I’ve been buying razer products for decades. My venerable Deathadder V2 recently started dying so I started looking for a replacement. To my dismay, the only mouse razer sells in this exact shape is the essential, which I promptly bought and like but it’s not as good as my V2. I also bough the faker edition Deathadder v3, because even though it looks off, it’s still a Deathadder right? WRONG the shape is all wrong. This is a Deathadder in name only, it slips and cramps my hand. PLEASE make a high end Deathadder with the classic v2/essential shape. I’m currently using the $20 essential over the $200 deathadder v3 faker because of the shape alone. There are a lot of things I like about the V3, the buttons are much higher quality and a better “click” feel, more DPI , option for wireless etc, but the shape is a disgrace to the Deathadder name. I've had my Razer Viper V3 Pro for about 4 weeks now. I’ve spent some time adjusting the settings and noticed that there's an option for curves, which affects the mouse’s speed and responsiveness. After some successful testing, I decided I no longer wanted to use the curve setting and tried to turn it off. Unfortunately, the curve still seems to be active—my mouse behaves strangely when aiming.Deleting the setting or reinstalling the software hasn’t helped. I even tried downgrading the mouse firmware, but that didn’t work either. I also tried performing a factory reset through the app, which seemed to work, but the curve remains active. Disabling it in the software does nothing—it seems like it's still saved on the mouse somehow.It feels like some kind of "ghost curve"—that’s the only way I can describe it. For example, it's like setting the DPI to 1600 in the app, but in-game it still feels like 400 DPI. I need urgent help with this, as I was really looking forward to using this mouse

Hey, didn’t find a place specifically for product requests so asking here.I've been trying out a few different glass mousepads and the Atlas Pro has been the favourite in terms of mouse feel - however the size is a problem.I'm currently using a Gogofree glass pad instead just because it comes in a smaller footprint that actually fits my desk and preferred DPI setting, since the Atlas Pro is only available in 500x400.Would love an Atlas Pro option in something like 300x250mm or 300x300mm, maybe even 350x350mm if need be. Would become my pad of choice instantly.Anyone else running into this, or know if this has been raised before?

Hello,I purchased a Razer Viper V3 HyperSpeed and used it normally with the original wireless dongle. However, I lost the original dongle.I wanted to use the mouse again, so I purchased a Razer HyperPolling Wireless Dongle separately. However, I have repeatedly tried to pair the mouse with the HyperPolling Dongle using the Razer pairing utility, but the pairing fails every time.I understand that the mouse may need a firmware update to work properly with the HyperPolling Dongle. However, the Viper V3 HyperSpeed is a wireless-only mouse without a USB port, so I cannot connect the mouse directly to my PC to update its firmware. Since I have also lost the original wireless dongle, I currently have no way to connect the mouse for a firmware update.In this situation, how can I update the mouse firmware and pair it with the HyperPolling Wireless Dongle?Is there any way for Razer Support to assist with the firmware update, or is there another official solution for this situation?Thank you.

OK Razor...I’ve been pleading with the powers that be since 2014 for a Razor Naga 12 Button Left-Handed mouse that is WIRELESS.  Why haven’t you created one yet?  There’s one for right-handed users!  Don’t you believe that lefties deserve the same products?  I have a WIRED Razor Naga Left-Handed mouse, my second one.  Whoever owns Razor is obviously not left-handed.  Just created one, eh?

Without official Synapse support, Mac users are unable to map the 12 side buttons or configure profiles natively.So many people own this specific model and use it for productivity, MMO gaming, and general work on Mac devices. It is incredibly frustrating that such a popular mouse still doesn't have native software support here. I had a Razer DeathAdder Pro V3 (wireless) suddenly stop working—it was completely dead. No response when plugged in, no wired mode recognition, and pressing the power button did nothing.After some trial and error, I found a fix that sounds strange but worked for me:Flip the mouse over and hold down the power button for 5–10 seconds. This seems to force a reboot or override mode. A white light started blinking, and suddenly the mouse came back to life. After that, I was able to charge it and use it normally again.This issue happened randomly while I was using my computer. I stepped away for about 5–10 minutes, and when I returned, the mouse was completely unresponsive—no clicks, no lights, and no reaction in wired mode.I'm not sure how long this fix will last, but if your DeathAdder Pro V3 suddenly dies, try holding the power button for 5–10 seconds. It worked for me!Hope this helps someone!

I wanted to know whether it is intentional that Pro Click V2 cannot set DPI settings per App Profile? This means that profiles that typical Razer mice have are unavailable for this mouse. If this is intentional, then it seems like a serious design oversight then, because I bet that many gamers have per game DPI settings, and it is impossible to set those up with this mouse.

