Hello Razer Support,I’ve been trying to purchase a new Razer Blade in Thailand but I can’t seem to find an official online store or a verified retail partner. Most of the sites I come across are either second-hand sellers or look suspiciously like scams.Could you please confirm: If there is an official Razer online store or authorized retailer for Thailand. If not, what is the recommended legitimate channel to purchase a Razer Blade here? I want to ensure I’m buying from a trusted source and receiving proper warranty support.Thank you in advance for clarifying this.

My Kiyo worked for nearly a year then all of a sudden my mac does not recognize it nor does my windows PC.The light on the camera remains on and I cannot turn it off no matter what I do.  Iv’e tried just about everything all of the forums have suggested to try - But no matter what I have done/do - I cannot get my computer to reconize the camera. If someone could help with this issue - it would be greatly appreciated

I bought razer gold card from eneba brand new but when i try to redeem it ,it says that the pin is already redeemed . 

So I have a bunch of macros, some I made earlier rely heavily on the sequence setting. When I tried to make a new one that only contained Macrogroups it didnt work so I checked if it was on Sequence, wich it wasnt, so I set it to Sequence and tried again. It didnt work. Long story short, everytime I set the macro to Sequence and go to another tab it just switches back to not be Sequence. Can anyone help? Is there maybe a way to edit the macro file and set it to Sequence that way?

I have an out of warranty Iskur gaming chair and the welding in the base of the chair broke (and now it is tilting forward….cannot be stabilized).Would it be possible to purchase a replacement base? Or is there a repairing service in my area?Pic attached . Thank you

I’ve been going insane for hours and this is the only thing I can think of. My PC has different plug ins for microphone and headphones. When I plug the Blackshark V2 X headset into just the headphone slot, it works perfectly. If I plug the headset into just the microphone slot, the microphone works (I plugged in different headphones into the headphones slot to hear it). However, when I use the splitter that came with the headset, only the headphones work and the mic doesn’t work unless im screaming and even then is overrun with static. I just need this resolved

I have a Razer Black widow v3 Tenkeyless and some of my keys like: „B“,“4“, „ENTER“, and „Space bar“ are not working…Therefore I checked if I have any macro but there was nothing and I tried factory reseting it trough razer app and still nothing happened…the same keys are still not working.  Sadly I can’t regularly factory reset(ESC+CAPS LOCK+Spacer bar) the Razer Keyboard as my space bar is not working. what to do????? please help

Good morning Razer community, When I plug in a charger it automatically opens my computer and I don’t want this to happen. I chatGPT the problem and it said to look for some sort of “Wake on AC” option in BIOs but I didn’t find that option. Is there a way to solve this issue?  Thanks, from Blade 15 user

Current Specifications:-Asus Prime B760M-A WIFI D4 Bios Ver 1402,Windows 11 Fully up to date,Synapse 4 latest from Razer website,Chroma Latest from Razer website,Stalker 2 Aug 23 -2025,Razer Huntsman V2 TenK,Razer Basilisk V3.The issue is as follows:-When I load any linked game the keyboard reacts correctly.When I activate Stalker 2 Once the game has loaded the keyboard goes blank and the shader loading in game almost stops, once the game starts the keyboard remains black.Once I exit the game the keyboard is locked in the game linked colour profile and the only way to remove this is to uninstall Synapse and Chroma.

I got the headset today and the leds were green then I downloaded the razer app to mess around with the colours. I ended up sticking with green but now when I plug it into my ps5 that Lights just start changing colour how can I fix this

Hello,I’ve read in other threads that the Razer Nari headset and Nari Ultimate dongles are supposed to be interoperable.My original Razer Nari dongle broke, to replace it I mistakenly purchased a Razer Nari Ultimate dongle.Here’s what I’ve tried so far: Using the Razer Nari Pairing Utility: The tool does not recognize the Nari Ultimate dongle at all. Because of this, it never proceeds to the step where it detects the headset (which I’ve connected via micro-USB). Using the Razer Nari Ultimate Pairing Utility: The tool does recognize the Ultimate dongle. However, it does not detect the Nari headset, even when it is connected to the PC via micro-USB. Question:Is there a way to pair a standard Razer Nari headset with a Razer Nari Ultimate dongle? If so, could you provide the correct pairing utility or steps needed for this cross-model pairing?Thank you in advance!
