I just tried to connect my Razer Viper V2 Pro mouse with the dongle but it does not connect. Any USB port I have did not recognize the dongle, even tried it on several laptops and none can recognize it. The mouse works fine when I use the cable directly to the PC. Unfortunately I do not have any warranty anymore. I would love to use the dongle because my PC is next to the TV and the cable is not long enough. Also having a cable throughout the living room does not go well. Is there any possibility to get a replacement @Razer support?Please help….

I am currently using a Razer DeathAdder V3, and unfortunately, the USB cable has been damaged. I would like to ask if there is a way to repair it or if I can purchase an official replacement cable. Could you please advise me on the available options for fixing or replacing the cable? I’m located in Vietnam and would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to proceed.

I typed in my product serial number for my brand new blackshark v3x hyperspeed headset bought directly from razer and the auto activation tool says the product is not eligible when the activation site says it is eligible.  Please help

I have an Iskur gaming chair that doesn’t appear to have a serial number on it. How do I get in touch with someone to get a replacement? I’m not looking for a free one, I will pay for it, it’s just not clear on how to order one.

Synapse 2 is no longer supported, so now my Razer Tiamat 7.1 V2 cannot be used? It is not supported in Synapse 4, and when I install Synapse 3 it makes me upgrade to Synapse 4. My Razer Tiamat 7.1 V2 is a paper weight now?

Hi!! I lost the little type c dongle along with the usb adaptor, i tried to look for some dongle’s online but not sure if they will work with what I have? Was wondering on what to do next please help i also read a thread with the same issue as mine and he was told to send a message via “pm” along with the serial number. Not really sure how to “pm” you guys 

I recently Bought my Razer Blackshark V3 X HyperSpeed headset.It did not come with the 7.1 Activation Code I tried to get a activation code, but every time I do it does not work. With the addition, saying that the device/accessory is not 7.1 eligible (even though the headset is on the list)Can someone please help me, as I'm confused and don’t know what to do now :(

After trying multiple times, when using my card to checkout, I get an error message saying “We are experiencing technical difficulties in completing your payment request. Please try again later or select a different payment method”. Now at first, there was a hold placed on my card and I called my card company and had that straightened out. But it’s still not going through. It’s just for a Rogue 17 Backpack (Chromatic), Atlas (white), and a Laptop Cooling Pad + 20$ off Silver coupon. Any help is appreciated!

I've been scouring the forums here and Reddit for a solution, but haven't found a fix yet. I have a Kishi V2 that I've maybe used for an hour or so. I bought it and it mostly collected dust. Everything works except the left joystick which seems to only register top-left and bottom-right. I've enabled OTG connection, disabled the repeat touch thing under accessibility, and the Nexus app doesn't say there is a firmware update.  The consensus seems to be that I should've caught this earlier and RMA'ed the device. Anyone have something I may have missed to try?

Got a new DeathAdder V4 Pro today which works when connected directly to my PC but not through the wireless dongle. When the mouse is turned on and the dongle is connected to the PC, the LEDs on the dongle remain off and the mouse’s LED flashes twice when it is moved. I cannot get the LEDs on the dongle to turn on at all. I have tried: Fully charging the mouse Connecting to another PC. Same issue occurs Updating firmware of the mouse and dongle to 1.20.00. No change Pairing the dongle using the mouse pairing utility. It recognizes when the mouse and dongle are connected and says pairing is successful however it still doesn’t work Removing and reinstalling drivers using the device detection troubleshoot tool. This did not change anything Uninstalling/reinstalling Synapse 4. This also did not change anything. Synapse can configure the mouse when it is directly connected to the PC, however when the dongle is connected and the mouse is turned on wirelessly, Synapse says the device is switc

My Razer Viper V3 Pro has issues with it not charging. After trying to reinstall the firmware months ago when this first happened and it not working I just decided to deal with it and just use it plugged in. Now however my mouse will randomly disconnect and I’ll have stutters sometimes when I’m using it. I’ve followed uninstalling the device through device manager and reinstalling the firmware multiple times but nothing works. This isn’t the first mouse that this has happened to me with and I’m sick of it. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

I’ve had a Kishi v2 controller for about a month and it has been working great until recently.  The left joystick does not recognize left or right movements.  It still moves up/down just fine and all other buttons and controls work fine.  I primarily use it with Game Pass but this issue persists outside of gamepass if I’m just trying to navigate between icons on the android home screen.  Does anyone have an idea about what causes this issue and/or how to fix it?

I was searching the store since I needed a new mouse as mine is dying slowly and found the naga. I like the concept of having the programable buttons for my thumb but I was only able to find wireless versions. I was not able to find a wired version but I saw on amazon that they are available. does the razer store no longer offer wired right handed naga mice?

Hi I have a RAZER BLADE 14 2023 - P/N RZ09-0482XWM3-R3W1.I was using it the other day when the screen just went black.  The screen just seems to have died??I have tried turning it off and on and nothing. The laptop turns on and the key illuminate but nothing on the screen.. power light is green and is slowly blinking.I have connected to an external monitor and that works so Laptop seems to be working just the inbuilt screen is black.Could someone please help or have any ideas.Thank you in advanceDan 

Hello, I'm having a problem playing games with my keyboard. It works fine in Windows.When I play games like Minecraft or Ark, the W, S, and 1 keys don't work. When I open the chat in Minecraft, the keys work, but not in the game. The strange thing is that when I connect the keyboard to the Xbox, the keys generally don't work anymore.The problem only started after I installed Razer Synapse, which I have since uninstalled, but that didn't fix the problem. The firmware is currently 1.12.00. What can I do?We also removed the keyboard in Windows and reinstalled it (without Razer Synapse).

Hey!! I’m trying to disable mic monitoring, sidetone, and audio enhancements oh my razer kraken v3 x in razer synapse. Can you tell me if these features are supported and how access the settings?Because i am having some troubles while being on Call with my friends on discord, they can hear themselves through my mic and they can hear eveyrthing i do on my desktop!!Can anyone please help!!

Recently when I was using my headset, i ran out of battery. I charged it overnight and it was still saying low battery, yet I used it for the next 3 days and each time i turned it on it said “low battery” 3 times. This is very annoying and I don’t know if my headset is actually low battery or if it’s just glitching out. Anyone know how to fix this?

I cannot get the bluetooth to work on my headset. It says its connected with audio and mic but thereis no sound.It works with dongle and wired.

My Razer Iskur X is making all kind of loud noises if I shift weight or move the chair just a little. I already tighten the screws - the noises seem to come from the bottom part (gas cylinder?). Is there any solution like maintenance I can do? Purchase date: Sep. 18th 2022. 

Found this out in Destiny 2, which uses Shift-Escape to display exit menu. I have key 1 mapped as Escape (default: 1), key 11 (default: Caps Lock) mapped as Shift, key 20 left on default mapping (Space). Apparently, it doesn’t matter, since clearing any mappings does not change the effect. To verify, I have turned on reactive lighting, and pressing keys 11 and 20 together does indeed light up key 1 as well. HyperShift mappings are empty, there are no custom mappings in Windows. The effect is system-wide, as I have tried holding Ctrl on the main keyboard and pressing the same combination, and it invoked Task Manager, which uses Ctrl-Shift-Esc as a global shortcut.A workaround I ended up with was clearing Esc mapping from key 01, which does not stop 11+20 from triggering 01, but at least now it doesn’t invoke any commands associated with Esc. Obviously, I am looking for a more permanent solution.I would appreciate some insight on how to fix this, because it’s really frustrating to uninte
