Hi, This is my very first time purchasing and using a Razer product. I was trying to replace my old mouse, (4.46 in x 2.62 in x 1.4 in, 62g). I bought a basilisk as it was the smallest mouse on display at the local computer store, but found it was still too large for my hand. I use a fingertip grip mousing style, and my hands are 3” wide and 6.5” long. I’ve found the only mouse that Razer makes that works for my hands in the Basilisk mobile. I went to the computer store and exchanged the mouse I had bought for the mobile version. Anyways, the big Basilisk mouse supported three side mouse buttons, but the little one only supports two and this really annoying AI prompt thing that I can only remap to one of the other buttons on the mouse. I discovered this while streaming and now my friends won’t stop making fun of me for it. Anyways, how do I disable the AI MASTER button and get Mouse Button 3 back? Hello, i recently bought a razer deathadder essential RZ01-03850 but it seems to have a bad scroll wheel and i couldnt find this model anywhere when i was searching and it does not get detected by the synapse app thing so was it a fake?

Hello, I’m interested in the Viper Mini Signature Edition and wanna try getting one during the next drop. I noticed however there’s no “buy” option on the Canadian website whereas there is one on the American website (shows “Notify me” button). When it’s time to purchase, should I be on the Canadian or American website? Thanks

I have the Basilisk V3 Pro 35k and Dock Pro using Synapse 4 (windows 11 PC). At the moment in Synapse I can only see 1 device, the dock. In the settings for the dock you can see that the mouse is connected to the dock. This means I can’t access any setting on the mouse. Do others with tis combination have the same issue?

Asking this because my Viper V3 Pro, while otherwise fully functional, developed double clicking on the middle click at the scroll wheel. Considering it is used much less often, having this problem within 1 year of use is surprising.With the new DAV4Pro, I wonder if it has been upgraded to have optical switch there as well. The scrolling part is optical as advertized, but there was no mention for the scroll wheel clicking mechanism.

Hi there! So my Viper 8 kHz has some button/scroll issues and I’m looking for a replacement.Thing is I’m interested in using it at the max polling rate and it better be 8000 Hz.My grip type is the palm one so I’m sensible to the size of a mouse being as close to my current one’s as possible.And my question is - what’s the max polling rate achievable with Viper V2 Pro and Viper V3 Pro when connected through the wire (USB)? And also - what is it when connected through the dongle the mouse is shipped with (I don’t want to buy an additional one)?Thanks, have a nice weekend.

So I bought this mouse like almost 3 years ago and barely use it, because of the job, I didn’t had the time to play something on my computer and suddenly for 2-3 weeks, the mouse started to lose battery in like 1h or something, when I bought it the battery lasts for almost 1 week and a half and that’s something.  Also the rubber on the sides started to peel off, looks like a cheap product to me, I know I don’t have warranty anymore for this mouse but the problems with this rubber started like after 2 months of barely usage of it. Can you give me some advice or what can I do with these 2 problems?

I’ve had this Razer Basilisk V3 mouse for almost 4 years now and have never had any issues until now. At first, it would just scroll up and down when I would lift it slightly off the mouse pad, but now it completely disconnects when raised off the surface. This only started recently when I got back from vacation after having my PC off for a week, not sure if that has anything to do with it. Is there any fix for this?

When I increase the hz of Viper V3 Pro and move the mouse cursor, the FPS drops.

I've had my Razer Viper V3 Pro for about 4 weeks now. I’ve spent some time adjusting the settings and noticed that there's an option for curves, which affects the mouse’s speed and responsiveness. After some successful testing, I decided I no longer wanted to use the curve setting and tried to turn it off. Unfortunately, the curve still seems to be active—my mouse behaves strangely when aiming.Deleting the setting or reinstalling the software hasn’t helped. I even tried downgrading the mouse firmware, but that didn’t work either. I also tried performing a factory reset through the app, which seemed to work, but the curve remains active. Disabling it in the software does nothing—it seems like it's still saved on the mouse somehow.It feels like some kind of "ghost curve"—that’s the only way I can describe it. For example, it's like setting the DPI to 1600 in the app, but in-game it still feels like 400 DPI. I need urgent help with this, as I was really looking forward to using this mouse

I have a 2-month-old Razer Viper V3 Pro that I’ve used multiple times with both a wired connection and a wireless dongle. However, this week, when connected via cable, my computer no longer recognizes the mouse, although it works fine with the wireless dongle. I’ve also tried connecting it to another device, and I’m experiencing the same issue. May I ask for opinions or help with this issue?

