Mice and Surfaces

My mouse was a gift from a friend. Last year, it would disconnect intermittently, but I could fix it by taking the batteries out and putting them back in. Today, while I was gaming, it suddenly disconnected completely. Nothing works now—I tried cleaning the battery compartment and reinserted the batteries multiple times.Can I get a replacement or repair? I've used several of your products, but they've all had issues like faulty mouse switches and sensor failures.

I’ve always used a wired Deathadder V2 to play FPS (mainly Apex) games with absolutely no issues. Recently switched to a Naga Pro V2 because the extra buttons come in hand for crouch spamming, holstering, shields, etc. ever since switching using the 2.4hz wireless connection I get occasional in-game stuttering and it’s annoying the life out of me! Any advice would be greatly appreciated. 

Hi there! Just got my Pro Click V2 delivered today and was attempting to customize the buttons on the mouse using Razer Synapse 4.  However, I’m encountering issues where Synapse 4 will say that I’ve saved the change, it will work once, but then it will revert back to it’s default function.  I’m not sure what is causing it.  I have the mouse plugged in and have restarted my computer a few times to no avail.  Any tips would be helpful!  (For example, I tried to change the Long Press from the AI chat to activate Task View in Windows, I saved it in Synapse 4 and when I tried the Long Press and it successfully prompted Task View.  But subsequent attempts at using Long Press would revert back to the default and prompt the AI chat despite it still showing as changed to Task View in Synapse 4). 

I have a 4y/o razer basilisk v3 26k dpi I use it everyday without any problem but when I plug it in today It doesn't work Windows detected it as unknown device But when I plug it in my linux laptop it work just fine

Hi Razer Support,I'm experiencing an issue with the middle-click (scroll wheel click) on my Razer Viper V2 Pro — the scroll function works, but clicking the wheel does not register.I've spent hours working with Microsoft Support, and they helped me thoroughly test my system. After system repairs, driver reinstalls, and multiple tests, they concluded it is not a Windows issue and advised me to contact Razer directly. Their exact recommendation was:“You may need to reach out to Razer for them to check and configure the mouse settings under their app, and contact the game developer as well for them to provide you additional options.”Here’s what I’ve already done: Uninstalled and reinstalled Razer Synapse Factory reset profiles Tried the mouse on 2 different laptops One laptop had the same issue The other didn’t seem to show the problem Tested with and without Synapse Used third-party tools like X-Mouse Button Control Confirmed Windows recognizes the device as a mouse

Hi, I have two (2) fully functional Razer Viper Ultimates that I purchased four years ago.  I was not able to contact Razer in any other fashion as these products are out of their warranty period.After several years the side grips are disintegrating and I’d like to purchase replacement parts.  Does Razer stock and sell these?

I just got the basilisk v3 pro. I was wondering if there needs to be a certain thickness or anything for the sensor to work on a glass mousepad. I haven’t gotten one yet just wanna make sure I get one that works well. 

I play and stream World of Warcraft, and I love the razer naga to death, but the MMO buttons die so fast, like we talking like after 4-5 months. I am ashamed to admit that I was just buying a new mouse every once in a while, because frankly there is nothing else as consistent, but 4-8 hours of play a day just destroys these buttons, and frankly I just want to stock up on replacement buttons.

I would like to make a request regarding the mouse scroll wheel function. Currently, it seems that most mice on the market do not have a function to set the duration of the mouse scroll wheel sliding interval. For example, no matter how far the scroll wheel slides at the same time, one slide will result in a grid. In FPS games, using the scroll wheel to cut guns can cause inaccurate control if the sliding distance is too long. If the scrolling interval duration can be set in the mouse driver, it can be achieved. However, many mice do not have this function. I purchased a Viper Ultimate but didn’t use it much, like just unbox and leave it there as my mouse collection After like 3 months, I tested it, it worked but right after 3-4 times I unplug and plug in again, very softly, the dongle was stop working, and I dont know why, I spent like 2 month to adjust the software, but it now work. I used flashlight to see inside the dongle then realized that the dongle seems like break inside, I have no idea about the quality why it so easy to break just right after 3-4 timesI wonder is there any free replacement for the mouse or how I can contact with Razer Support more about this one