I’m using an Apple Mac laptop to play my Favorite game that I’ve been playing for years but  My favorite razer Mouse does not have the software support for Apple Mac so I’m kind of crippled or limited for what I can do and I really just need support for my mouse for my Apple Mac.  gaming on Apple isn’t that bad. I just need support for my mouse on an Apple Mac so I can have all the features. My favorite mouse that i use is a RAZER Naga v2 HyperSpeed. I just really need this to happen.

I bought a Naga V2 from Amazon resale. Twice. Each time, a test programmed button only functioned intermittently. I programmed with Synapse on Windows 11. See the Amazon review below. I think there is a problem with the batch. Anyhow, all I want is two programmable index finger buttons and a programmable wheel-click, for copy, paste and enter. I want to use the mouse on a Chrome machine, but I saw that certain functions require Synapse to be running. Presumably macros get stored on the computer. Then I found the DeathAdder, which actually seems to match my requirements better.If I buy a DeathAdder will it support copy, paste and enter as I want? IOW, can I program them on a Windows machine then use the mouse on Chrome? Just seeing if any of community managers here could pass this along to visible eyes.I know razer is developing there own magnetic switch tech to compete with all the others and is asking for feedback and beta testers (which I have applied for). There's really only two ways to implement the tech: 1) Copy finalmouse but develop a hot swap switch system that allows the user to put in alternative switches that actuate at different levels and can align with user magnetic settingsOrhave a set screw below for each switch that allows you to adjust the actuation point manually and align it to your TMR actuation.2) Copy Logitech but do it better. I tried a mouse called ipi haze x that uses sound alongside vibration feedback but the quality/choice of the sound was bad and the ms delay was terrible.Just some ideas.

Greetings all. Recently, my Razer Basilisk V3’s scroll wheel has been incredibly “Gunky” To scroll with. I’ve tried cleaning it with 93% isopropyl alcohol, I’ve tried updating the firmware, I’ve installed and reinstalled synapse at least three times now, I’ve also cleaned inside the scroll wheel by using GUM Soft-Picks, and I can confirm that the inside is now clean, there was some hair inside of it, but I managed to get it out. Unfortunately, that has still not solved the problem. I’m on the fence between buying a new mouse entirely, or trying to dismantle the one I currently own to find the problem. If there are any other, non-last resort options, I would love to hear them! I really do like this mouse, and it would be shamed for me to have to pre-maturely shelve it because of this issue with the scroll wheel. Help would be very much appreciate, thank you in advance.

The hyperpolling Wireless Dongle is broken and i have no idea if it can be replaced or fixed somehow... I just need someone to answer please

Hi! Unplugged my mouse from pc for 3 days. After I plugged it back, middle wheel doesn’t work as a button. Tried to find drivers on website, update drivers on windows 11, but nothing helped. Would love to read any useful advice here or any soft that could help me solve the issue. (right now Razer synapse doesn’t see my mouse as Razer device coz seems like it is too old, and razer didn’t expect to work it so long)

So like a month ago ive bought a razer viper 8khz mouse and its been really good but sometimes the left click stopped working and i had to press firmly on it or unplug and replug, tried blowing under there, changing the refresh rate but nothing helped, i returned it and bought it once again somewhere else and it still sometimes stops registering left clicks, what can i even do to fix it? i saw other people talk about this so im not the only one

If you brought back the Left Nagas in 2026, you would make bank.  You would not even have to create a new mouse evither, just re-release the existing model.  Maybe, tweak it to modern firmware/software standards, but just create a new batch.  Hell, I’d buy at least 2 of them.  I own both versions you’ve came out with and was one of many who signed the petition for the 2020 release.  Being only able to use my left hand for my passionate gaming, it made things 100x easierhave programmable side buttons. With Left Handed Gaming Mice niche being as barren as it is today, you would be the only source of the old school product.  The community of left handed gamers would flock to Razer. 

Hi everyone,I'm looking to get a Razer Orochi V2 with the My Melody design. I noticed that I can either buy the official themed mouse directly for around NT$3,090, OR I can buy a standard version of the Orochi V2 plus a separate custom My Melody top shell for about NT$680, and then swap the shell myself.Since the Orochi V2 is designed with a removable magnetic top cover anyway, are there any differences between these two approaches besides the packaging and price? Does buying a separate custom shell affect the official warranty in any way?Thanks in advance for any advice!    

Has anyone here gotten their Hyperflux V2 to charge their Naga V3 Pro?  i recently just purchased both, the mouse connects fine via the Hyperflux V2 but it does not wirelessly charge it.I have tried everything so i contacted Razor Customer Support and the representative said the Naga V3 Pro is not supported by the Hyperflux V2….which is weird because if you go on the Hyperflux V2 product page it claims that the Naga V3 Pro will work with it… I also found a guy reviewing both on youtube with them both clearly working together… is anyone else have trouble with their Hyperflux V2 not charging their Naga V3 Pro? has anyone else got them to work together?   

As the title suggests I want to replace my mouse’s side panel as its reliability has declined, is this a service you can provide?
