With a polling rate of 8kHz in CSGO I had extreme stuttering. The game was lagging moving the mouse. The issue was even more extreme using a VOIP application (Teamspeak or Discord). As example with Teamspeak in background, moving the mouse quickly in the CSGO menu I already noticed FPS drop: 50fps moving quickly the mouse in the menu (fps_max_menu = 120) I investigated using https://rzr.to/pollingrate from Razer. The results confirmed my first impression: Polling rate drop with Teamspeak opened For my first attempt I changed some BIOS configuration. I set the RAM settings to use the XMP profile. Small improvements but still not perfect... Then I used a polling rate of 4kHz for some days. CSGO was stable and my FPS were good. Even the polling rate was stable: Stable FPS with a Polling rate of 4kHz Of course when you buy an 8kHz mouse you want to use the entire performance of your device. I remembered from my study about the IRQ interrupts. I started to read how the interru
Hello there, Unfortunatelly my puppy (dog) destroyed my 2,4GHz Receptor for my viper v2 pro (it didn't last 24h since I bougth it). I was wondering if I get this replacement: https://www.razer.com/replacement-parts-mice/Razer-Mice-Keyboards-USB-HyperSpeed-Dongle/RC30-03420100-R3M1?_ga=2.40030114.1643054049.1661589330-1194868280.1656016136 it will work in the same manner as the included receptor? Is there any better option as a replacement? Any feedback is appreaciated, Thank you guys!
Hi guys, I recently bought a deathadder v3 pro and when I try to connect it wirelessly to my pc it doesn't detect anything even the usb dongle itself. (You know when you plug a device into the pc there will be a sound that windows make, that sound doesn't even sound off when I plug in the usb dongle.) But when I plug it into the wired one it's working, Synapse detects it. I tried all the usb ports available on my pc. I tried it on my brother's pc also still the same result.
I got a Razer DeathAdder v2 Pro and a Razer BlackWidow V3 Mini HyperSpeed 65% Wireless Mechanical Gaming Keyboard today. The mouse will not connect via the dongle, but it will work with the cable connected. The keyboard works only if I use the dongle from the keyboard, if I use the dongle from the mouse nothing works. I wish there was a way to remediate the problem on my end. Its prob something simple. Device name THINKPADX1E Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8850H CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.6 GB usable) Edition Windows 10 Pro Version 21H1 Installed on 6/17/2020 OS build 19043.1081 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3530.0
Hello, I am no longer able to find my Basilisk V3 Pro via Bluetooth. But I could already connect it to my Steamdeck. However, today when I wanted to connect my mouse via bluetooth also with my laptop times, I could not find it. I thought I would have to unpair the mouse with the Steamdeck first to be able to find and use it on another device. Hopefully that's not the case and I can actually pair it with multiple devices at once and then switch quickly and easily via the profiles. So then I unpair the mouse from the Steamdeck, but I still couldn't find it on the laptop. And then I couldn't find it via the Steamdeck either. The first time I paired the mouse with the Steamdeck, I didn't have a firmware update applied. So I guess that must have caused the problem. I have also already reset my mouse. Does not bring anything. Does anyone have an idea or the possibility to check it with his mouse (with latest firmware update). Of course only if you do not rely on Bluetooth. Greetings fro
I bought this mouse because I heard it was the highest rated razer mouse or one of them. I've loved it, best thing mouse I've ever used. Which made it all the more upsetting when it all of a sudden started not really working. While playing a game, sitting and waiting in said game for a friend, started moving again and realized my mouse (which was connected through USB dongle at the time) started moving then stopping, moving then stopping, like it was cutting in and out. Restarted my pc, nothing. When I try using the cord it makes the sound of something connecting and disconnecting repeatedly, which I found strange because it wasn't making that sound when just using the dongle, it seemed to be worse when using the cord. I've tried different USB ports, I've tried the ones in the back of my pc, I've tried a different computer and the same problem kept happening. I really didn't want to give up on it so soon because my replacement mouse is abrasively slow and painful to use and this was my
Evening lads and gals, Earlier today my mouse was working fine via the dongle (connected to the USB port on the charging dock), when I came back home few hours ago it wasn't working fine at all and all of a sudden it started freezing after I moved it for a certain distance (repeatedly), clicks and scrolls didn't register immediately and would have taken several attempts until they would register. I've already tried the following: Connect it directly with the USB cable - the mosue was still not working properly and it was constantly disconnecting and reconnecting, working for less than a second between each disconnection/reconnection so I couldn't reach anything on the screen. Use it via BT on my work laptop (it was already paired before the issue started) and it didn't work on the laptop via BT as well. Updated Synapse didn't help. Uninstall and reinstall Synapse didn't help. Uninstall the device from the device manager, restarted the PC for it to automatically install the device
Hello, I´ve been looking around on the internet for an sollution but i can´t seem to find one. So the problem is. My button 4 and 5 on the side of the mouse aren´t working anymore. I never had this problem before but recently they quit working. The weird thing is. After i push in both the side buttons 4 and 5 and the 2 buttons on top. They both work for like 10 seconds again. I also just found out: if i hold one of the 2 side buttons for like 2 seconds they both start working again for like 30 seconds. I really have no idea what i can do to fix this. Is it some weird option/setting from the mouse that turns dissables the side buttons and when i hold them for a small amount of time it turns on both buttons. Thanks for reading and mayby offer an sollution.
