Mice and Surfaces

This started this morning, but my mouse is genuinely unusable and stuck in the top left. I’ve tried unplugging, cleaning, and restarting my PC. I also cannot click on anything on my PC to check for drivers updates. Pls help :( 

An USB from my Viper V3 HyperSpeed has broke and I need help with replacing it, is there any chance to do it?

That’s all I want. Three top buttons, 2 inset buttons, the mouse wheel with the side clicks, a button below the mouse to change profiles, and at least 9 easy to reach buttons for my thumb. Everyone makes mice lacking at least one thing I want. Most of the time they don’t have the third top button, just left and right click. Or they don’t have the two inset buttons by the left click. Or if they have all those then they only have 8 buttons easily reached with the thumb and this annoying slightly pointy plastic bump where the center button would be, and then two more buttons significantly far above them that’s hard to reach.I don’t care about a bajillion DPI, I don’t have a delicate touch, I don’t care about weight, I don’t have a delicate touch so shoving a heavier mouse around is fine, I don’t care if its wired, I outright prefer wired mi

Hello everyone, i have a Viper V3 but i recently discovere that i didn’t have anymore pads under mouse due to overuse i guess. And was wondering if you have any recommandations of reference about that because unfortunately Razer don’t provide replacement for this type of piece. And also , i saw that they provide on top of the mouse and would like to know what if you put them if the mouse because sticky if they goes away ?

Hello there. I recently purchased a RAZER Naga V2 Pro. Generally, I really like this device but there is one issue. I use the mouse in bluetooth mode for battery saving purposes. But every time the mouse awakes from sleep, for the first 2-3 seconds something strange happens with the scroll wheel. It either becomes very stiff and requires massive force to scroll, or alternatively there's absolutely no resistance when scrolling. After 2-3 seconds the scrolling settings are applied to the ones I set in Synapse. In other words, the movements of the mouse awaken it but the scrolling settings are applied with a delay. If I switch to 2.4 ghz mode, this problem goes away, but I would still like to use bluetooth to not charge as often. Basically, I could set the maximum sleep mode to 15 minutes but event that is sometimes not enough. The Bluetooth option abruptly stopped functioning and is unable to activate Bluetooth.Nothing happened when I turned the switch back to OFF and then back to BT mode. Hello, I need help with my wired Basilisk v3 mouse. Currently I play minecraft and I have a serious sensitivity problem. When I make "fast" movements with my eyesight while holding down my left click or right click (when I mine), my eyesight accelerates very quickly (faster than my movement) and this prevents me from being precise. I searched all razer synapse but I couldn't find the setting that causes this, nor in my computer settings. I decided to uninstall synapse but it didn't change anything. Now, when I change those binds and turn Synapse off, they reset back to those old keybinds as if they are the factory settings. I have tried resetting from Synapse but it does not work. My Razor deathadder v3 pro sometimes randomly freezes for a a few seconds. This varies from less than a second to a few secondes. My keyboard and everything still works fine. Its only the mouse. 

My Gen 2 Razer Turret mouse has problems with the left click after 6 years of service o7. I want to know if i can replace it with any other Razer mouse options??? My girlfriend has an Obelisk but for whatever reason, it doesnt work when im using the turret keyboard. I would also get the left click switch replaced if it meant i could keep using my Turret. There is no better setup for couch gaming...

The problems are as follows:When I switch to 2.4 GHz mode, the green indicator light does not turn on, and the mouse does not work. The red sensor light remains on even when the mouse is switched off. Sometimes, the mouse does not connect via 2.4 GHz but starts working after a while. The mouse works fine in Bluetooth mode. My mouse just stopped working. No light turns on tried many batteries NOTHING. I don’t understand it randomly just went. I am so confused it seems it just stopped? Nothing shows that it has any electricity running through at all. Is it just fr broken bec those batteries worked in everything else 😭

I have a naga v2 pro that feels like the switch on the underside of the mouse has gotten loose or something. If I change it to Bluetooth, it doesn't change to Bluetooth unless I apply constant pressure and will revert back if I stop. Similarly, changing down to 2.4ghz sometimes doesn't work given that the lights are all off.  If plugged in via cable everything is fine, but that defeats the purpose of the wireless aspect.  No warranty, so I'm open to mouse surgery if there's a tear down guide anywhere.
