bought the mouse in 2023, just decided to do this, this pops up

So I have a Razer DeathAdder V3 HyperSpeed and a Razer BlackWidow V4 Mini HyperSpeed that I’d like to use with the same dongle. When I pair the BlackWidow to the HyperSpeed dongle of the DeathAdder, the RGB defaults to spectrum cycling and cannot be controlled from Synapse. This crossed my mind when I bought a new mouse. Grip tapes are quite good but there is something missing. It would be much better if there was a glass skate in the box. Some people may not like stock skates. It would be good if there were new mice, maybe they would want to change it.

Background: I used the Naga Epic for a super long time before it gave out. I’ve had a Trinity for ~3 years, but I’ve started to have issues with thumb plate buttons, so I’m considering a backup. My desk has metal support bands so wireless has issues.I’m wondering if Razer still makes or intends to make wired 12 thumb button mice. The Naga X is listed in the Naga family, but there’s no actual page for it, so I assume it’s just for reference.Honestly the fixed plate of the HyperSpeed would be perfect, but it’s wireless only.The V2 Pro looks like it’s meant to be wireless. There’s the usb slot on the front but I’m not entirely clear if that’s actually meant to be used for connection or if it’s for wired charging. The 3 mods of connectivity thing way towards the bottom says “can be connected via USB Type C for continued use while charging.” I guess all of this is a blend of question and request for a new round of wired Naga.

My mouse grip tape has worn out, and now I can’t find where to buy a new one. Any ideas where I could get it?

i have an razer hyperspeed v3 i bought it about 6-7 months ago but the problem is it stopped working the battary is  brand new  its not detected by software even when i try to update the firmware the usb ports working fine also its not blinking green thats all

Is there any chance for Razer to release a Cyberpunk 2077 model like they did for the Viper Ultimate for their best mouse, the Viper V3 Pro at all or anytime soon? 

hello Razer support. Ive recently encountered a issue regarding the choosing of griptape for my mouse. My little brother ruined the left mouse button griptape for my razer viper v3 pro and i was wondering 1.  which griptape should i buy for the mouse? Ive noticed you have a few different options.2. Is it possible to buy js one piece of griptape for the one button that im missing? or do i need to buy a whole “bundle” at a time?

Hello, two weeks ago I bought a Razer Naga V2 Pro mouse with different side panels.while playing on a 12-button panel, it disconnects as if one button 1 or 2 or 3 looks differentand I'm looking for an answer on the internet and I can't find itmy question is is my mouse damaged

Since the mods here keep closing threads as resolved with 0 resolution posted I had to reopen another one…My $300 mouse cant complete a simple function without Razer synapse open. I think the issue is obvious here as there are other threads, help?  

Hi everyone,I have a Razer Viper Ultimate Quartz Edition, and recently I've been having an issue with charging. When the battery runs out and I place the mouse on the charging dock (dongle), the charging indicator lights up like it’s charging, but the battery percentage doesn’t increase at all — it just stays the same or turns off after a while.Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there any fix for this, or should I contact Razer Support directly?I’ve tried cleaning the charging contacts and resetting the mouse, but the problem still persists.Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Hi, I've just bought Orochi V2 and got issue with cursor not moving at all, while buttons are working. I tried to troubleshoot it in a lot of ways: reinstalling, updating drivers, changing batteries, surface, reinstalling razer synapse, cleaning glass below sensor. Any idea can i do with this? EDIT: tried both usb receiver and bluetooth mode.

I am in Canada and I want to buy this mouse, it’s out of stock on amazon and razer, how long do they take? I’m thinking of just ordering it on the American amazon?

hi when is razer basilisk v3 35k will have 4k polling rate it will be awesome to use the mouse i have v3 35k it is smooth i use it on glass pad razer it tracks very well i wanted to have mouse that has 4k or 8k polling rate wired mouse basilisk when is confirm to have upgraded mouse polling rate ? hi, currently i have issue with razer pro click mini, the side scroll / tilt button will be triggered when the mouse is moved. im sure this is some kind of bug how to replicate the issueset the left / right scroll to repeated scroll up and repeated scroll down (or any function that require synapse) try the left/right scroll new function with excel then close the synapse (exit & kill the program) try the left/right scroll again, and try move the cursor there will be repeated left / right scroll every time you move the cursortried with bluetooth and dongle. both have same problem. with 2 pc. 1 with synape 1 without synapse installedtried with razer naga trinity, when exit the synapse naga will disable the button instead of return to default button function the bugged video https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ORPRDYwoJLejBe_mgAHVochps6ps91sy

Hi Everyone,I need a fix for my Razer Viper Mini which I bought an year ago which was working all good but suddenly 2/3 days ago started connecting and disconnecting by itself and now It is not working at all nor showing up in device manager. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling device driver, Razer Synapse. Also unplugging and re-plugging it in PC and restarting and stuff. Dass die Tasten auf einer Seite weggelassen wurden, hat viele von uns zurückgelassen. I’m a proud owner of a Razer Atlas (white) for a week now and will definitely use it for years to come! But I can’t decide which Razer mouse I should use along with it. I currently have a Deathadder V3 (non-pro) and I despise it’s mouse buttons. Tried looking into the Razer Cobra (the Pro has the Focus Pro sensor but is very expensive). Now I wonder if the wired variant (Razer Cobra) will work as well on the Atlas or isn’t it optimized for it without the latest iteration of the Focus Pro Sensor. Anyone got any ideas?

I have a Razer Deathadder V2 and It was working completely fine a few days ago but now it lights up but doesn’t move the cursor for some reason. I restarted my computer, updated everything but still it isn’t working. My Viper Mini was working completely fine too but somehow it got burnt when it was plugged into one of my other laptops. Someone please help me out.

After 5 years of intense use, the left click of my mamba elite is not working correctly. So i know its an old mouse but in terms of style i love it (more than Cobra). my Q is, should i buy again for 70€ or Cobra (40€)?I see Cobra has new technologies of Razer, and i dont if its worth.Thank you and greetings!

Im using a mac and i have a deathadder v3 pro. Its been working for a while but it suddenly stopped working. Whenever I try to use it nothing happens, but when I turn it on the light flashes white for a few seconds and works but then stops. How do i fix this?

Hello. So after a lot of back and forth with support who have no idea about their hardware and can't communicate with the people responsible for creating drivers, I managed to fix the problem that plagued Basilisk v3.The problem, the same as many of you experienced after updates, literally from one day to the next.First of all, I would like to point out that I no longer have a warranty, which is why I was ignored right away. The only thing they told me was to reinstall synapse, connect the mouse and restart... the problem was that the mouse couldn't even connect because it was in free spin mode, which caused a strange system of connection breaks, but no one in the support blockhead understood that.How did I fix it? After opening the mouse, I didn't know what was wrong, I unplugged the scroll and checked if it worked. It worked flawlessly, just like before all those strange updates that brought it to where it was. After a few days I came across a post here:https://insider.razer.com/mice
