Hello!I wanted to know what happens when I place an order with my correct address and somehow my order ends up with a different shipping label and sent to a completely different state and FedEx tracking shows it was delivered to that wrong address on the label with no signature and the evidence is on the website with the picture delivered to an address on a different state. Every time i contact support to get an update about it I see a new case opened up in my profile and Im already at 3 tickets trying to solve this like how does that happen? Do I get a replacement or is my only legal option to file claim and disupute with my credit card company with the evidence that I did not receive the package to the correct address? I just want my son to be comfortable while gaming after his chemo sessions and I am STRESSED OUT and tired. Support has been kind of good but the messages seem very generic like "we are working on it" but thats all I get with no information as to how the internal team

Hi I purchased the Faker Viper V3 Pro in Febuary is there any way I can buy the Razer Gigantus V2 Faker Limited Edition separately? It would be cool for pre existing Faker Viper V3 Pro owners to be able to buy the Razer Gigantus V2 Faker Limited Edition on its own and not have to rebuy the mouse and sell one just to get the mouse pad. Thanks

Hello ! I am a happy user of a Razer Blade Stealth 13” (2020) | RZ09-03102, I don’t have windows on it. I have installed a linux based distrib and I am quiet happy with it.I would like to update the bios & firmware as proposed by razer. I can do it only on windows, so I am planning to recover windows on the laptop.I have seen that i can use this system recovery stick  https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2044/~/how-to-create-and-use-a-system-recovery-stick-for-the-razer-blade But is not a .iso, it is a .zip and I don’t really know what to do with it.1/ Do I necessarily need a windows already installed to create the USB recovery stick ? If no, what can I do with the .zip ?2/ Is windows adding special files when using the “Create a recovery drive” entry in the Settings ?3/ If yes, can i use any other computer with windows installed on it to create the stick ? Thank you Razer Community !

I got my headphones , specificlly kraken x lite , and i have noticed that the microphone is pretty quiet when i use it in games. And since i decided to give Surround sound app a try in order to try and optimise it. However i need to register my headphone device but i cant do it without a proof of purchase. I was thinkin i either just take a pitcure of the box and headphones , but i doubt thats going to work , or i dont know..Either way , note that i cannot contact the gifter for the proof , due to them not being around anymore.I know the date of purchase if that means anything.

Hi, i just bought the basilik V3 35k and the new hyperflux v2. the basilisk works without a problem, but the hyperflux even if connected and my PC acknowleges it. there is no light from it. its like no connected at all. the hyperspeed multi utility to connect mouse and hyperflux doesn’t work as well i did already update firmware to the newest versionPS: both cable and wireless are working. and i changed the round button under the mouse to the hyperflux one. but after that the wireless useage became rly stutteringi tried multiple USB ports already. and the mouse is in razer chroma, but the hyperflux is not  

I bought this headphones a year ago, during operation almost a month later the wire that was in the type-c charging kit broke, after a while the volume control is triggered, my last drop was after which I decided to write to support, so the plastic burst in 2 places and I don't know where to get spare parts to replace the burst ones (in the places where the speakers are held) help as much as you can P/N RZ04-03790100S/N IN2220D17207856 Simply put, I need a repair plastic for the speaker mounts, as well as a volume control for replacement and a wire (type-c)

Hi, I bought a pair of Razer BlackShark V2 X headphones, and when I try to register them on the website, it says they have already been registered. What can I do in this case?

My question is how to connect to the consumer service for warranty. Because my speakers don't work anymore.  

I need to replace my charger for my W v3 pro controller. This isn’t an option to buy one on the website. I understand the controller doesn’t accept other cables for data transfers. I also don’t want to risk over charging my controller using the wrong cable. Only replacement cable you guys have on the site are for mice. I wasn’t sure if they’d work properly or not. 

I am needing a longer cord for the cam.  I'm not sure what to get as far as the specs on the cord it came with.  Should I opt for a thunderbolt 3 or 4?  I'm either needing 10 to 15 ft I have to move my PC across from me.  Thanks in advance

And you wonder why people stop using your services.if my phone is unavailable how about sending it to my email, its a true tested way to get paid by thousands of company's worldwide. I really feel like i am not going to be using razer too much in the future. it should not be a circus to get to the money i just put on my own account.i cant even update my own account with my password and my email… do you guys just not see the insanity of that? I dont want to hear your BS on how we are trying to keep things safe, I just added the money 15 minutes ago and in the same exact session you are telling me i cant use it. I want to purchase something today, not tomorrow and not next week either.

Hi, I bought the razer blackshark v2 x off Amazon UK  but when I go to register it, it’s already registered but not under my razer ID. I cant get the activation code for 7.1 surround. How can i fix this? 

Здравствуйте, проблема с приложением razer на андроид "Audio". Дело с совместимостью моей модели Blackshark v2 pro . Главное модель playstation доступна на выбор, а версия ПК недоступна для выбора :(Это техническая ошибка? или просто компания по каким то принципам не добавляют именно эту модель, когда остальные все возможные уже добавили. Даже v3 уже добавили всех моделей. Подскжаите пожалуйста, это проблема временная? или разработчики и компания в целом не хотят добавлять эту модель?

I bought my Razer Wolverine V2 Chroma on January 25th and it came in on February 3rd or 4th. I haven't used the controller since it was delivered. When I connect it to my PC, the PC makes the device disconnected sound repeatedly forever and the controller won't even turn on. In the controller setup software, when I plug my controller in, it still says connect a Razer controller. How can I fix this?

I recently bought the new Razer Blade 14 (32 GB RAM, RTX 5070). So far I have done minimal gaming on it, instead using it for basic studying. I have noticed however that the battery life use changes constantly. Occasionally I will see it list 10 hours remaining then only 1 hour later it will list 1 hour remaining. I have turned on auto-select GPU (I also tried simily selecting integrated graphics but it didn’t change anything). Best battery life is turned on. On a potential related topic, occasionally the computer will just sleep while I’m in the middle of using it. I’m not sure if its related or not. 

Ok so i just bought a razer kraken v4…I come from a razer nari ultimate.Now the weird part is… when i open up razer synaps i have a bar with a slider on it to choose game/chat balance…but when i click the side "more chat" the cursor jump to the "more game" side at the exact increasement i clicked in more chat… even weirder is when i use the kraken v4 game/chat button on the headset,  when i then start to turn the volume wheel the slider in synaps moves the other way again… and when i hit maximum my headset says “maximum chat” yet the slider in synaps is at maximum game.And ofcourse everything is vice versa aswell(when i click game it moves to chat etc...)it's like its upside down or mirrord or something… this must be a major fault in synaps programming or something.can i get more info in this ? cause im starting to doubt why im staying in the razer brand cause everything seems to have issues these days.kind regard Benny
