Some time ago i noticed that when i use “custom” EQ preset with Thx Spatial Audio the sound is different compared to “Game” for example even with the same settings (bass,tremble etc.).I use headset BlackShark V2 Pro (2020).Why is that ?

I lost my old  phone number and can’t  change it because it requires 2-step authentication which requires my old phone number.

Hey, old thread was deleted for some reason but my RVMSE wont charge passed 0% in synapse.I’ve tried factory reset of both the mouse and reinstalling synapse completely, different cable, different usb ports, wall socket, leaving it plugged in for 2 hours now and it won’t budge passed 0%. Hoping to get some help with this please.. Running Synapse 4 with updated mouse + dongle firmware. Problem occurred in synapse 3 too.

I have no issue when using Synapse 3, but always have major input delay when using Synapse 4. It’s basically unusable. With Synapse 3 being shut down next year, I really need yall to fix this problem because forcing me to use Synapse 4 is basically telling me not to use Razer products ever again.

Hello, I have used my Kraken V3 Hypersense headset for a little more than 2 years, and I have since some weeks a problem with the a piece on my headset that is broken, is there a way to buy the broken piece or repair it? 

Hi!I’m trying to change the laptop fans and the cooling pad fans with pressing the cooling pad buttons. The hole idea was to switch two  profiles, the cooling pad and the bllade, at the same time. My thought was to create shortcuts for changing them, then create a macro and asign it to the buttom at the fan.THe problem is that when i create the shortcut, and go  out of the shortccut tab, they all disapear without saving. I tryied to give Synapse full permision  with the anitvirus, but didn’t solve it.  Any ideas?

Hi, I need help with the two-step authenticator, and I simply can't find any support from you on the website.I no longer have access to the number registered with the authenticator, nor to the backup codes, so my account is locked. I managed to recover the PINs, but I can't make the purchase.

Is Razer able to supply a replacement battery for this model, please, and if so at what cost? I am in the UK.

heyI have razer rz19-02320 that is today stopping working. for windows it shows like a unknown device, the mac - it just ignore this devicewhat was doneduring the ms teams meeting the camera background was disabled, then rz camera  was immediately disconnected from mac and call switched  to internal camera so after tat camera is in not operable stateit produce noise on both windows and mac and shows nothing.the Software update was done successfully but the camera still showing nothingif you need I can provide more photos or logs or what you want to see from me. Thank you for supportVladimir

Hey whenever I play or pause the media sound while wearing mine blackshark V2x USB headphone. A tick sound is heard and is repeated every time.

I was so excited to see Synapse being added to Mac but then my Razor Naga (V1) left hand wasn’t included.Does anyone know if this will be added? Thanks,Jon

Dear Community  I just love Chroma Game integrations. Ive been playing a ton of Diablo 4, and generally really enjoy my Chroma peripherals providing a gloomy ambience and then flashing on level up and when legendary items drop. The Game Integrations for Diablo 4 works on all devices, and correctly takes control of Chroma settings for all of my devices. However, the flashy part of the integration only seen to work on some of my devices. Devices that show ambience lighting and flash correctly:- Razer Goliathus Extended Chroma- Philips Hue integration Devices that show ambience lighting, but doesnt flash when prompted:- Razer Basilisk v3 Pro- Razer Tartarus v2- Razer Charging pad- Razer Mouse Dock Pro I hope there is a fix, because I really WANT all of my accessories to flash up!

Hello Razer fans! I bought a Razer Laptop Cooling Pad. I want to try Hyperboost mode, but I don't see where to turn it on. Please help me! 🤕 

Problem: Actuation key travel adjustments do not save, and stay at the default 2.5mm, when setting all keys using the sync all keys to say the max 3.6mm... it will does change all keys but not for the secondary key function which stay at 2.5mm!!! This is the most annoying bug, as it literally prevents the functionality of this type of device. So, I’d be very grateful if it could be fixed. Then maybe I can at least half use it for something other then using it to catch dust 🤷 I have posted this in the old beta thread but seams that’s not being looked at any more by Razer.. This was buggy on Synapse 3 and broke in beta. So, wasn’t surprised to see it still when Synapse 4 was taken out of beta with a load of other bugs included.. Even some more bugs, as some things that were half working are now completely broke.. Awesome progress 😂 Before anyone says reinstall it, etc.. I’ve already tried all the 101 tricks of installation fixing..   

i ve tryed anything. reinstalling the softwares time by time, and the 1st time was only  the dogle, now my mic doesnt work, terrible experience with those products of razer. honestly idk what to do i tryed everything and the sound sometime get worse, y unnistalled the software of usb then reset the pc and dont worked, idk what to do. updated the filmware and worked fine, the next day i cant put my headset even if is in usb normal not using the dongle

I’ve had this controller for a while now, and it’s acquired a squeaky, spongey left trigger that doesn’t click like the right one does. It moves around more in its ‘socket’ too. I’ve tried it with and without the trigger stop switch flipped, feels bad both ways.Is there any simple maintenance I can try to improve this?
