So I recently copped these new headphones in the white ps5 edition and I heard they had some good 7.1 surround sound on them, which is great as my tv speakers are kinda bunz. But when I plugged them in and tried out the 3d audio settings, I can't tell the difference from stereo. Now I saw that you need some sort of activation code for it to work on windows 10 but do I seriously need to borrow a laptop just for them to work as intended on a whole other console? Not only that but the box didn't come with any activation code so I might have to fill out a form to get a new code. Maybe I sound rlly dumb to you all but I just don't get this stuff 

Hi, A few days ago my headset stopped connecting, charging, and will not go into pairing mode. The only thing it will do is flash the green light. Even when windows shows its connected, it’s not actually connected. I tried updating the firmware, and at completion it displayed a message about it no longer being supported. Does that mean mine I’m stuck with a headset in perfect condition that is no longer usable? I tried managing it from Synapse, but the profile for the device just stays on a “loading” message. Any insight/help would be greatly appreciated.

everything is in the title so yeah as I said when I lift my mouse it scrolls up or down and if I like press the left or the right click button like 10 times it stops scrolling when lifting up but as soon as I scroll up or down it starts doing it again so yeah Ive tried everything that should fix it and which has fixed it for everyone else but it for some reason nothing fixed my issue so idk please help

Hi!I do like the sensor and image quality but there are double frames (static frames) with a consistent pattern. Every x frames, it shows the previous frame instead of a new one, and then on the frame after that, the movement has jumped ahead, resulting in jerky video. If you’re a GSYNC gamer, you see and ‘feel’ this inconsistent pacing instantly. I have only found one setting to make a difference, and that is the 50hz or 60hz flicker filter. I received my Razer Deathadder v2 pro today. when I plug the dungle, windows starts plug/unplug sound in loop so it does not work. It works when connected via the included USB cable. When i use the utility to connect it says just loops in there as well between plugged in and not plugged in.

I have encountered this issue since I initially bought the mouse brand new (this is not a result of over-use wearing down parts). Whenever I bring the mouse back down to the pad with anything other than a feather touch, the middle click button activates on its own.At first I could ignore the problem as I did not do much that would require me to move the mouse in such a way, but after recently starting to play more FPS games with a ping system bound to scroll-click, I have noticed myself pinging almost everything in sight due to it activating whenever I put my mouse back down after picking it up to re-center it.I am running Synapse on default, I have not found any settings to be able to adjust the scroll-click sensitivity, I have updated the firmware to v1.2.0.0, I have fully uninstalled/re-installed the mouse drivers, and I even threw a holy-mary (that I knew had 0 chance of working) by following one thread’s comment that “turning off the LEDs fixed the issue”. I could bypass the in-ga

I have a Naga Trinity that is out of Warranty, and had the Left Mouse Button fail after the billionth click over the years. Perfectly reasonable, the mouse owes me nothing. I bought some replacement switches, to swap them out and keep the mouse alive, because its still functional otherwise. During disassembly the Front Bracket for the Scroll Wheel, that also holds down the cord under the PCB broke, and It would be nice to have a new bottom of the whole enclosure. I was wondering if it would be at all possible to pay for a new one?

Hello, I have a Razor Barracuda X that seems to keep disconnecting when I watch anime shows with my head set. With my games no issues and with YouTube no issues. But the moment I start watching an anime and come across a fight scene it starts to disconnect and reconnect and does that until it gets “quiet” I don’t have them turned up all the way and even if I did it doesn’t have that issues until like a high treble has this happened to anyone? My mouse won't connect to Chroma Studio. I've tried everything I've seen online and nothing works. Maybe the mouse isn't compatible with Chroma? But that would surprise me, given how much it costs. I need help, please.

I bought Razer Barracuda Pro about 2 years ago, I won't go into detail about the fact that one earpiece broke after a week and the other 2 weeks later. I’ve seen quite a number of people posting that they lost or damaged their wireless dongle. And I’ve seen some replies saying someone would look at the inventory and others that the dongle is not a replaceable item. Well I am in this same situation myself now. Is it possible to get a replacement? Having to plug my wireless headset in to be able to have high quality audio and use the mic defeats the purpose of a wireless headset. Please help, thanks in advance! 

Hi everyone,I have a Razer Blade 15 2020 base model, and the whole time I’ve owned it I’ve had an issue where if my laptop is plugged in and connected to audio amplifiers, electrical interference causes really awful noise to come out of the amplified speakers.My problem is the same as shown in this video https://youtu.be/jSA2F1AwboUI have found ways of getting round it using usb power isolators and hum eliminators which do work but ultimately mean that I am having to use a whole series of devices because the headphone socket is unusable when amplifiers are involved. This might not sound like a huge inconvenience but because of my job I am having to do this all the time, and in some cases I am having to fix multiple channels so my setup becomes much more complex than is shown in the video.I bought this laptop to use as a musician/DJ, and to be honest this issue has really grated on me as this is a premium machine, advertised as being good for my use case. The Loupedeck software has been updated now a few times, and the Razer plugin hasn’t been updated to support the latest software. Is Razer currently working on or planning on updating the plugin? I’m considering buying another Stream Controller, however that depends on whether Razer will continue to support these devices with software updates going forward.

I bought a brand new Blackwidow V4 Pro with yellow switches for use in my workplace. My set up is a main desktop computer and 2 laptops. I am using a powered “Cable Matters” branded switch to go between the 3 computers. The switch has 4 input ports and 4 output but only 3 are in use.If I select position 1 on the switch for the desktop, all is fine. The rainbow is seen, the keyboard picked up and it works fine.If I select positions 2 or 3 for the laptops nothing happens. No rainbow is shown and the keyboard is not picked up. If I unplug the USB that runs between the keyboard and the switch and plug it back in for either of these 2 positions, the rainbow is displayed and the keyboard works fine. A play around with Copilot is suggesting that the board requires more power. but if I plug a cable into the 2nd USB C port, there is no change in behaviour.What becomes confusing here is that this is my 3rd Blackwidow V4 Pro. I have recently updated synapse to synapse 4 (“new synapse”), implicitly assuming that all my device settings/profiles etc. would be automatically transferred over into the new software.Instead, what I seem to have found is that the new synapse is incapable of handling .synapse3 files? I’ve tried directly importing my backups (which I made the last time I had an issue, where synapse3 just… deleted/lost all of my profiles/data on 2-3 occasions for no reason I was ever able to trace), but when trying to load my .synapse3 backup files, the “import” button stays greyed outI can’t find a way in the synapse software itself to convert from .synapse3 to .synapse4 files, nor can I find any information about this searching online. A naive renaming from “<file>.synapse3” to “<file>.synapse4” (predictably) didn’t work, so I’m out of ideas.Is the solution to go back to synapse3, or is there something I’m missing?
