I’m having an issue with my Razer Viper V2 Pro mouse: the battery is not charging.When I connect it via cable, the mouse works correctly, but the battery level does not increase.During the first few days when the issue started, I even noticed that when plugging in the cable, the battery would drain instead of charging. That stopped happening after I updated the firmware, but the mouse still does not charge at all. The problem was intermittent at first—sometimes I managed to get it to charge and other times I didn’t, and I’ve been dealing with it like that for a while—but now it seems permanent.The mouse works fine when connected to the cable, and in the rare moments when I manage to get it to charge, it charges normally and the battery drains normally as well. The issue is simply getting it to charge.I have tried different cables and nothing changes. In Synapse it says that it’s charging, but the battery percentage never goes up.I’ve checked the firmware and everything is up to date.Th

Is there anyway to order replacement parts for the Razer Iskur chair, I’ve had it long enough that it is out of warranty and I can’t find a channel to order a replacement part as the mechanism that locks the tilt is broken so my chair will incline wildly in both directions and is not stable, I love the chair and would love to continue using it.

I just updated Razer Synapse to ver-20250724. Prior to that Snapse was not launching on startup. Now its launching…. eventually, but the mouse wheel is not lighting up when I select the static green effect.If I choose any other effect the mouse wheel lights up fine. Including any other static colour. Why?Mouse is a Basilisk V3. Just did a firmware update but the mouse wheel still does not like the colour green. Was working fine before I did a reboot earlier this morning.

My headphones were working great, but after around 20 minutes of use today they powered down as normal but now won't turn back on.  I've tried 4 different charging cables, pressing and holding the buttons, but they still won't turn back on. 

Hi!I can’t update the BIOS on my Razer Blade 15 2022 (rz09-0421) from current version 1.09 to last version 2.06.I have updated my Windows 11 and all drivers, switched off  all known potential updating blockers as the Bitlocker, the antivirus, Memory Integrity Control, Microsoft Vulnerable Driver Blocklist. After I have started updater - app’s window is been opened and I start a updating process. My laptop is being rebooted,  but the BIOS hasn’t been updated.(((I have Windows 11 Home (25H). What am I doing wrong?Help me, please!

I am trying to update my firmware and i have plugged the camera in and no application is using the camera. But im still not allowed to update. Every application detects my camera but the updater doesn’t.Any solutions?

Hello, I have a Razer deathadder v2 pro and from today the dongle stop work, its always playing the windows sound of connected and disconnected, i cant update the firmwire because the dongle ist detected my the computer.I bought it less than a yearBy wire the mouse works good.Can someone help me?

Keys 10, 11, and 12 are not working anymore in the 12-button side panel. I already cleaned it with alcohol and tested the other panels, but there is no solution at the moment. Do you have any recommendations to solve or track where the issue can be?Does anyone know if therer is a 12 side panel selling individually?

Please fix voltage , its good laptop but play any game with trolling and for google chrome regular temperature 50-100 .. its not good,  only 1 way using laptop for basic usage its turn off processor boot in bios. So please update bios or allow make undervolting for best and more cold performance .And also please fix sound driver for on windows 11 sound work not good, on linux much better.

so i just got the v3pro today deathadder and ion see any option for higher hz i only see the 1000hz option i did get the separate dongle in box is it locked in on 1000hz?, the hyperspeed one

Hi, I just bought the razer 16 laptop a few days ago for school (I’m an architecture student), but whenever I decide to open autocad or a video game, the screen turns into this static(?) whenever I enter full screen mode and then my laptop restarts… this is super disappointing to me because I bought this for school and it’s acting a lot like my old laptop. If anyone can help me out, that would be great. Thank youu!

I would like to see if I could get a replacement bottom cushion for my Iskur X chairs, I was not able to locate the serial number but I have proof of purchase for the two chairs, both bottom cushions are falling apart, the rest of the chair is perfectly fine. Please help.

After trying out the macros function on my Deathadder Esessential, once i unassigned the macro and closed the app… my mouse button 4 and middle mouse click stopped working. But this problem only exists when the app isn’t open in the background. I tried contacting support but the razer assist had problems when reconnecting me to them after i was prompted to restart my laptop so now I’m left without a clue of what to do.

my Razer Mamba mouse freezes for about 3-5 seconds randomly and whenever I lift my mouse and put it down again. Especially when playing fps games when you have to lift to adjust the mouse position. Its frustrating and it happens almost every time when i do it. 

I have Razer keyboard, mouse and headphones and I’m running Razer Synapse 4.  When my computer wakes up from sleep, the quick lighting effect I’ve applied to my devices are not in effect.  I have them set to “Fire” and if I go into Synapse, they still show they are set to fire but they are doing some other random effect like cycling or static on a color I’ve not chosen. Anyone else having this issue or is there a solution? 

I was gonna use the camera after doing all the settings the light started flickering and and after it started making a sound how to fix it? here is a video  

My headset is in a permanent state of trying to pair via Bluetooth. I have cut all Bluetooth off from other devices and have forgot the headset on both phone and PC, but it continues to say “pairing”. I have tried everything, but I have no idea how to have it connect back to the Dongle can someone help with this issue?

hello everyone,i use razer blade 14 2022, r9 6900hx and rtx 3070timy laptop has an issue on speaker, no audio device is installedi found that i didn’t have the realtek audio in sound, video and game controller and there no speaker in audio input and outputin other, this is what in other device i have install realtek high definition audio, amd chipset, amd auto detect, but it not work, speaker still error, i can not use jack 3.5 too.can someone help me fix this one :((( 

How can I buy an official replacement battery for my Razer Blade 14 2021. The touchpad is starting to rise due to battery swelling. This is sort of urgent and I don’t want to send my laptop to repair as I need to use it for work.

Hi, I have a Core X Chroma using Thunderbolt with my Lenovo Notebook. Works fine.And I have a Lenovo Thunderbolt 4 Dock, which also works fine. Even parallel. The Dock has, as far as I know a Thunderbolt port on which I would like to connect the eGPU to only have ONE cable to my notebook. If I connect this I’ll get a Warning that a Thunderbolt device has limited funcionality and the eGPU doesn’t work. Is this issue solvable?

and im already trying wiht your method uninstall from device manager and try to plug other usb port and the issue still same. nothing happen. im really sure its because the app razer synpse. please fix it.
