Hello Razer Support Team,I am using a Razer mouse with Synapse installed, and I have assigned different DPI levels to a DPI switch button.Whenever I change the DPI during gameplay, an on-screen notification appears (for example: “DPI set to 400”). This notification shows up in the middle of the screen and interrupts my gameplay, which is very frustrating—especially during intense moments in-game.I have checked all available settings in Razer Synapse, including notifications, overlays, and OSD options, but I could not find any setting to disable this DPI pop-up notification.I do not want to lock my mouse to a single DPI value, as I actively switch between two DPI levels while playing. I only want to disable the on-screen DPI notification, not the DPI switching itself.Could you please let me know if there is a way to turn off this DPI change pop-up, or if this feature can be disabled via Synapse, firmware, or any advanced setting?Thank you for your support.

Hi.My Deathadder V2 Halo Edition mouse’s scroll wheel click button is launching windows 10 taskbar programs like a left click. I’ve checked everything, there’s no setting for a left click, it’s set to default scroll click.Just so happens my brother has the same mouse but not the Halo green version, just the black standard V2.He’s just found out his mouse does the same thing!My other brother has a Razer Basilisk mouse and his scroll click works fine and does not do this?!It’s a BIG problem as I want to set up a macro on a side button for shift and scroll click for Blender hold & pan and if you get too close to the taskbar, all hell breaks loose!This seems like a driver issue, tried on a laptop without Synapse and the mouse actually still does this. Many thanks for any help, looks like a firmware update, can’t see any place to flash older firmware to check it though.

I lost the power supply for my Key Light Chroma while moving apartments. Does anyone know of a suitable aftermarket power supply?  It looks like the Key Light Chroma uses a 15V, 3.5A, 52.5W power supply, but I don’t know the end connection size (2mm?) and I can’t find those exact specs on Amazon; the closest specs I’ve found are 15V, 4A, 60W power supply, which I think should work, but I’d like to find an exact replacement if possible. Thanks!

I recently purchased the following camera: Razer Kiyo Pro - USB camera with high-performance adaptive light sensor and tripod for streaming (Full HD 1080 p 60 FPS, HDR, Wide-angle lens, supported Open Broadcaster Software en Xsplit) Black. I’ve had multiple issues with it, it worked for about 1 hour then gave up on me, so now it does not work at all. I see it connected with Synapse but it doesn’t show anything from the camera. It’s connected as a Camera according to device managers, yet not working as one, for weird reason.

HiMy Razer webcam suddenly froze mid stream and is not working anymore. None of the apps recognize the camera and the camera itself is just lit up with a flickering ring light. After some research it seems like that’ s a common issue for people. Is the camera cooked now? Been like a year or so of usage. Making a new thread cause there doesn’ t seem to be a definite answer anywhere

Fairly straightforward. I have the Addressable ARGB Controller and I would like to know if there is a firmware update available.I cant see one easily in support, but I would like to verify that it’s not just hidden or hard to get because the model is less common.The ARGB Controller used to work well but after the recent upgrade to synapse 4 it no longer detects any ports without LEDs as “inactive”, this complicates setup of the schemes as well as stability/compatibility. RZ34-02140600-R3M1

Just bought the Razer Hammerhead HyperSpeed for Xbox to connect to my Windows 10 PC for gaming and work since I prefer earbuds to headsets.Not sure if I am reading the manual correctly so I set the earbuds to hyperspeed mode and the dongle to USB mode, plugged in the dongle to my PC's usb c port (which is tested working with other stuff) but nothing.Thought I got a faulty dongle as bluetooth works fine on my android phone and on the andriod app there is no prompt to update firmware. So I thought to try xbox mode on the dongle and then it works.I see on my device manager under audio: Headphones (Xbox Controller) Headset Microphone (Xbox Controller) And so far audio output works and mic works as well (using mictest website and MS Teams).Decided to get an exchange at the Razer store and tested the new set on their Razer Blade display set. All good on USB mode for the dongle.Back home on my Win 10 PC not working although XBox mode on the dongle can connect.Anyone else with the Xbox editi

Hello all!I am fairly disappointed with razer., their customer support and their product. I bought the Razer Blade 15 around a year ago (2023) and now I am faced with a bug. Whenever I play a video on streaming sites like youTube or Crunchyroll the sound progressively gets quieter and quieter to the point where eventually no sound comes out of the speakers. I have tried with other output devices such as headphones and external speakers and the sound is perfect its an issue with the device itself. The only way to get the sound back is by restarting my laptop and as soon as I play another the video the bug occurs again. Furthermore, I am extremely frustrated due to razer’s lack of customer support. I live outside of the US (the UK) and razer has no email or phone number to call. It is infuriating because the only thing I can do is send my laptop to the store but then its a whole process! It would be so nice to talk to a human rather than having to back up all my data etc and ship it out

Just purchased a Barracuda X a few days ago, and was actually really excited to try it since my old headphones died. Tried turning it on but the LED flashed abit of red and didn’t seem to turn on.Tried to charge it thinking it was low battery right from the box, but while charging the LED light doesn’t show any indications. I try pressing the power button and it shows a flat red, then blinks with long intervals in between, and then stops showing anything. Tried this a few times and this keeps happening, sometimes there’s short intervals, and occassionally the LED light doesn’t even turn on.I thought, “Alright, I’ll just leave it overnight and check it tomorrow. Maybe the battery is just really low and the device can’t manage anything right now.”I wake up, try and turn it on, and the LED indications don’t change from before. I search Razer Support for help and there’s several threads on the firmware updater helping to solve this low battery issue. That’s seems like a good new direction,

HiI bought this mouse from my friend, after 6 month of using it stopped working.When i was using it it started moving my cursor down and stopped responding (i can move cursor but it automatically brings it down) buttons doesn’t work, buttons changing DPI also doesn’t work. Tried reseting it, after holding scroll RMB LMB and turning it on blue light flickers pretty fast, tried changing batteries, tried different laptop, nothing works. It connects to razer synapse, when i changed dpi in app it took a few seconds to change it on mouse. Would be very thankful for help

Hello, I could use some help. There is no sound when I use the 7.1 surround sound software. I have already used my activation code and everything. I have tried it with all of my output devices, and none of them work. I want it to work when I select “Realtek(R) Audio (Headphones)” which is my Blackshark V2 X headset. When my I select the sound output to be my headphones, it works just fine. But when I try “Speakers, 7.1 Surround Sound” or “Internal AUX Jack, 7.1 Surround Sound,” neither of them work. No sound comes out. When I go under properties, my Speakers are at 16 bit, 48000 Hz (DVD Quality) and I turned off Exclusive Mode and Signal Enhancements. They were on by default and didn’t work, and turning them off didn’t work either. I also tried with my Speakers at 16 bit, 44100 HZ (CD Quality), and that did not work either.  I put my Speakers at 16 bit, 48000 Hz (DVD Quality), then put my Headphones at 2 channel, 16 bit, 48000 Hz. I also tried 2 channel, 24 bit, 48000 Hz. Neither of th
