If anyone from Razer can help me change my cell phone number in my Razer ID account so that I can log in to my account when it asks me to fill in my SMS code, since I changed my number and no longer have access to the previous one.

I bought a razor card but few numbers are missing I also have a receipt for it pls I can i get the numbers missing 

Hi guys. Loving my blackshark v3 pro headset. However i’m getting audio glitches when playing le mans ultimate sim racing title. The audio starts out fine, but tten after say 15 minutes, i start to get drop outs and glitches. I’ve been advised to drop to 16/48000 (from 24/48000) which doesn’t work. Also all the game and windows drivers are all up to date. Any ideas what it could be or what else icould check? Thanks

I’ve been trying to create a RMA ticket for the longest time but for some reason there is no instant link to create one and since Razer’s support page is so slow nothing ever loads.

Hello,I have recently started using my Razer Kraken Ultimate Headset. I’ve had it for a while, but I only started using it. Whenever I use it now however, (it started after like a week + of use ), it randomly pops on and off. When the headset is plugged in, ( USB cable ), it randomly creates like a popping sound, and disconnects for a short period of time. Furthermore, It does this continuously sometimes, popping off continuously after reconnecting for milliseconds. After re-plugging in, it can be prevented for a bit, but then it resumes. If I am watching media while this happens ( YouTube ), the video pauses and loads, i have to go back 10 seconds then go forward 10 seconds for it to resume with audio. Sometimes, it can go without happening for an hour then resumes, sometimes the second I boot my PC it starts to do it. I’m running ReviOS 24.12, Windows 11. 12th Gen i5-12400F, 4060 Ventus 2X Black 8G. OS build - 26100.3624, version - 24H2.  Audio Inputs and outputs I have - DELL S2721H

But i should be able to pre-order neverthless, am i? Preordering for the keyboard is available. Is it an error on my side? I already set up an email notification, but the announcement was already like 2 or 3 weeks ago, i’m starting to get anxious that i won’t be able to pre-order the mouse + pad combo. When will it be available?

Hi everyone,About a month ago, my Razer Blade 14 (purchased in January 2023) suddenly shut down with a loud pop and a significant amount of smoke pouring out from the bottom of the laptop.When I opened it a couple of days later, I discovered the battery had swollen massively. The rest of the components looked intact, so I replaced the battery with a new one — but the laptop still won’t power on at all.This has me very concerned for two reasons: Safety: If I had been using it on my lap at the time, the smoke and potential fire could have caused serious injury. Durability: It seems highly unusual (and worrying) for a laptop battery to fail this catastrophically in less than three years. Has anyone else experienced something like this? Is there any chance Razer can investigate or provide guidance here?Thanks in advance — this was a very alarming experience, and I’d really like to understand what went wrong.

I recently had to remove the battery from my Razer Blade 15 due to swelling, and am not able to ship it to Razer support to replace the battery, as I use it for remote work. Would it be possible to have a battery for the Blade 15 Base model (late 2020) shipped to me directly to replace myself?

Hi!My name is Elijah. This is my first time posting a question on the Forum, so I’ll do my best. My current issue is that I can't install Razer Synapse, and there is no Razer program files left, so it doesn't appear as an application.When I run the "RazerSynapseInstaller_V1.14.0.500.exe”, it shows the prompt, "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?" I click yes. After that, a prompt opens up for a split second on my screen, and then disappears. Then I see a .err file created, with the text "Failed to write installer file (Permission denied)" written in the error file.I've taken multiple steps to try and solve the problem. First, I tried to open an admin command prompt and run the following commands:System File Checker (SFC) Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM)All of these yielded no information. Said mouse got dropped the other day, and the cover for the USB dongle on the bottom of the mouse popped off and disappeared into the void. Is there any way to order a replacement for it? The left arm-when sitting is broken and will no longer lock into place to adjust on my son’s gaming chair. It just comes off when you lift it up. The chair was purchased on 08162023. Hi my Razer naga pro stopped working out of the blue. Completely all of a sudden. The wire is working fine but the mouse doesn’t seem to register.there was a notification on my PC that said the USB malfunctioned. I deleted synapses, re-downloaded it, updated drivers but nothing.  I downloaded the updated firmware but the mouse didn’t register until i reset it to razerbootloader? And it started updating the firmware.  however the firmware update isn’t successful despite it going to 99%. I’m completely clueless on what else I can do besides trashing my beloved mouse. 

Hi, I bought these Razer Kraken V3 Pro and they are amazing.But, Razer Synapse is not that amazing. I have some issue viewing my battery percentage.Most of the time it just doesn’t update at all. Even worse: when I put the headset to charge and then unplug it, Synapse still shows it as “charging” for hours, stuck at the same percentage I left it before.So I never know the percentage of the battery of my headset because the percentage the software show me is always not true!Is it just me, or is Synapse really this bad at reporting battery status?Do you guys know any workaround or solution?

Hello Razer Support, I need your help with a compatibility issue regarding my Razer Core X V2 (Serial Number: 612531U44000179). Equipment:  MacBook Pro 16-inch (2019, Model A2141) — i9, Radeon Pro 5600M, 64GB RAM, running both macOS (Sequoia/Sonoma) and Windows 10 (Boot Camp) Razer Core X V2 (Thunderbolt 3/5, S/N: 612531U44000179) Sapphire PULSE RX 7900 XTX 24GB (SKU: 11322-02-20G)   Issue:  In Windows (Boot Camp): The RX 7900 XTX is not detected at all (not visible in Device Manager, no unknown devices appear when eGPU is connected, no output to external monitor via GPU). In macOS: The Razer Core X V2 enclosure is detected as a Thunderbolt device in System Information, but the RX 7900 XTX does not show up under PCI or Graphics, and no video output is available via eGPU. All required cables are connected: three PCIe 8-pin cables to the GPU, 24-pin and 8-pin EPS to the enclosure board. Hi,my laptop with serial number BY1814A14001761 is still in great shape and performance. But I can’t upgrade to Wiindows 11 because the CPU is not supported for W11 by Microsoft.Has anybody done an upgrade by replacing the CPU with a newer supported model?Which CPU would be recommendable which fits the mother board socket?Thanks in advance for suggestions and advice on the issue.

I have a Windows 11 PC with a Soundblaster Audigy rx card installed.  I recently purchase Razer Nommo V2 speakers but they only have a usb connector.  How can I connect the speakers to the pc through the soundcard?

The Gamepad app isn’t available on the google play, I tried somewhere else but my phone always recognize it as a virus. So I’m asking if there is a place where I can safely download it or if it is normal that my phone strongly suggest me to erease the app (I’ve downloaded other app othside the store, but it is the first time that the phone recognise one as a virus)

Bt was working just fine but all of a sudden it stopped, i dont have the button anymore and if i try to connect manually from settings it says “Couldnt connect” I’ve tried different solutions from youtube and even Microsoft support took remote access of my laptop to check the issue and they told me i need to the manufacturer (Razer) for the BT driver Does anyone know what to do or how to get help to he resolve the issue?

I am very grateful for the integration of the V3 Tournament Edition to Synapse. The previous software was terrible. I appreciate being able to switch profiles with a 2-button combo instead of having to open the software. I appreciate being able to adjust settings within 1000 hz PC mode instead of having to switch back and forth.The one feature that now seems to be missing (please correct me if I’m wrong) is the ability to have more than 4 mapping profiles. I could still use the old software to move them to and from the on-boarded ones, but that is a very glitchy process currently.Is there a menu I’m missing somewhere in Synapse to create additional profiles?Thank you.
