Hey Gang, yes, you see that correctly. I'm looking for a fix or somewhere to send my 2012 Razer Naga. The left click button is no longer working properly after using the mouse for 9 years. The left click still works, but if I push too hard then it no longer recognizes the click like if I let go of the button. I've tried using the Naga Trinity and didn't like it. I'm not really a fan of the new button layouts on the razer products either. It sounds silly, but I'd pay the same price as a new mouse just to fix my old one. Hey guys, Just got my old destructor from the garage after many years it was sitting there. I wonder how to clean it up since it has stains and I don't want it to scratch my Razer Lachesis. I'm talking about the 1st generation Destructor pad and not the second version. Thanks for helping!

Hi there, I have had the Razer Naga Epic Chroma for a few years and I've just bought the Firefly v2 mat to pair with it going from the soft mat surface to the hard mat surface. Unfortunately there seems to be tracking issues and the movement isn't smooth and actually works far better just on my desk surface. The synapse 2.0 software does not have the calibration tab for the mouse and I have tried holding the left, right and wheel buttons together for 7 seconds in an attempt to recalibrate it but this has been unsuccessful. Does anyone know if there is there anything else I can do here to sort out the tracking issue? Or if the devices are not compatible the only other scenario is to return the mat in exchange for another soft one again. Thanks in advance for any help answering this issue.

I was fooled in buying a basilisk with dock. 1) There is no battery indicator. WTF you create a wireless product and omit the most important information (notice: not everybody have Windows machines nor want to show the battery level on the dock) 2) Synapse software is heavy AF and useless. It won't even show the battery level on tray (I had to write my own driver to do so in MacOS, and I was able only because other people did the heavy work before me). 3) The battery is ridiculous. With white led on maximum, it won't last even half a day! 4) The dock is totally useless. You need to put the mouse to charge, it won't recognize, then you pull off, then you try again, they you get angry and plug an USB cable because the dock is f*** useless. Razer mouses are worst than US$ 1,50 chinese mouses (oh, wait, my basilisk was made in china... but you got the point). You guys suck. A LOT!

Who else has issues of their Basilisk Ultimate brightness in Razer Synapse having issues? I always turn to 5% brightness but somehow Synapse always change it to 33% without my knowledge. I will only realize something is wrong when the battery strength gets low too fast. I can never replicated this issue. I did send a diagnostic file to support but GG with them, no replies after that.

So I recent was experiencing an issue with my grip slipping on my mouse after a little bit of play time. I found some grip tape that is used for pistol grips and what not and cut out some pieces to fit in the small areas where I grip my mouse. Let me tell you, this changed the game for me. I don't know why I did not do this sooner.

My (fall 2018) Basilisk has developed an occasional problem where it sometimes double-clicks the left mouse button when I hold it down to drag. It happens several times a day, and it seems to be more frequent as time passes. A little casual searching suggests that this is a problem with the switch on that button. If so, is this something I could fix myself? Thanks!

Hello, for some time my razer Mamba tournament edition has stopped working :( Everything was fine and one day it stopped working. When I plug it into my pc it is not detected and I cannot move the cursor but on the other hand the lighting on the mouse works I can't figure out the dcp problem at all if anyone has a solution I'm up for it :) Thank you in advance.

So 2 days ago I received a Razer Basilisk V2 as a gift. When I was using it today I noticed a scratch on the shiny part in the middle. I didn't think it was my fault because usually I'm extraordinary careful with expensive tech, but I decided to double check. On the day I got the mouse I took a picture immediately after carefully unpackaging it and connecting it to my pc, and guess what. Even in the picture it already has that scratch. So now I'm wondering if the warranty covers this or not. Also: the image with the full mouse was taken immediately after unpackaging.

My mouse hasn't changed the dpi setting for two or three days. I tried to reinstall synapse 2.0 and tried to uninstall my mouse in device management. And i tried to do firmware update but it did not update at all. When i click to update the bar gets full 100% and says "update required." I really want to change my DPI as old times. Anyone can help?

Hi everyone ! I bought a Razr Naga trinity to use it with a ps5 but the game don't recognize the side buttons unfortunately ... I searched a lot and i see some people sayin to connect the mouse to Synapse and assing them to KB actions. I did that, and still nothing... I don't know what else to do... Thanks in advance and have a great day :) P.S.: I'm on mac and i don't have acces to a PC so, i'm sticked to Synapse 2

I setup a new Naga pro and everything seems to be working fine but in device manager there's an exclamation point that says HID-compliant mouse under MIce and other pointing devices. How do I get rid of this?

Hello, totally new to the Razer product lines. This mouse has the 3rd button on the thumb, that's why I bought it, but it does not look like I can program it. On the mapping where the 3rd button location is, the map say "scroll wheel adjustment." What am I missing here to get this extra button to work. I want to program it to work with COD as my mount weapon button or Z on my keyboard. I'm totally new to this line but I went all in with the Black widow keyboard, Basilisk mouse, monster mouse pad, i think its call goliath and headphones. Finding the software not the most intuitive but it looks awesome.

So i bought my mouse off my friend a year ago and it had no problems it worked completely fine until at least 2 months ago the middle click started not registering so i google it and someone said to click and hold very hard, so i did and it worked. Now this past week it has stopped working completely and wont click at all even if i press really hard. what should i do, i currently cant really afford a new mouse and really need the middle click functionality

I'll make it very short. Experience, till it was functioning properly was quite good. Shape seemed to fit my hands. Sensors and left, right buttons good enough for my gaming needs. However, only after 2 and a half months of using the mouse the scroll button died. Submitted to the Razer importer in my country and not sure when I'll get a replacement..... this sucks big time since the pandemic has slowed down the shipping worldwide. Pretty surprised that it only took 2 months of light gaming cum browsing facebook to get to this... Anybody else with similar experience?

Have you considered developing a vertical mouse? I recently switched over to using a vertical mouse for work because of hand and wrist strain but I miss the feel and precision of the DeathAdder especially the middle mouse button. Which got me thinking what if we had a vertical DeathAdder?! As a game dev and artist I would be in absolute love with a vertical DeathAdder. Take my money!

I noticed that the lancehead tournament edition is only available on the website in quartz. and i cannot find black or mercury anywhere without the price being inflated a bunch and/or it being sold from some slightly sketchy dealer. does anyone know if this mouse will be coming back? or is it discontinued? i really dont want to pay 250 for it on amazon when it was listed as 75 the last time i checked...... id just buy one of their other ones but im not exactly fond of the designs or the size and shape of them. that and i want something that matches my wireless mercury atheris.

My Razer mouse is connected and the LED is working, but the mouse itself does not work. Everything works except for the driver, it says the mouse cant start. The sensor is working the buttons are working it's just this driver that does not work. I'll put a screenshot of it below. Razer synapse doesn't detect the mouse either so I can't do anything there.

Hello guys, I also recently got a problem with my Viper Mini mouse. Whenever I plug in to my MSI GP75 Leopard gaming laptop, it also go to the blue screen (stop code: WDF_VIOLATION). However, i also tested with other gaming mice (logitech, marvo) and they worked pretty fine. Can someone help me fix this problem, please?

Hi, I see someone else have posted about this issue, but I couldn't reply to that thread, so starting a new one. I have the samme issue. I have two razer mice charging docks connected at the same time, and Synapse can only see one of them, or see both as one. So it's not possible to configure any of them, they run their own show. Can razer please fix this issue please.

What is the actuation force of the razer deathadder elite? I'm looking for a mouse with a light click
