Razer straight up has the worst customer service ever. I refused to believe it at first upon reading various forums or subreddits but I can personally testify to the veracity of all the complaints. My 2023 blade 16 with an rtx 4090, which I bought middle November so it’s not even 90 days old, wouldn’t turn on for hours at a time after shutdown every now and then until one day it completely wouldn’t turn on after 2 whole days. I perform all the troubleshooting guidelines and protocols yet still nothing. I send a video to razer support, blah blah blah, mail it to them to diagnose and repair and they tell me it’s the motherboard. So they after a week of saying a replacement part is on order I call to check up and they say it’s actually completely unavailable for order at the moment. So I say cool just send me a replacement and another week goes by and they say they’re still working on it just waiting for a motherboard to be available again?!? I have a headset Razer Nari Ultimate that I connect to my laptop, I downloaded the synapse and chroma software and they detect the device without any problem, I can change the audio settings and everything is working fine. The problem is with Chroma, my headset is shown in my devices but when I try to modify the RGB behavior the changes that I made are not reflected on the headset.The headset stays in static green, if I change it to pulse green it is not modified. Some times the rgb doesn’t turn on at all. I’ve tried via wireless and usb and the behavior is the same

My game hard crashed, and I had to hard restart my pc due to a new ram install and some sort of issues with my set up. On start up, the game pad lights up like normal, I jump in a game, and no response from the keyboard, other than the d-pad where the thumb sits. Seems Razor says my device is out of warranty, so I no longer receive free support? They directed me to this forum.
When I’m using my Razor mouse it never seems to happen. If I step away for 10 minutes or put on a movie then try to use the mouse, often times my cursor does not move anymore. Sometimes I can turn the Razor mouse off then back on; usually that doesn’t cause it to reconnect.If I use my other mouse (while the razor mouse is not working) it may work perfectly fine; or it may be extremely laggy. Anything I do with my keyboard demonstrates that the computer is moving at full speed with everything else.I’ve uninstalled Synapse and reinstalled a few times. It has not fixed it.

Is there an Essential and a separate Expert version or are they the same.. ? How can I verify that through official channel? I have spent several weeks on it with no official result.
Viper 8K bought today and worked fine for an hour, then blue flashing light came on dpi stage and all other lights went off, mouse is unresponsive and isnt recognized in windows anymore. I’ve tried restarting my pc, a different usb port, other computers on win10 and win11, ive tried the firmware updater for the viper 8k but the mouse is not recognized at all, i’ve tried reinstalling synapse too, i’ve also tried holding a combination of buttons that apparently reset the mouse from boot mode however this does not work either. any help would be appreciated as i’ve just spend alot of my budget this month on this one brand new mouse and it’s instantly broken on me.
So I just go these and they have been great. But this has been a big annoyance. I upgraded to these from the Logitech G560 and never had any issues with my subwoofer.Now that I upgraded to these the sub constantly disconnects and I have physically unplug from power and re-plug them back in for it to start working again. This happens at least every so often. But for a nearly 500 dollar device there should not be issues like these. I have other subs that don't disconnect themselves all around my house from LG to SONOS and this is the only one I have to constantly do this to.I have tried these steps and even a simple power on power off from the dial does not bring the sub back online. Its very frustrating for this product to do that on my PC which I game a lot on so for this to happen all the time is a problem. Has anyone else run into this issue.
I recently went to Best Buy Geek Squad to clean my pink Razerbook, long story short, they replaced the screws in my laptop with different screws of different heads and lengths and colors. My original screws were pink so I was wondering if anyone knows where to get T5 M2-3.5L screws that are pink to like the original screws?

I have a Razer Blade Stealth (several years old), and while working today, the screen suddenly looked like it shut off. But on closer examination, it was just extremely dim. Tried ctrl-alt-del twice to try to reboot, but no help. Tried holding down Pwr button for 10 sec, but again unsuccessful. Couldn’t quite see well enough to do normal power right click and scroll to power off. Tried Fn keys for screen brightness with no noticeable effect. Not sure what to try now.

Blade 15 Adcanced 2021 (RZ09-0367BEC3) swolen battery, unsuable trackpad and unable to close the lid
I am the original buyer of Razer Blade 15 Advanced (Early 2021 Edition) and bought it directly from Virign Mega Store in Dubai, UAE I am having series problem with my laptop in regard to battery and trackpad. The trackpad in my 2021 Blade 15 Advanced (RZ09-0367BEC3) is not clickable at all for almost more than a year. Also, I have noticed that my keyboard and laptop is abit lifted up and the battery is swollen. I believe thats what preventing the pad from working and also preventing to close the laptop lid. Every time I have to apply force to close the lid of my laptop but it doesn't close properly because battery is swollen and keyboard is slightly lifted up which prevents the laptop lid to close properly. I need help with advise and getting this resolved. Thanks