Before the new Synapse software, the mouse scroll button worked fine. After installing the new Synapse software, I pressed the scroll button and the connection kept dropping and never recovered. How can ı fix this?

After the installation of Synapse 4 my DeathAdder V2 X HyperSpeed cursor stopped working. Being it has been working without any issue with Synapse 3 for years, and stopped working exactly after updating to Synapse 4, I would say it’s not something related to the mice itself.I updated the driver just in case, but this did not solve the issue.I surfed the net and found out there have been several cases of mice malfunctioning after synapse 4 installation, therefore there could be some common root involved.Any insight by the support team would be greatly appreciated.  

So a few months ago my razer viper ultimate stopped working with the dongle or with the wireless usb port.Now it only works with the cable on it.Thats exactly why i bought this mouse so i dont have a cable with the mouse but i guess the mouse had other plans.Could anyone help me or know how to fix this issue?Thanks,

My mouse was a gift from a friend. Last year, it would disconnect intermittently, but I could fix it by taking the batteries out and putting them back in. Today, while I was gaming, it suddenly disconnected completely. Nothing works now—I tried cleaning the battery compartment and reinserted the batteries multiple times.Can I get a replacement or repair? I've used several of your products, but they've all had issues like faulty mouse switches and sensor failures.

I’ve always used a wired Deathadder V2 to play FPS (mainly Apex) games with absolutely no issues. Recently switched to a Naga Pro V2 because the extra buttons come in hand for crouch spamming, holstering, shields, etc. ever since switching using the 2.4hz wireless connection I get occasional in-game stuttering and it’s annoying the life out of me! Any advice would be greatly appreciated. 

Hi there! Just got my Pro Click V2 delivered today and was attempting to customize the buttons on the mouse using Razer Synapse 4.  However, I’m encountering issues where Synapse 4 will say that I’ve saved the change, it will work once, but then it will revert back to it’s default function.  I’m not sure what is causing it.  I have the mouse plugged in and have restarted my computer a few times to no avail.  Any tips would be helpful!  (For example, I tried to change the Long Press from the AI chat to activate Task View in Windows, I saved it in Synapse 4 and when I tried the Long Press and it successfully prompted Task View.  But subsequent attempts at using Long Press would revert back to the default and prompt the AI chat despite it still showing as changed to Task View in Synapse 4). 

I have a 4y/o razer basilisk v3 26k dpi I use it everyday without any problem but when I plug it in today It doesn't work Windows detected it as unknown device But when I plug it in my linux laptop it work just fine

Hi Razer Support,I'm experiencing an issue with the middle-click (scroll wheel click) on my Razer Viper V2 Pro — the scroll function works, but clicking the wheel does not register.I've spent hours working with Microsoft Support, and they helped me thoroughly test my system. After system repairs, driver reinstalls, and multiple tests, they concluded it is not a Windows issue and advised me to contact Razer directly. Their exact recommendation was:“You may need to reach out to Razer for them to check and configure the mouse settings under their app, and contact the game developer as well for them to provide you additional options.”Here’s what I’ve already done: Uninstalled and reinstalled Razer Synapse Factory reset profiles Tried the mouse on 2 different laptops One laptop had the same issue The other didn’t seem to show the problem Tested with and without Synapse Used third-party tools like X-Mouse Button Control Confirmed Windows recognizes the device as a mouse

Hi, I have two (2) fully functional Razer Viper Ultimates that I purchased four years ago.  I was not able to contact Razer in any other fashion as these products are out of their warranty period.After several years the side grips are disintegrating and I’d like to purchase replacement parts.  Does Razer stock and sell these?

I just got the basilisk v3 pro. I was wondering if there needs to be a certain thickness or anything for the sensor to work on a glass mousepad. I haven’t gotten one yet just wanna make sure I get one that works well. 

I play and stream World of Warcraft, and I love the razer naga to death, but the MMO buttons die so fast, like we talking like after 4-5 months. I am ashamed to admit that I was just buying a new mouse every once in a while, because frankly there is nothing else as consistent, but 4-8 hours of play a day just destroys these buttons, and frankly I just want to stock up on replacement buttons.

I would like to make a request regarding the mouse scroll wheel function. Currently, it seems that most mice on the market do not have a function to set the duration of the mouse scroll wheel sliding interval. For example, no matter how far the scroll wheel slides at the same time, one slide will result in a grid. In FPS games, using the scroll wheel to cut guns can cause inaccurate control if the sliding distance is too long. If the scrolling interval duration can be set in the mouse driver, it can be achieved. However, many mice do not have this function. Although the scrolling line can be set in the mouse settings of the Windows system, it does not apply to games or other applications. I hope Razer engineer can help us players de