Greetings dear Razer community,I hope this post finds you well. I was wondering whether there are any free 3D models available for users like me to print.I’ve got an old Razer Taipan mouse, and it’s working very well, except the plastic body that was scattered when I untied the screws. I mean I get it, it’s been like 10 years stored in a warm room, so it’s rather accepted to find the plastic no enduring after the fact.Therefore, wishing to find a free 3D model, I searched the internet and found nothing except a website selling a fake 3D model files for 20$. I don’t wanna pay that much for a model and then pay some more to print it. 20$ can buy me a new mouse with good specifications and quality, but I don’t wanna waste a good hardware due to the failure of the plastic.I hope some designers here can help me make this model ready to print. I wanna have my old mouse back, I love it. I also hope that Razer embraces the need for sustainability and reduction of waste by making the original 3

I just got my Acari mouse pad and I need to trim about ½ inch off of the long side to fit into a custom space.Is this possible without causing delamination or other potential damage?If “yes” then what would be the recommended technique for the trim?TIA

I have seen others have this issue, my mouse is probably just over a year old & i’ve had the issue where my mouse won’t stop scrolling down, I paid a lot of money for this, troubleshooted this in everyway that has been suggested. I will provide the serial number if staff will respond. Any help would be much appreciated,.

I am hoping the Deathadder v4 Pro will be compatible with the Razer Mouse Dock Pro.The Deathadder v3 Pro is an amazing mouse, but the need to plug in a cable to charge it so regularly is frustrating when it could be charged wirelessly with the dock.I purchased the Razer Cobra hoping it would suit, however, have to sell it because it is far too small for my hands.There shouldn’t be an issue with weight for the DA v4 Pro having the puck because that is an optional feature. For those that care about every little gram, they can simply not use the puck and charge it with the cord.Seems like Razer has created an excellent ecosystem with the Mouse Dock Pro, but not utlising it.Also unfortunate the latest Razer Viper isn’t compatible with the dock.

The new Razer HyperFlux V2 Wireless Charging System from looking at pics and system specs has no bottom Chroma RGB…...just why have Razer left this off?  its a no from me just because of this missing feature!

I’ve bought my razer viper mini mouse today, when it arrived I hooked it up to my pc, with razer synapse already installed and it just wouldn't show up, I also tried registering my serial or even looking at the warranty but it just says that it doesnt exist in the database

Hi,I’ve a problem with my razer cyberpunk limited edition Viper Ultimate. I’ve update it at last firmware with the Razer Tool, I’ve reinstalled synapse, I’ve registered my product on Razer website etc but razer still don’t recognize it.If I press “?” in the synapse’s mouse page, appear “NOSERIALNUMBER”. Can someone help me please? thanks

Hi,I got a problem with a dongle. I am using Razer Viper V2 Profor almost 3 years. Today i turn on my computer and it don’t detect a dongle. What can I do to use my mouse wireless again? 

Hey! So I have two Razer mice with me Deathadder V2 X Hyperspeed and Deathadder essential, so I did reset my laptop recently and installed Razer synapse software and connected my USB, it is not detecting my mouse but it is working on Windows however. I don’t know why. Please help me out.

Hi, i have had a razer goliath (the mousepad) for 2-3 years and today i spilled some water on a spot, the spot i spilled water on is lighting up normally but the other 3 corners arent lighting up at all 

 As u can see this was inside my Razer Naga hyperspeed v2 after i noticed a weird noice and after i noticed the hyperscroll didnt work it always jumped out, i tried do find the hole or something do fix it where it belongs but i couldnt find it where do i have do stick it in? it doesnt seem broken everything works just the scroll button doesnt stick i need it tho hopefuly anyone knows where do push it in for it do work again

I have been using the Razer Naga lightspeed v2 and I have enjoying it. However I have really been looking for a lighter weight MMO style mouse (that you could use for fps and other games) and I feel Razer could do a really good job at it.Current OptionsAt the moment you have < 55g lightweight esports mouse and then the heavy weight Naga (even with the lightspeed it is 110g after including a AAA battery) and not that much in between in terms of side buttons (the basilisk only have 3, doesn’t really count).I don’t there is any strong competition in this space.
