Hi I just got my Razer Blackshark headphones days ago, however, I’ve noticed the mic is picking up background noises and it isn’t too clear during in game sessions. I tried it with both the 3.5mm jack only and also using the splitter via connector to see if there is a difference it actually got worse especially with the splitter because there are times the mic is working, sometimes it isn’t especially in mid game,using it while playing ARC Raiders and I use it on my laptop. need advice or help on this. Hi,I have been trying to order a product from the Razer website but keep getting an email saying I need to contact support because on an issue with payment but of course there is no useful way to do so so anyone got a suggestion of how I can get around this?Karl

So, basically, after a few weeks of use, the mouse’s dongle has stopped working properly, not showing any lights and not pairing with the mouse. The USB ports and cable are just fine, as Windows recognize the port and the mouse works when plugging in the cable. Guess I have a malfunction with the dongle? 

hello huys, i bought new razer blackshark v2 x but my product alredy registered. anyone can explain the solution?

So I bought a Razer Basilisk Ultimate a couple years ago because I preferred the side led wave effect as its displayed on the box. However I plugged it into Synapse 4 recently, the firmware required an update, and now the wave effect affects the entire mouse the same. In my opinion the mouse has lost its uniqueness and the new wave it has now is incredibly bland. I am not very experienced with Chroma Studio enough to change the lighting as when I applied Wave  before on Synapse 3 it was automatic as its displayed on the box. I have attached 2 photos to further illustrate the difference I am referring to. I understand one of the photos looks like a still as I cant upload a short video to show what the wave affect looks like now but its a solid bar compared to what it looks like on the box.

Sidebutton 2 stopped working on the mouse. I have tried several software fix attempts such as drive uninstall/reinstall, synapse reset, and synapse reinstall. Nothing has worked. I purchased this May 24, 2024.

I have a 2019 razor blade stealth 13. It currently has thunderbolt 3 connection and I’m wanting to upgrade graphics. Is there any way to do this? I can’t seem to find the Original core online and I don’t believe it’s compatible with core V2

Seems a Common Issue  not my 1st set of Razer Headphones  and they sound Good If they stayed on my Head!  WHY can’t Razer fix this common issue???  Soon they will break and then I will be told no warranty cause they fell!   ANY REAL IDEAS????  And now My Wolverine Controller is randomly stops working need to unplug and insert fixes for a while.Both these Products are under a year old. HELP PLEASE. And yes I have all the down loads and latest Software.

I just upgraded from Synapse 3 to 4 and when I went to play my game, the keys were no longer bound the way I had them.  I did some research and was told  I had to import my synapse 3 profile (why wouldn’t this be automatic????).  So I got the instructions for importing and tried it and the end resut was the error message I pasted below.  So my question is, How do i import my synapse 3 profile?  I did some research here and found a thread on here wherein the user was told to load the profile manually via the controller portion of the software.  I tried that but when I opened up the file location, there was nothing there.  Help!  It took me a lot of time to get my controller setup and I’d really rather not do that again.  

I was playing Rainbow Six Siege with the mouse and I felt it was a bit jittery, the aim I mean so I went and checked the Razer Synapse App to see the polling rate, it was set to 1000hz so I went ahead and tried to check it online, whilst on 1000hz set in synapse, on the browser or even the razer polling rate test it was reading 125hz max. If I set in synapse to 8000hz, only then the razer app for polling rate was reading 1000hz, something is wrong with it. Note: I had a pulsefire haste 2 from hyperx before, it could also go up to 8000hz polling rate but I never got wrong readings on that. Something feels off on this one, the aim is jittery, I am afraid the mice got a mismatch on polling rate values.I tried changing the USB port, updated firmware, everything. I don’t know what to do anymore

My order is being held in Memphis and its being delayed. The tracking information says they have insufficient shipping details. I guess its an issue with customs. I saw on the website that shipping to the US would likely be delayed. Is there anything I can do to expedite this process or is it all on razer to do something?

Since the new year my razer naga pro has stopped working, but this issue seems to only be software related. I’ve tried multiple different things to remedy this and nothing seems to work.  Anytime I install synapse the mouse completely ceases to function. If I fully uninstall all razer software the mouse works as it did originally. Its beyond frustrating trying to pinpoint what is causing this. Also extremely disappointed that I can’t even open a support ticket without warranty. Pretty absurd practice to not offer any kind of support, especially since its rather obvious that this issue is software related and not the hardware itself.Things I’ve triedReinstalling SynapseUpdating mouses firmwareUsing the mouse on another device (works fine on my laptop)Uninstalling the associated drivers Please let me know if you have any ideas.

I purchased the Razer V3pro on November 30th, 2025, BRAND NEW (just to make sure I clarify that). The mouse is great WHEN it is working. I’ve been intermittently experiencing these issues since the first few days of use.  I thought it could be interference issues, so I:1.) moved the wireless dongle2.) changed the usb port being used by the mouse3.) changed the port I use for my wireless headset’s dongle4.) use my wireless headset in WIRED MODEWhen this didn’t work I:5.) installed and updated drivers through synapseNOTHING WORKED…AND I’m STILL having issues. The mouse will just turn off randomly for 3-10 seconds and then cut back in and the light will blink a few times or it starts lagging, stuttering and just completely becomes UNUSABLE. At this point I have 13 more days to return this and I hate returning products but this is unreal. Should I just return it and go back to FinalMouse, like this is so unacceptable. PLEASE HELP.

Hi,I’m currently having a problem with my Razer Blackshark v2, where the sound is uneven, the right side is clearly louder than the left side when it is plugged in using the soundcard, i even try went for the sound settings and set the level to balance to no avail. It is normal when i use the jack 3.5 though, but then no synapse settings for me 😅. Please can someone help me.

My Razer Seiren V3 Chroma’s lighting stopped working. After my laptop restarted last week, the lights never turned back on. The microphone itself works perfectly fine, but there are no longer any visual indicators. For example, the light doesn’t change when I press the mute button and it doesn’t show the chroma effects I configured in my chroma studio.I’ve already tried switching USB ports, unplugging and reconnecting the microphone, and resetting Chroma Studio, but none of these have resolved the issue. I’m looking for any suggestions on what else I can try.

I tried discord chat + game it works chat + chat never worksused every usb port not workingHow come Steelseries Sonar for nova pro has everything and RAZER does not have? HOW?Are you guys going to fix it? I bought it today and tried to fix this for like 3 hours straight. You cant use the chat/game mixer cause DISCORD with Blackshark V3 does not work properly. You cant set Discord to mic = Chat and output = chat it goes silent. Never had an issue like this with Nova Pro Wireless. This headset it 10/10 but with this discord issue its like 6/10
