When will my razer product come?

    Hello insiders, on the razer site it says order before the 13th to get it by 24th December. Does it not come in 3 to 5 days as normal. If so please do reply

    Takes 5 to 7 business days so roughly if you order on the weekend you will get it before the next weekend or on the following monday.

    Cancel and reorder through Amazon, then it'll actually maybe show up :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

    Basically. I ordered on November 27. I've yet to receive a shipping confirmation. Already spoke with support 3 times. Last I heard was last Saturday that out would be shipped in 24 business hours. That was Wednesday, it's Saturday now.

    I recommend reading though the following thread: Tracking Razer Orders/Shipments
    Then account for all of the seasonal holidays starting with Thanksgiving and going through New Year's Day - keep in mind that even if Razer gets their part of the sale done quickly that you can not guarantee that the mail service isn't delayed, Razer does not own or control the shipping companies and they have no say in how long they may, or may not, take.

    Their shipping has been amazing for me (however I see my mistake), I wanted to return an item because it didnt fit me and shipping from Canada to the USA would have been $90 for me since they dont pay for return shipping which is a ridiculous cost for me. However initial shipping took 3 days when it said 3-5 days and took 5 days when it said 5-7 days which is nice, but during the holidays it may take longer.

    I have recently been very disappointed with Razer support. I need a replacement screen protector and they said everything checks out they can send me a new one, but its been 5 days and I've gotten no confirmation email (which they said I would get within 2 days) and when I messaged them again to ask they said that it has been processed that the correct department needs to confirm it and send me a confirmation email....which I already knew. Disappointed....

    I ordered a new laptop and am stuck in review. Order was on the 5th and cant get straight answers from chat. I made a clean post about it asking if others had problems and they took my post down and didn't even offer to help. Am at the point of canceling my order. Never been treated this way when spending 2k+.

    Ordered Dec 5th, Laptop still hasn't shipped and cant get help from chat. Phone support just says to talk to chat or email ....
