to be installed on the laptop without a valid work reason.

I've asked tech support and they loosely mentioned that Synapse 3.0 will allow for 'default' profile tuning. Hope it really is true.

In the mean time any other suggestions or fixes that doesn't need an EXE file to be installed on my work laptop?