This is a huge topic in the Minecraft community, so I better post it here. Minecraft 1.8 PvP is a game that partly depends on having a high CPS. One popular clicking method used in this game to achieve this CPS is drag clicking and butterfly clicking. Now unfortunately for us Razer users, we don't have adjustable debounce time in the Razer software. Having an adjustable debounce time in the software gives a huge advantage, as you can godbridge and take less knockback while pvping. This is the reason that the glorious model o is popular in the Minecraft community. There is nothing special about the model o other than the fact that glorious has included an adjustable debounce time in their software. The same goes with the Bloody and Roccat mice. The problem with these mice is that they are heavy, have an awkward shape to them, and just aren't ideal for PvP let alone for any FPS game. To conclude, adding an adjustable debounce time in the Razer mice software wouldn't change anything in
I have already tried the following: 1. Blowing compressed air into the buttons crevasses. 2. Restarting my computer and updating to the latest software. 3. Updating the Razer Synapse software. 4. Closing all apps to see if it is a problem with the app. 5. Closing Razer Synapse completely. I am also using a external USB port because the laptop I have does not have USB A connectors on the side, it has USB C. The laptop is a Dell XPS 15" in case that matters. I am not using the mouse wireless because I notice a big delay. I do not think that I did anything to it because it was working completely fine when I got off, and when I got back on it didn't work. I have been using them for Fortnite to quickly hotkey to weapons. Thank you for your time and help. I have already tried contacting support but it says I do not qualify for replacement. I was not trying to get a replacement I just wanted answers.
I recently bought my Razer Basilisk V3 on Amazon and at first, the click scroll worked, but when I restarted my computer, it stopped working. I tried everything to get it working. I tried to uninstall and reinstall Razer Synapse, I tried to clean the mouse, and I tried restarting again. For some reason, it is not working. I don't know why. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Thank you.
Hi, For over a month i have been trying to link my Nari Ultimate with the Synapse software. I have not been successful yet. My overal gaming experience at this moment in time is not very positive. The default EQ settings for the Nari are making it very uncomfortable to play for myself and for my teammate. Some issues that i have: - Echo. I, and my teammates, can hear an echo when we play. Both in Party and Game chat. - Loud. The overal sound is so loud that my teammates hear my game sound, tv is muted, better than they hear their own. Making their gaming experience shit as well. - Synapse. I am not able to link Synapse to my Nari in order to optimize the Eq settings. Should you be able to help me I would very much require some advise in how to ideally set up the EQ settings in order to optimize my gaming experience. The support from the razer team has no led to a solution. I'm getting a bit desperate tbh. Anybody here able to help? I play on Xbox One btw.

Hey there, I have got the Razer Basilisk Hyperspeed X since august and I am having some weird issues. Before I've updated the firmware of the mouse, the mouse got into the standby mode after just a few minutes. It did reconnect after a few seconds of moving the mouse, but it was way to frequent. I thought, hmm ok I should try updating the mouse. After the update... the mouse showed disconnecting issues (that is even worse). Sometimes the mouse just disconnects and doesn't show in the Razer Synapse anymore. It's just gone lol. Even after plugging the receiver into another USB-port. The only thing that works is re-inserting the battery. Thank god it doesn't happen every few minutes, but it's terrible when it happens :/ Anyone has a fix? I've already changed the power settings of the USB-ports, tried removing the mouse drivers in the device manager.... nothing seems to fix this problem. I am also having mouse look issues in games, while pressing the right mouse button sometimes, the came
Good day, This is my first time with wireless peripherals so I'm really a noob here. Can you help me figure out a couple of things. 1. How do I know the current battery level of my Mamba wireless? 2. How do I actually charge know that it's currently charging. (I turned it off, then attached the wire. which made it still usable) HEELPPP 3. How do I know it's done charging? 4. How long does a single charge lasts for you guys? Thank you so muchh!
My Deathadder v3 wired version works fine, but once i reboot my pc,the polling rate dropped to 1/8.(At the same time, a garbled device is detected )8000hz ——> 1000hz 4000hz ——> 500hz1000hz ——> 125hz 125hz——> 15or16hz…..I need to reconnect it,then the problem temporarily solved before next reboot. I have a razer deathadder v2 pro wireless. It was working wonderfully until recently when it started disconnecting and reconnecting constantly. I can barely get a click in. I saw someone recommend updating the firmware and I was able to update the dongle (Which was connected through the microusb cable so I know its not the cable) but when I took the cable and connected the mouse to the pc the mouse wont stay connected enough to allow a firmware update. I constantly hear the windows connect and disconnect noise. I tried uninstalling the drivers through device manager but it didnt help. I also tried holding the profile button down for 10 seconds to reset the mouse to factory settings and it did not work either. I quit synapse and made sure windows was updated too. It happens on wired and on 2.4ghz. Bluetooth just says driver issue in the windows bluetooth even though I have uninstalled the driver several times. Thank you for any help.
