Since the mods here keep closing threads as resolved with 0 resolution posted I had to reopen another one…My $300 mouse cant complete a simple function without Razer synapse open. I think the issue is obvious here as there are other threads, help?  

Hi everyone,I have a Razer Viper Ultimate Quartz Edition, and recently I've been having an issue with charging. When the battery runs out and I place the mouse on the charging dock (dongle), the charging indicator lights up like it’s charging, but the battery percentage doesn’t increase at all — it just stays the same or turns off after a while.Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there any fix for this, or should I contact Razer Support directly?I’ve tried cleaning the charging contacts and resetting the mouse, but the problem still persists.Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi, I've just bought Orochi V2 and got issue with cursor not moving at all, while buttons are working. I tried to troubleshoot it in a lot of ways: reinstalling, updating drivers, changing batteries, surface, reinstalling razer synapse, cleaning glass below sensor. Any idea can i do with this? EDIT: tried both usb receiver and bluetooth mode.

I am in Canada and I want to buy this mouse, it’s out of stock on amazon and razer, how long do they take? I’m thinking of just ordering it on the American amazon?

hi when is razer basilisk v3 35k will have 4k polling rate it will be awesome to use the mouse i have v3 35k it is smooth i use it on glass pad razer it tracks very well i wanted to have mouse that has 4k or 8k polling rate wired mouse basilisk when is confirm to have upgraded mouse polling rate ? hi, currently i have issue with razer pro click mini, the side scroll / tilt button will be triggered when the mouse is moved. im sure this is some kind of bug how to replicate the issueset the left / right scroll to repeated scroll up and repeated scroll down (or any function that require synapse) try the left/right scroll new function with excel then close the synapse (exit & kill the program) try the left/right scroll again, and try move the cursor there will be repeated left / right scroll every time you move the cursortried with bluetooth and dongle. both have same problem. with 2 pc. 1 with synape 1 without synapse installedtried with razer naga trinity, when exit the synapse naga will disable the button instead of return to default button function the bugged video https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ORPRDYwoJLejBe_mgAHVochps6ps91sy

Hi Everyone,I need a fix for my Razer Viper Mini which I bought an year ago which was working all good but suddenly 2/3 days ago started connecting and disconnecting by itself and now It is not working at all nor showing up in device manager. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling device driver, Razer Synapse. Also unplugging and re-plugging it in PC and restarting and stuff. Nothing is working for me.Please let me know on anything useful on this issueThanks!

Dass die Tasten auf einer Seite weggelassen wurden, hat viele von uns zurückgelassen. I’m a proud owner of a Razer Atlas (white) for a week now and will definitely use it for years to come! But I can’t decide which Razer mouse I should use along with it. I currently have a Deathadder V3 (non-pro) and I despise it’s mouse buttons. Tried looking into the Razer Cobra (the Pro has the Focus Pro sensor but is very expensive). Now I wonder if the wired variant (Razer Cobra) will work as well on the Atlas or isn’t it optimized for it without the latest iteration of the Focus Pro Sensor. Anyone got any ideas?

I have a Razer Deathadder V2 and It was working completely fine a few days ago but now it lights up but doesn’t move the cursor for some reason. I restarted my computer, updated everything but still it isn’t working. My Viper Mini was working completely fine too but somehow it got burnt when it was plugged into one of my other laptops. Someone please help me out.

After 5 years of intense use, the left click of my mamba elite is not working correctly. So i know its an old mouse but in terms of style i love it (more than Cobra). my Q is, should i buy again for 70€ or Cobra (40€)?I see Cobra has new technologies of Razer, and i dont if its worth.Thank you and greetings!

Im using a mac and i have a deathadder v3 pro. Its been working for a while but it suddenly stopped working. Whenever I try to use it nothing happens, but when I turn it on the light flashes white for a few seconds and works but then stops. How do i fix this?

Hello. So after a lot of back and forth with support who have no idea about their hardware and can't communicate with the people responsible for creating drivers, I managed to fix the problem that plagued Basilisk v3.The problem, the same as many of you experienced after updates, literally from one day to the next.First of all, I would like to point out that I no longer have a warranty, which is why I was ignored right away. The only thing they told me was to reinstall synapse, connect the mouse and restart... the problem was that the mouse couldn't even connect because it was in free spin mode, which caused a strange system of connection breaks, but no one in the support blockhead understood that.How did I fix it? After opening the mouse, I didn't know what was wrong, I unplugged the scroll and checked if it worked. It worked flawlessly, just like before all those strange updates that brought it to where it was. After a few days I came across a post here:https://insider.razer.com/mice

HiI have an issue with a deathadder v3 pro… actually 2 of them.Yesterday i received a DA v3 pro bought from amazon and i noticed that when i move the mouse really fast you can feel like a component inside rattling and bouncing all around inside the mouse. you need to move it reeeally fast to make it happen, in fact there are practically no issues in regular use and gaming, and the mouse actually feels great. Anyway, i decided to return the product, and today amazon sent me the new one… and it has EXACTLY the same issue.so the question is: is this actually an issue or is it normal?is it possible that i got unlucky two times, and received two bugged product? maybe they came from a bad batch?should i return again the product for the second time?i am asking because it's something i have never experienced on any other mouse, both cheap and premium ones (i had also a razer namba and a deathadder v2).i can also provide a videothanks in advance

I am having some rage inducing issues with my razer naga classic mouse. This stupid thing will randomly decide that the scroll wheel is scrolling up and the only way to stop it is to exit Syanpse. But that’s not the worst part, it keeps happening even without Synapse running and when I start Synapse again, it stops. What is wrong with this mouse or the software that makes this happen? I have updated everything, uninstalled drivers, reinstalled drivers, cleaned my mouse, I’ve done everything. I’m at the point now where I’d like to just go buy a cheap no name brand mouse and destroy this expensive hunk of garbage with a hammer and then throw the remains in a fire. While typing this, it has happened 3 TIMES!! I’ve always been a fan of razer products but, now I’m questioning why I would ever spend money on this trash.

I had purchased a Razer Deathadder V2 X Hyperspeed mouse from Flipkart on 7th August 2023. Not there are random cursor movements and clicks so i want to claim warranty as i heard it has a 2 year warranty. But i am not able to register the product as it keeps saying wrong serial number.Please help.

I like to keep my desk clean and move everything to clean the dust at least once a week. But I do it more often when the weather is nice and I open the window to enjoy some fresh air as this brings in some extra dust. But I'm not sure how to clean my mouspad now that I've had it for a few years and I'm seeing some dirt accumulate on the bottom of my mouse. Pretty sure that I've got some dead skin cells in the surface texture. Should I rinse the surface with water and let it dry? Should I use a soft hand soap or just water? Or is there a better way to get my mouse pad back to mint condition?

Please continue selling the Razer Naga X! It’s the only lightweight MMO mouse available. The V2 is too heavy for me.

How can we check the basilisk v3 pro mouse battery life level without going thru the razer synapse app?Like any physical led to show the battery life lvl and charging status?
