I have recently updated synapse to synapse 4 (“new synapse”), implicitly assuming that all my device settings/profiles etc. would be automatically transferred over into the new software.Instead, what I seem to have found is that the new synapse is incapable of handling .synapse3 files? I’ve tried directly importing my backups (which I made the last time I had an issue, where synapse3 just… deleted/lost all of my profiles/data on 2-3 occasions for no reason I was ever able to trace), but when trying to load my .synapse3 backup files, the “import” button stays greyed outI can’t find a way in the synapse software itself to convert from .synapse3 to .synapse4 files, nor can I find any information about this searching online. A naive renaming from “<file>.synapse3” to “<file>.synapse4” (predictably) didn’t work, so I’m out of ideas.Is the solution to go back to synapse3, or is there something I’m missing? Hi, I’ve been using a Kiyo X with Win11 without any issues for a few months. Suddenly the OS no longer recognises the mic. I’ve tried reinstalling the webcam driver and synapse; no difference. It’s not recognised anywhere in the OS anymore…..there was a BIOS update 2 days ago -  I don’t know if that caused it. The video functionality works fine still - it’s simply the mic that no longer seems to exist in the OS. I’ve connected the same webcam to another machine running Win10 and the mic is recognised and works fine - so there’s not issue with the hardware.  Does anyone have any suggestions or similar experiences?thanks

Hi i received the Barracuda x chroma headset for christmas and i have connected it to my pc and to synapse.however even tho my headset is appearing in synapse and is currently on, synapse is detecting it as “switched off”, and i haven’t been able to solve this, how can i solve this so i can customise the chroma effects to match the rest of my devices?

Dear All,I would like to install Linux Mint as an additional OS (dual boot with Windows 11) with Secure Boot enabled.Booting from a prepared Linux Mint USB live system and subsequently installing only seems to be possible when turning off Secure Boot in UEFI, however doing this messes up the Windows 11 login as the current PIN (or Hello functionality) are not accepted anymore. If I leave Secure Boot on, then I am not able to boot Linux (USB or proper disk installation) at all and immediatly get prompted with a “Secure Boot Violation”  message (red box).So is there a way to have the Razer Blade 18 2025 run Linux Mint (or other distro) with Secure Boot enabled or a possibillity to add a self signed certificate (MOK) to the system UEFI to make it work?

Hello. Today I bought a new BlackWidow V4 keyboard, but I can't change the speed of the Wave effect. Has anyone else had this problem?

Troubleshooting Steps:Verified Windows is up to date. Connected the USB dongle directly to a PC's USB port and not a USB hub. Verified there is a clear line of sight from the mouse to the dongle. Updated the firmware on mouse if it is on the list. Checked if a software is causing the issue by closing all Razer apps and software. Reinstalled mouse drivers, and performed a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse. Check if the issue persists with a different PC.Did you update the firmware to the latest version? YesDoes the issue occur on another PC? Yes Mouse does not work any longer when I plug it to the computer or use any other type of connection. It blinks on and off but does not connect to the PC. I have tested in 3 different PCs. Details on video below.Anyone have a clue on what to do? I got it 2 years ago.

I used WeChat to log in when registering my email, but there was a step where I needed to enter my email. However, I entered the wrong email and couldn't receive the verification code. Now I can log in through WeChat, but if I want to reset my email, I need the verification code in my email, which is only sent to the wrong email. I am very confused now

hey how are you doing needed some help regarding my mouse, i have a razer cobra pro.so my mouse was charging fine with a type c cable. but one day it lagged a bit so i updated my mouse firmware. as soon as i updated the firmware my mouse stopped charging its stuck at the percentage i started to charge for more than 2-3 hours.is there a way to roll back to the previous firmware or any other fix. i explored everything search reddit, google etc.coming to you as the last resort. 

My boyfriend got me a deathadder essential from CEX for £30 and he feels something weird about it since he has one. We tried registering it on the website, synapse, reddit, everything and still nothing. I cant send images bc its over 5mb 🙄 but im still really upset that CEX, a very well known second hand shop is selling counterfeit items and that they haven't even checked. It says in the model that it was made in 2025? 

I got the headset today. just wanted to activate the 7.1 surround but when I try to register it says unfortunately this product is not eligible for registration. I only tried to register because the guide on the paper that came with the headset said to do so. I dont know if its because im on windows 11 now or not but it did also say on the paper only eligible for windows 10 64 bit and above. I did not buy from another retailer it was amazon with the razer link being there linking to their other products. what should I do? thank you in advance.

The X key and the switch popped off the keyboard. I want to request a replacement because I really like this keyboard and don’t have the money to buy another one but I don’t have validation for the purchase because I got it from Best Buy but my dad threw away the receipt and box and we didn’t get the keyboard on our Best Buy account so it doesn’t show the history of us buying it. Can someone help me have them accept a one time exception?

Hello, I bought the Black Shark v2 X model. It didn't come with a license code. I went to the site to get the code, but it gives an error saying that the registration has already been completed. Is there a way? I even have the serial number and product code. (Removed serial number and product number for security purposes) 

I recently Bought my Razer Blackshark V3 X HyperSpeed headset.It did not come with the 7.1 Activation Code I already registered it for a code but didn’t get one but just said “it succeeded” When I request for a new code it says it is not eligible 

My blackwidow v4 75% had issues with double clicking and sometimes not registering some key inputs. I contacted Razer here on Reddit and they delivered amazing service. I was given instructions to fix it and we tried everything while they remained professional. After trying the fixes and they didn't work, they sent me a pack of 36 new switches for the keyboard. Overall a 10/10 service and I am satisfied. Big thanks to Razer! 

I purchased this headset just 2 years ago. For any support staff wondering about the serial number, I just registered it as part of my account.The headset will not charge anymore. When I plug it to a USB-C cable, the led turns solid red, which I believe means very low battery, although based on the manual, it should be blinking.I have tried to charge it using different usb-C cables, and have confirmed those cables work on other devices.If I try to turn the headset on, I can briefly hear the audio firmware saying the headset is now on before it shuts off again. So the headset works, it just can’t charge.I’m inclined to think this is the usb-c socket? Would love for support to tell me how to proceed.

Mouse pointer resets in  center of the  screen after a few minutes is this normal? Or is there any way to change it?

Hi, Just got the blackshark v3 for Christmas and cant get the mic to detect via the USB  dongle. step taken so far installed synapse v4  updated the firm ware on the USB and Headset. mistakenly installed the thx demo (can not afford this upgrade.basically from boot i get  Note some times i have to for the blue tooth to connect.All the guides state that the mic should state blackshark v3 chat but that appears in the outputs of which i have 3 of various quality (the BT out put is trash)     the basic problem is the BT input is very  very quite and i have to shout ! any help would be good

This Christmas I got some new pc parts and while upgrading my pc, I forgot to remove the usb for my Kraken v3 hypersense pro that was connected to my pc.I ended up laying my pc down right on top of it, breaking it.Will any new usb work? Where do I get a new usb? How do I connect a new usb to my headset?If anyone can help it would mean a lot, please and thank you.
