Hello! I was just using my Razer Black Widow pro V3 as normal until I needed to charge it but it is now working. I have been trying to charge that keyboard for hours and still at 0%. I have updated the firmware and reinstalled the Synapse software but the problem persist. I wonder if someone have been experienced the same problem and how can I solve it?  Thank you in advance

When lifting/removing surface from sensor of the mouse, it immediately goes into a dim red light and disconnects from pc. As long as something is covering the sensor the mouse is functioning normally. It also is worth taking note that the free spin stopped working. When waving my finger in front of the sensor (as if wiping it) it also scrolls up and down.I tried bending the cables and such and I think this is a firmware/software problem. The sensor is also clean so I dont think thats the problem. Ive also tried using it in a different pc without synapse, reinstalling synapse, and reinstalling the mouse driver. Can anybody help?

After running a gaming update my computer went into idle for such and such hours it was plugged in monitor was turned off when I came home the laptop was not on anymore and it will not power on I've tried doing a power cycle I've tried unplugging it and doing a power boot thing gone through the entire list the only weird thing is when I hold the power button down after 15 seconds the LED light blinks once White other than that I cannot get no power to this thing the power supply itself is green light any help please?

Hi, not sure if anyone can help, but I purchased a Razer Blade 14 RZ09-0427NEA3-R3B1 Laptop in January 2023, not for gaming but for processing photos in Photoshop & Lightroom while travelling overseas on various wildlife tours. Last week, the laptop wouldn't boot up, and I took it to a repair center, where they advised that the main power rail was short-circuited to ground, as per the attached report and photo. They indicated that this may well have been a manufacturing or design fault. New motherboard required, I understand.Has anyone else had the same problem?I believe that the laptop is out of warranty, and I am grossly disappointed that such an expensive laptop failed in a relatively short time.Can anyone help me try to claim a repair or replacement from Razer?Thanks in advance for any help.

I had to do a clean install and I lost my thx.  I thought I saved my key but I did not.  is there a way to get it sent to me again?

Was working fine since purchase in Dec 2022However, after yesterday’s Windows Security update on March 17, 2023, it stopped working2023-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5023706)I tried to rollback the updates but it didn’t seem to do anythingI tried to use the WIndows diagnostic tool and didn’t help eitherre:  msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic BIOS seems to be updated too:ran the v1.1.1.3 updater and it said it was good to go Maybe it’s related to having USB 4.0 capability and Windows messed it up? I’m out of ideas and I can’t use my external monitors or my usb c dock until it’s resolved unfortunatelyIt makes the sound on input/output but nothing actually happens, device manager doesn’t update  

I’ve been having major issues with my Razer Leviathan V2. It powers on, but no sound comes out of it. The input and power buttons stay green but when i press the input button it doesn't change to Bluetooth mode but rarely i can somehow get it to, the volume buttons don't do anything either. The speaker is connected to my PC and can also connect through Bluetooth. When I check the audio, it shows it’s picking up sound from music/videos. I’ve tried many things, like plugging/unplugging it, restarting the PC, or using a different cord, but nothing has helped. It’s starting to seem like the only option is to get a new one.

Again my razer ultimate wont charge beyond 5%… I cleaned, updated… you name it. It was OK until last sunday, It had 20% so I tried to charge it, nothing happens, now it stays at 5%….

I have recently bought a Kraken V3 Hypersense and for the first two days the THX spatial audio features were working fine.However after those two days I realized that I could no longer individually and gradually control the apps volume levels in windows audio mixer. I could only shift the volume between 0 or 100%, the only way to gradually lower or raise volume was through the main headphone slider itself which is not a solution.As to what has changed after those two days, I did (foolishly) update synapse and also noticed windows forced two updates on me.Since then I’ve been scouring these forums wondering if others might have had a similar problem, to which I’ve found countless threads with no known solution.I have found though that disabling sound enhancements on windows sound panel does allow me to have control over the apps volume sliders, however that also disables the thx spatial sound features and the EQ and mic improvements which honestly are a selling point of this headset and

So i’ve Been trying to buy a mouse and whenever i put my card info in and click purchase it just says card declined and i know i have enough money and the card info is good

Even if you delete the default profile, restarting Synapse will recreate it.The delete option is not enabled for newly created profiles.What's the solution?

I have had this laptop for quite a few years and just all of a sudden the “tab and F1” keys started to blink.  I haven’t tried to perform any hard reset(s) of the keyboard, this was my first stop in trying to get something done.  I’m running with a GeForce RTX 2070 / i7-8750H processor.  I hope this is something easy to take care of…. 

I have been trying to access my ticket inbox on my phone since last night so I can see the status of my case if it has been resolved but I haven’t been able to access it. It just keeps rolling forever and it wouldn’t pop up. Is anyone experiencing this and how do I get this resolved. 

Hello, I bought the Razer barracuda x chroma headset yesterday. Normally the sound level should be 96-100 db but it is 70-75 db. When I try to increase the headphone volume, it gives a warning. How can I increase the headphone volume?

Hello Good day! i have a problem for my payment because my authenticator always says invalid due to the date and time of my phone settings i cant make it to automatic because im working on a ship and it takes a month to dock our ship to shore and get some signal so theres no way it can automatically change the date and time. can u help me to make payment using otp from email instead of otp from sms or authenticator

So I noticed in a Facebook call in my browser earlier that my Microphone was lowering itself again. I've noticed it over the past couple of weeks where randomly and abruptly the input level in both synapse and system settings go from 100  to 8 or something. So while I was in the call I was looking at the settings and each time I spoke it's like the input level lowered by 20 each time I said a word basically. I've also been in a Discord call when I had pressed the mute button on my headset I noticed in Discord my microphone was still picking up what I was saying and I asked hey can you guys hear me and everybody responded by yes even though my mute button was on. I could use some help with trying to troubleshoot this. thank you!

I just got my razer viper v3 and it works fine wired, but has trouble connecting to the dongle. Every time i try to update the firmware it prompts me to update again.

Hi, Curious question - am I safe using any USB-C cable to charge my V4 Pro 75% or am I better off getting another Razer charging cable?Any guidance on this would be much appreciated. Cheers

Hello All.Yesterday a friend of mine gifted me a deathadder v3. When i get home i plugged it in and it worked flawlessly for around 10 minutes. After 10 minutes an update for synapse 3 to 4 popped up and i approved it to be installed. After 30 sec my mouse went offline as expected and installation of synapse 4 completed. By the way i am using windows 11 and i have never installed any synapse software before because i didnt have any razer devices before. After the installation of synapse completed i restarted the computer and when i log in mouse still wasnt working. Also my usb ports doesnt see it anymore when i plugged it in. I search internet for a few hours and find a way that my usb recognize it but in bootloader mode. I pressed left scroll and right button for 10 sec, after that i plugged it in and release all button after 4-5 seconds. I thought i can update the firmware in this mode but firmware update exe doesnt see my mouse. Can you help me please?

My Naga Classic Edition doesn’t have any lighting, It shows up in the Synapse and the dpi changer works, But the lighting isn’t showing up and while this has/is happening My 12 button side panel stops working like there are no detectable inputs at all
