My thx audio driver got deleted from laptop, speakers aint working

i cannot register with my new Razer Blackshark V2X it say set already register so i cannot activation 7.1 surround sound pls held

I’ve had my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro for just about a year, and both sides of the headband (the parts that adjust the size) suddenly cracked. I’ve always taken really good care of it — never dropped, never thrown, nothing like that. It started as a small crack and then completely broke, and now the headset feels uneven and unstable. Has anyone else had this issue? Do you know if Razer can repair it or replace it even if the warranty is over (I’m totally fine paying for the repair)?Would really appreciate any advice or experience you can share 

Hello,Made everything you guys asked. Mail receive with confirmation, but no code.Cant speak with anyone, cant send a support email  (just loops from page to page),New code, old code, always the same message - code send to email but no email received. Thx in advance.  

USB port change,Disable USB power-saving,Synapse4,Perform a clean install Synapse4,Firmware update,Reinstalling Windows11,BIOS update,I've tried everything, but disconnections and reconnections keep happening every few minutes to a few hours.No issues occur when Synapse 4 is not running.I tried the replacement item as well, but the result was the same.When a disconnect occurs,Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-PnP EventID 1010 Device USB\VID_1532&PID_02A7\8&140d7794&0&5 has been removed because it is not present on the bus.Number of removed devices: 26is logged each time.Please help me.

Hello, I am having trouble logging into my account on the Razer 7.1 app. It says ‘authentication not found.’ I tried restarting my computer and downloading the app again, but it still does not work.

I bought a microphone, installed the Razer add-on, and it's been writing this text for a very long time. So, I went into Discord and tested the microphone, the sound is very muffled, and I don't understand why it has this sound. I have the microphone turned up to 100. 

I have a lengthier cable for Razer Wired Headphones. the extra cable always get caught while gaming & its frustrating a lot. I am scared whether that extra cable gonna break one day. So, can someone tell how to fold without tangle or can I get a valuable helpful simple solution to this problem ? I tried searching in youtube but no luck for over the ear headphones. all the youtube suggestions are for earbuds not for over the ear headphones. I don’t have too many cables. I just want to minimize or need a helpful solution to not tangle and fold the extra cables of my Razer headphones. Hope I would get a solution to this. Thanks in advance.

I just bought the blackshark headphones yesterday. When I was registering for a new product on the website, I entered the wrong purchase date. Instead of entering 10/26/2025, I entered 2001.Can you help me correct the purchase date?

my razer blade 14 no longer boots to windows whenever it tries to it shuts down just before reaching windows, trying to do a fresh windows instal doesnt work as when i try to enter boot maneger it reaches the boot maneger but shuts off before i can do anything, i done some reasherch and found out that it could be a cmos battery issues but i am unable to find a replacement for this model,  i live in the uk. i could really use some help if knows where i can foind one for this exact modle ps it is razer blade 14 2021  

Hello, recently you updated Razer Synapse to change Mouse Button 3 to Scroll Click. Now my Middle Mouse button does absolutely nothing on click, and can’t be remapped back to Mouse Button 3. Fix this? / How to fix this? Stop ruining your hardware with pointless software updates?

Thhhis is a point of unusable and honestly horrible experiience.  I am typing this with the experiece I have all the time and I am hhoping this can get fixed.  II is up to date on FW and hoonestly horrible What are my options?

I've had a Basilisk X Hyperspeed for 15 months now. In the last 2 weeks or so, it feels like it is draining the battery super fast or at least the hardware thinks it is. I just put in a new Duracell AA a week ago, as the low battery message was appearing and 5 days later I got the same message. I put in another fresh battery yesterday and today the low battery message appeared again. I've tried the Razer support guidance about checking the firmware is up to date and that Windows (11 in my case) is up to date and they were already up to date. I usually connect using 2.4ghz wireless rather than bluetooth but when following the support procedure for checking firmware it said to connect via BT. When I did I noticed the PC telling me battery was at 13% despite only being put in the previous day. Anyone else experienced similar recently and have a resolution. Previously the battery had lasted months.

I purchased the Razer Blackshark V2 Pro (2023) headset about a year and a half ago. For the past two or three months, I've been experiencing issues with the headset's speakers. I entered the serial number on the website to check if my headset is under warranty and received an error message saying, "We are unable to locate your serial number in our database.." What should I do?

Before updating to Synapse 4, I could adjust and configure the water cooling settings in Synapse 3, but after upgrading to version 4, it simply doesn't show up in the device list. Even though I saw it downloading the update during initial setup, if I go back to version 3...

Good morning,  I noticed that in the last week or two after a Windows 11 update my Razer Blade 18 with 4090 card has begun to throttle a lot and running a bit hot when it´s left in idle. I have looked for new Bios update but there is none, I have changed powersettings none of this helps problem persists. 

My Viper V3 was purchased back in January of 2025, and my scroll wheel is loose, as in it can wiggle between scroll steps. It still works fine, and my old DAv3 Pro also had that scroll wheel issue.

I was fixing another PC, plugged my razer on it in order to test it, but when I plugged it back on my pc, it wouldn't recognize the mouse.Tested my mouse on the other pc, no problems, tested another razer mouse on my pc, all fine. But my own mouse stopped working only on my pc.   

Viper v2 Pro, not connecting to anything I've tried PS5, laptop and PC. It lights up green every now and then after plugging in but not every time - this just seems random. When it does light up the mouse doesn't work and doesn't show in synapse. Unable to do anything with it can't connect wired or wirelessly.
