Just bought Razer Blade 14 2023 and experienced problem with Synapse 3 software - it hangs and do not open control panel with Razer Blade configuration (see picture). This bug totally kills your laptop mobility - because you are unable to change laptop performance mode and in high performance it works 2-3 hours. All potential fixes on internet did not helped1. tried full reinstall/restart synapse 3 several times, did not helped at all 2. found some fixes with disabling "Fast boot" option in Windows Power Management System - unfortunately did not helped me, but turns out it helps in some cases3. factory reset of laptop and disabling any updates on windows or drivers - allowed to launch Synapse first time, but on the next system boot Synapse updated to latest version (without asking any permition) and after this did not launched Razer control panel4. all drivers, windows updates, synapse is up to dateThere is quite a lot of questions with this issue on the internet, but no official comm

When I bought my Razer Seiren Mini and started using it, the light indicator appeared briefly and then turned off when I plugged it in. I initially thought that the cable was defective, but when I replaced it with another cable (not from razer), it worked perfectly fine.I used the microphone for almost a year for both voice recording and gaming, and continued to work well. However, when I didn’t use it for a few months and then tried to use it again, I experienced the same issue with the light indicator turning off after showing up briefly as it did with my defective cable from Razer. I was worried and tried using another cable, but the issue persisted.I checked my settings to see if the microphone was being recognized, but unfortunately, it wasn’t showing up.
hello all, i have a naga trinity model # rz01 -0241 with Windows 11 and for some weird reason it keeps spamming the # “ 0 “ non stop when i have the # side panel on. I have taken it off and i have cleaned it with some alcohol and a small q-tip to take out the dust off. i have removed the driver from the pc and re installed the software from scratch. It has worked fine for a couple days but it just keeps coming back and idk what else to try. please someone help me out with this issue idk what else to do.
I use this headset for my ps4 and it always has low volume on it. I can use it for my pc and the volumes fine. It’s just on ps4 I can’t use the scroll wheel for volume and I can’t turn it up more. I’ve turned up all my settings max and it’s still low. Does anyone have any recommendations on what i should do?

Does anybody have suggestions for getting sound working again on my Razer Kraken Tournament Edition Headset on Windows 10? It quit working after Synapse updated to 20240213. “Speakers (THX Spatial)” and “Speakers (Razer Audio Controller - Game)” do not provide any sound. “Headset Earphone (Razer Audio Controller - Chat) does work, so I know it’s not the USB port or a hardware problem with the headset. Also, Synapse tries to force “Razer Audio Controller - Game” to be the default with a modal dialog, which makes it impossible to use any of the tools. Either I set it to Game and can’t hear anything, or I have it set to Chat, and can’t click on anything because of the modal dialog. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
Hello! I have the Razer Kraken V3 Pro. I noticed that the microphone remains very quiet. No matter how much I try to increase the volume through Razer Synapse or through Windows, Discord - the sound remains low. My friends have to increase the volume by 200% to hear me. How can this be fixed? Support, please provide a response.
Hi I recently purchased a Razer Viper Ultimate and have had it for less then a day. The first day I had it, it randomly stopped working when I was playing one of my games and I was locked out of doing anything with the mouse for about 10 seconds, after-which it would resume functioning as normally. This happens at least every 5-10 minutes and it’s very annoying. I’ve never had this issue on my previous mouse which was a razer viper mini.
HiI purchased my Razer Hammerhead Pro V2 over the Internet and I received it. It registered the serial number successfully on my account, so I guess it should be legit? Others cannot replicate and generate Razer product serial numbers?I’m having second thoughts though because of a clothing line on the earphone case (attached picture). I’ve heard that there are different versions/packaging depending on the region where it was sold - mine was made in 2017 for China/Korea/Japan I believe.I’ve seen multiple threads here but no official confirmation by Razer Support.

Since last week my razer blade 15 2019 was having a battery issue. My laptop was not charging properly and power keep change AC mode to battery mode in plugged in condition. I tried factory reset and reinstalled window 11. However none of those worked. So today I went to Razer repair center to see what is the problem and how to solve it. The staff at the center also couldn’t find the problem and he thought it could be temperature issue so he recommended me to change the thermal paste inside.I accepted but after he change the thermal paste my laptop died. Power was not turning on even with plugged in mode. (The green light that flashs when turning on was gone) The laptop WAS working quite perfectly but after staff repair, it died. It is obviously his fault. He asked me to come tommorow or wait for more days to fix my laptop.Do you guys think Razer company would support me for free repair? I know that my laptop is quite old but it was WORKING.
