Razer Support

The mouse was working fine until a few days ago where the dongle just stopped connecting to my computer. It still detects the mouse and works when plugged into wired/charging mode, but when I swap to the wireless mode the computer no longer detects the device and doesn’t work. The mouse is fully up to date with firmware and the dongle doesn’t connect so I can’t update, but I assume it’s also up to date.

I purchase the wolverine v2 yesterday, I followed the instructions and downloaded the controller app from the Microsoft store, nonmatter what I do this app will not recognize the controller plugged into the PC. This is by far the worst gaming peripheral experience I have ever had, there is also no way to contact support directly for these issues? is this a joke or are you guys just not taking care of your customer? I’ve had your hardware for 1 day and already plan on returning it. This is the shottiest software by far…. PS4/5 controller have better third-party support than your controllers have direct support. it's a joke…. 

Does anyone have a fix for this? I just got this as a gift and it randomly cuts off. It's been updated as well.  It's a $250 desk ornament since it can't be used properly. RAZER any help please.

Hello i´m using a Razer Blackwidow V4 x since about 1-2 Months and in that time I didnt used it really often. Since two days i´ve noticed, that sometimes the letter "G" doesn´t trigger, and sometimes the Letters "D" and "C" double trigger. Serial Number: IO2342F88400220Model: RZ03-0470 I already tried to close synapse temporarily, reinstall synapse, deinstall any drivers completely, and I also connected the Keyboard with another device like described in a solution at this forum for a similar problem. Still there occurs this issue, so please help me to solve the problem =) Best regards

A button doesn’t work, no longer makes the clicking sound the other face buttons do.  All other buttons working normally.  Product out of warranty, but only about 2 years old.  Does Razer repair products, even for a price?  If not, do they sell replacement parts?  If not, where can I get replacement parts?

I'm trying to register my blackshark V2 X headset but it says it's already registered Edit: I bought it from Aliexpress but it was a verified store so I don't know if my product is counterfeit or not.

Can anyone try these to see if it also happens to you? RECORDED MACROS ALWAYS REPEAT FOREVER:Open Synapse, record a macro, and assign to hypershift NUMPAD1 in a onboard profile.Set playback option to "Play once", and save. Now press fn + NUMPAD1 to test it with Synapse running, and it should be execute the macro once.Now close Synapse, and run the same macro. It will execute in a infinite loop.The same happens with “toggle continuous playback” option: toggling won`t work, and macro will repeat forever. CAN'T REVERT TO DEFAUT HYPERSHIFT MAPPING:Choose some onboard profile, then go to hypershift tab, and assign space key to scroll click (mouse event), then close Synapse.Reopen synapse, and revert hypershift space to default.Close synapse, open it again, and you'll see key is still mapped to scroll click.  CAN'T CHANGE ONBOARD PROFILES USING FN SHORTCUTS WHILE SYNAPSE IS RUNNINGCusto

Hello, this problem started recently just randomly my space bar stooped working while i was in a friend lan party. Next day i went home connected keyboard to my station and it started to work ,i thought every thing was fine until again no input from space bar,so today i went to repair shop which said first “yeah we can fix it” and when i went they said no we cant and i went home plugged it again and started working but again for like 30mins-1hour worked and then stooped.Is this software bug or my keyboard is dying?ps all the spaces was done with control+v

My Kaira hyperspeed headset suddenly cannot connect to the 2.4 ghz dongle that came with it. When turned on it normally is supposed to immediately connect to whatever device the dongle is plugged into, but now it only pairs to Bluetooth because it can't seem to connect to it.  The dongle is still recognized by my ps5 when plugged in, but again will not connect to the actual headset, rendering it useless on my ps5.

Hello!Recently I used my mouse very intesive and I saw that my dongle give me many crashes when I try to play games.I unplug from USB, let 5-10 seconds and plug again and it works for 5-10 minutes again.I saw some topics here with same problem and I want to know if I could replace it.Many thanks!

Hi. Im playing the Oblivion remaster and want to use the hypershift function. I want to set my normal macros, then press the MMB to activate hypershift so i can use 1-8 to change my weapons. This does not work. And now the mouse is acting like its stuck in hypershift and the normal macros arent working. To clarify, i changed Button 1 to left shift (sprint) and button 12 to left ctrl (sneak). Seemed to work fine. Then i changed MMB to hypershift and left the macros stock so i can press it and have 1-8 to change my weapons then release hypershift and go back to my normal macros. But now without pressing the hypershift button (MMB), its using the hypershift button setup. Anyone know whats up with this?

Starting from today my Razer Kiyo Pro Ultra is not recognized by my Windows PC or Macbook Pro (it worked with both before).I just plug in the camera and nothing happens.Only the white LED light is lit.Any support is appreciated.

I want to purchase the 10k 5090 razor laptop but the support system is a farce giving you the run around, razor care can't be purchased directly with the laptop and they only offer a pathetic 12 month limited warranty. Spent an hour trying to find an email for these time wasting loosers.. can imagine the service when something goes wrong :/

I had gone through many threads on here to fix the issue of the mouse not working when wired and a lot of them were about uninstalling Synapse and it was back up - now if you’re like me and use a wireless Razer headset too, it prevented this from working if you removed Synapse and also makes a lot of features redundant so I needed something else. It was lost in a thread (can’t remember who suggested it), but I tried on the off chance. SOLUTION:If you have Riot Vanguard installed, remove it - my mouse IMMEDIATELY worked again when this was uninstalled and didn’t require tampering with drivers or software directly associated with the mouse.
