hello everyone,i use razer blade 14 2022, r9 6900hx and rtx 3070timy laptop has an issue on speaker, no audio device is installedi found that i didn’t have the realtek audio in sound, video and game controller and there no speaker in audio input and outputin other, this is what in other device i have install realtek high definition audio, amd chipset, amd auto detect, but it not work, speaker still error, i can not use jack 3.5 too.can someone help me fix this one :((( 

How can I buy an official replacement battery for my Razer Blade 14 2021. The touchpad is starting to rise due to battery swelling. This is sort of urgent and I don’t want to send my laptop to repair as I need to use it for work.

Hi, I have a Core X Chroma using Thunderbolt with my Lenovo Notebook. Works fine.And I have a Lenovo Thunderbolt 4 Dock, which also works fine. Even parallel. The Dock has, as far as I know a Thunderbolt port on which I would like to connect the eGPU to only have ONE cable to my notebook. If I connect this I’ll get a Warning that a Thunderbolt device has limited funcionality and the eGPU doesn’t work. Is this issue solvable?

and im already trying wiht your method uninstall from device manager and try to plug other usb port and the issue still same. nothing happen. im really sure its because the app razer synpse. please fix it.

there is a problem, i keep getting an error when im getting a sms code, im just redeeming razer gold for steam..  

It tends to disconnected when i flick when gaming or just really moving my mouse really fast. My mouse is around 1-2 years old. It disconnects and reconnects and i do have the latest software and up to date drivers. Can anyone help? it gets really annoying. It also just randomly disconnects and reconnects when im doing nothing or moving it normally.

Hi All,  I need some help with Bluetooth connection, it can detect peripherals like mouse, keyboard and earbuds no issue. But for speakers it has issues, I tried to connect to GS3 Sound blaster, JBL Clip 5 and Ditoo Pro they just won’t show up on the Bluetooth list 

Bit of a long shot, Win 10 (old machine) my 2013 keyboard worked fine until just now. The LEDs have stopped showing. I’ve had 2 cornea grafts, so appreciate the lights on the keys.Normally FN + F12 will lighten and leave the keys LIT UP. Now, FN + F12 I see the keyboard flash - light up, then go off. Same happens with FN + F11. BUT, they do not stay lit.Any suggestions? Thanks.

I can’t use my gold because it says I haven’t sent up my authentication yet. I can’t buy anything with my money. I tried creating authentication thru app but the QR is not loading and the key is empty. I’ve tried this with different internet and device but nothing works.I have already tried the troubleshooting suggested from the other threads. I’m having the same issue with other people.

Hi, I just bought a used Razer Kraken V3 Pro. Everything works normally except for the HyperSense feature. When I listen at full volume with haptics enabled (Low, Medium, or High), the battery drains extremely fast. Even at 100% battery, it lasts only about half an hour to one hour. Is this normal behavior, or could my battery be faulty? Could there be another cause? Edit: I’m using last firmware

My Barracuda X (2022) can connect to my phone (Xiaomi mi9t.) via BT, but the razer audio application does not see the headset (I have a Leviathan v2 x speaker and the application finds this device quite well). I see quite a lot of topics with this problem, but there is no solution in any of them, and tech support stubbornly ignores these topics. Dear Razer technical support staff, could you answer the question of how to solve this problem, it is quite massive. As consumers of these products, we want to take advantage of all the functions at 100%, and headphone settings in the app (equalizer and battery charge monitoring) this is just 25% of the function of this headset.

The chair is out of warranty. Is there any way to get a seat replacement only? Thanks.

Good evening. The down arrow on my Razer Huntsman v3 completely died, restarting my pc and reinstalling the drivers did not fix anything. What would be the best way to receive a replacement or check if I have warranty, or if there are any other fixes?

I just got the Blackshark V3 Pros and I have a HyperX Quadcast 2s, when I have my Quadcast plugged into my headset, the mic monitoring sounds super pixelated. I used to use the Kaira Pros for xbox on my pc with an adapter and they sounded super clear through the headphones. does anybody know how to get rid of the pixel noise through the mic monitoring?

Hi, I accidently left my dongle for my barracudas in another country with no way of getting it back. Does anyone know of a way to get a functional replacement that isn't from Temu or ali express? these are not the “X” or the “Pro” just the standard Barracuda. From what I have read, the “x” dongle isn’t compatible.  Thanks 

Buen día.Llevo con mis audífonos Blackshark V2 Hyperspeed desde julio de este año y hasta el momento no tuve ninguna complicación, pero no sé si hubo alguna actualización o algo diferente por lo cual hace dos semanas el micrófono cada que hablo ya sea en algún juego, Discord, Meet o Zoom, se baja el volumen y por ello no se escucha o se coloca la voz robótica. Esto lo puedo revisar en tiempo real por Razer Synapse. He buscado solución, pero hasta el momento no lo he encontrado.  

This account is quite old, I’ve just purchased a new razer product and I’d like to register it for 7.1 Problem is this account, made in 2013, is using an email address I no longer have access to. I still remember the password though and can log into the account. I’d like to have this resolved before my headset arrives. I saw on another thread that a support person responded requesting a PM and they got it resolved.
